Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Eine sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation auch im Vorfeld sehr gut. Unsere zwei Kinder (12 und 6 Jahre) hatten ebenfalls eine tolle Zeit. Spielgeräte stehen direkt an der Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Autoverkehr nur durch Anlieger. Dankeschön für die schönen Tage und liebe Grüße von der Ostsee. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Die Lage der Ferienwohnung mit dem unverbauten Blick auf die Nordkette und umliegende Gegenden ist ganz wunderbar! Die Terrassen Überdachung super viel wert. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super nett. Die Lage der Unterkunft im - recht verwinkelten - Örtchen Grinzenz ist außerdem genial. Rundherum Ruhe. Auch die fleißig eierlegenden ca 40 Nachbarinnen stören nicht. Frischere Eier kann man nicht kaufen. Was man wissen sollte: man ist auf dem Land. Fliegen sind auf einem Dorf im Sommer nicht zu vermeiden. Einige Male am Tag gibt es spektakuläre Überflüge von Flugzeugen unterschiedlicher Größe im Landeanflug auf Innsbruck. Sie stören nicht wirklich. Nachts wird in der Regel nicht geflogen. Neben der abgetrennten Terrasse gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz. Es war ein super Aufenthalt in der herrlichen Tiroler Bergwelt! Danke an Sabrina und Christoph sowie ihr Kiddies!
Die Schlafzimmerwand hinter den Betten grenzt wohl an ein Bad(?) im Haupthaus. Besonders fließendes Wasser war zu hören. Wünschenswert wäre ein Tablett/Korb oä um Dinge auf die Terrasse zu bringen. Eine größere Salatschüssel wäre prima.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Amazing location close enough to Innsbruck but you're halfway up in the mountains with a gorgeous view. Everything is modern and clean, hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating.
Recommend having a car, altho it is doable by bus (or bike if you're very fit ;))

Sabrina was very friendly and discreet and she made sure we started our day with a good coffee. If ever again in the area, we know where to. Thanks for everything Sabrina.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Die Ferienwohnung ist neu und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Die Aussicht ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, sodass kein Autolärm stört. Der Kontakt zur Familie war stets freundlich und schnell.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025The property is located in a small and peaceful village near Innsbrück. It has a spacious balcony, and an amazing view over the mountains. The kitchen inside is fully equipped. Everything was clean and tidy. Coffee was provided for free throught the whole duration. The hostess is very helpful and attentive. She responded quickly to our requests. All in all, I can totally recommend the place. We had a great time!

Reviewed Jul 13, 2024The property was perfectly located in the Innsbruck vicinity. We easily visited not only Innsbruck but the Salzburg area - the Eagles' Nest and one of the meadow used in the Sound of Music. We also visited Munich (Dachau - very somber but a must), had lunch in Italy and discovered a wonderful alpine lake - Obernberger See. The area is stunning! The view from the property overlooks the Innsbruck valley with, in front, beautiful peaks; some of them snow covered. We relaxed every evening on the patio, enjoying some Austrian delicacies and wine. Owner Sabrina met us upon on our arrival and answered our questions during our stay. Hoping to come back from some skiing!

Light driveway, which can be troublesome in winter. Chains are recommended during heavy snowfall, but the hosts are very helpful. Snow removal performed perfectly.
