Неймовірно облаштоване помешкання. Було все, що потрібно для життя, і навіть трохи більше. Краєвид надзвичайний. Ранкова кава на терасі в тиші навколо — безцінна можливість. Надзвичайно приємна господарка, теплий привіт, ще й джем у подарунок. Просто на вагу золота!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole. L'appartamento era molto pulito, confortevole e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. La posizione è tranquilla e silenziosa, con un bellissimo panorama sulle Alpi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le piccole attenzioni al nostro arrivo: su ogni letto abbiamo trovato un piccolo cioccolatino, oltre alle capsule per il caffè, bustine di tè e tutto l'occorrente necessario per il soggiorno. Un ringraziamento particolare alla signora Annet, che si è dimostrata sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Ad esempio, durante il soggiorno si è rotto il phon e, appena rientrata dal lavoro, si è subito preoccupata di portarci un altro phon. Un posto che consigliamo sicuramente per chi cerca tranquillità, comfort e ospitalità in un ambiente davvero bello.

La posizione è un po' decentrata e non è semplicissimo raggiungere la struttura, soprattutto per chi vuole spostarsi frequentemente verso Innsbruck: nonostante la distanza sia di circa 16 km, il tragitto richiede generalmente 20-30 minuti. Anche il parcheggio dell'auto non è particolarmente agevole: si trova in un'apposita rientranza di fronte all'alloggio, lungo una strada pubblica piuttosto stretta, quindi bisogna fare un po' di attenzione nelle manovre. Come piccola nota, nel bagno non erano presenti prodotti per l'igiene personale, come shampoo e bagnoschiuma, che sarebbe stato utile trovare a disposizione degli ospiti. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo, personalmente lo abbiamo trovato un po' elevato, anche se, considerando la zona, il periodo e i prezzi delle altre strutture nei dintorni, probabilmente era comunque in linea con il mercato.

Accueil très sympathique et facile. Logement grand avec une très belle vue. Extrêmement calme. Literie confortable, cuisine fonctionnelle. La confiture aux abricots maison 🥰...vielen Dank 🙏 Nous sommes restés seulement 2 nuits mais l'endroit invite à de nombreuses randonnées !

Il y a une petite baignoire sabot et un rideau de douche. Personnellement je n'ai pas eu de soucis. Pour mon mari, un gabarit plus important, ce n'était pas idéal. À noter qu'il faut prendre la voiture pour aller acheter quoique ce soit et que les derniers kilomètres sont des petites routes. Aucun souci pour nous mais à signaler !

Das von Anfang bis zum Schluss alles tip top ist gibt es selten, hier ist es wirklich so! Alles sehr sauber, liebevoll und perfekt ausgestattet, wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst, daher gibt es einzig ein grosses Kompliment für die Gastgeberin Annett, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir möchten sehr gerne wieder mal hierher kommen! Gyönyörű környék, szép kilátás, nagyszerű elhelyezkedés. Kellemes hely, tisztaság, barátságos szállás. Nyugalom, csend. A szomszédok, járókelők szintén kedvesek.

The apartment was lovely, even more spacious than it looked in the photos. The host was very nice and welcoming. It had everything that was needed and a great view.

Не было досточки для нарезания продуктов, очень маленькая ванная

Приказна гледка от мястото на настаняване, невероятно посрещане и обслужване от собствениците. За добре дошли имаше бутилка вино, ябълки и бонбони. Кухнята беше обзаведена с вкичко необходимо. Леглата са огромни и удобни. Много топло и удобно.

Host perfetto, molto gentile disponibile per qualsiasi problema, appartamento molto curato nei particolari, pulito,e confortevole. Consiglio certamente ,relax e panorama eccezionale.

Splendida posizione con vista sulla vallata. Abbiamo avuto la necessità di richiedere una cortesia alla titolare che ci ha accontentato rendendoci più comodo il nostro arrivo (eravamo in moto e pioveva). Annett inoltre ci ha viziato con ottimi regali durante il nostro breve soggiorno. Appartamento bello spazioso pulito e ben accessoriato. Innsbruck si raggiunge in 15/20 minuti di bella strada di montagna. Bella esperienza che rifarei volentieri e consiglio ad altri.

Consiglierei di dotare l'appartamento di un fornetto a microonde. Il resto tutto perfetto.

Prachtig appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en heel gezellig en smaakvol ingericht. Mooie tuin en buiten voor de deur een zitje. Zeer vriendelijke host. Er lagen druiven voor ons klaar en er werd een doosje eieren gebracht omdat het de volgende dag zondag was. Schitterend uitzicht over de bergen. Wij waren er 2 nachten toen we op doorreis van Italië naar Nederland waren. We hebben daarvandaan een dagje Seefeld bezocht.

Niets, alles was prima in orde. Als ik iets zou moeten noemen dan zou ik het zitbad in de badkamer (waar je in moet douchen) weghalen en een inloopdouche maken op die plek. Vooral voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn of wat ouder is het douchen in het zitbad moeilijk.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und bemüht, man wird sehr freundlich begrüßt und wir haben gute Tipps für Aktivitäten vor Ort erhalten:) Man befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und entspannten Umgebung, aber ist trotzdem in kurzer Zeit in Innsbruck.

Appartment is located not so close to any hiking routes and is very close to the narrow and busy mountain road, which is very noisy in the morning

Comfortable, very well-equipped apartment. Excellent location on a mountain slope. The house had a wonderful panoramic view of the green slopes and in some places still snowy mountain peaks. Wonderful smells of nature, farms, mown meadows. Very good contact with the owner.

The hosts were waiting for us outside of the property when we arrived and directed us to the place we could park and showed the apartment. This was fully equipped with everything we needed. Highlight was the bench in front of the door to enjoy the evening sunshine and the bottle of red wine to welcome us.

Nothing. The only small thing that could have been better, would be a larger bath to properly soak after a day out.

Comfortable apartment, close to Innsbruck and some ski areas. Spacious bed, clean place. Mrs. Annett was super nice and helpful. We had everything we needed for a short stay. The check-in was very flexible.

The shower is small and difficult to use.

Kitchen was well equiped.

Lack of nearby facilities

Location of the apartment is at its best .Must visit stay in this location peacefull. . Otherwise its a perfect stay much recomended for one who prefer silence and bliss.

A suggestion would be have small wall stand in the bathing tub would make the bathroom as whole as it was difficult to keep the shower gel down.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location. The view in front of the house is incredible. The owners were very hospitable and kind. The place is very peaceful and suitable for rest. The only inconvenience was that the bathtub in the bathroom is very narrow and can be dangerous. My friend had a little accident falling but luckily everything is fine. Other than that everything during our stay was wonderful!

Very clean and nice place with a view on mountains. Very friendly owner, parking place right in front of the place and there is a small room for skis/ski shoes.

The extra bed is a bit uncomfortable, but not a big issue.

Amazing place in middle of the Austrian alps and not far from Insbruck. Good cordial host, nice and clean place with magnificent view.
