Reviewed Aug 10, 2026De sfeer van het huisje en de locatie in het bos waren zeer goed. Verder is het een ruim huis. De gastvriendelijkheid is uitstekend.
Het warme water was onbetrouwbaar en soms afwezig. Indien hier melding van werd gemaakt werd er echter direct tot actie overgegaan.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026De locatie is geweldig en de host is zeer aardig. De zelfgebakken "buskuit" is fantastisch. Myra doet er alles aan om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken.
Dat er in het grote huis niet overal gordijnen hingen.

Parking a bit far from the cottage so getting our luggage and stuff to and from was a little bit challenging, but we still had a wonderful stay.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön mitten im Dschungel. Durch die erhöhte Sitzecke hat man eine super Aussicht. Wir kamen abends erst an und hatten noch nichts gegessen, da in der Nähe kein Restaurant mehr offen hatte, hat uns die Besitzerin eine Spaghetti Bolognese gegeben. Sehr nett!!! Und sehr lecker 😋. Können wir absolut weiterempfehlen. 👍

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The view, spectacular! Plus it was raining the entire time we were there so it just gave it that "cabin-fireplace" vibe (without the fireplace😅). The rusks were divine! I still dream about them.
The bed unfortunately got quite uncomfortable after day 2 of the excitement wearing off. An investment on a new good quality bed will go a long way. Secondly upon arrival, I wished the cabin's location was a bit further from the road. But it's not a deal-breaker. And we went for a walk in the trail from outside the gate, and when we got to the top on the other side next to the gate we weren't sure if it was still the same property, so many a sign/board before the gate will help as it had been raining and the path wasn't clear. Overall a beautiful place and will definitely be coming back soon.

La décoration est tres mignone mais ça sentait très fort l humidité et aucun accès sur l extérieur Dommage car les hôtes sont adorable et le lieu très joli

Ein unglaublich bequemes Bett. Extrem viel Komfort. Außergewöhnlich liebenswerte Gastgeber, an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft nicht zu überbieten.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025Falling asleep and waking up with the most beautiful sounds of the Forrest was something I wished I could bottle and take along with me. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful cottage and friendly, helpful staff.
We struggled a little with warm water, but we understood that there was a problem they struggled to fix.

Lovely place to switch the mind off and breathe. And the host, Myra is lovely and goes the extra mile for guest comfort. Beautiful inside and out. The rusks are divine!

The wooden cottage is beautifully crafted and cosy, with many forest-view windows that make you feel part of nature. You can open the large folding door, which leads out onto a deck. It also features an outdoor shower.
The unit we stayed in is quite a walk from where the car is parked. Though being within the forest allows more privacy.

She ensured that we got to the place safely, sent a text message every morning to ensure that we were okay, and that everything was working well in the cottage. The doggies were also welcoming. My son ended up making friends with Porschia (a very energetic pup). Thank you, Myra, for making our stay a pleasant one, we enjoyed the rusks and our Christmas treat🌹🌹🌹.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2024Our hostess was very welcoming and friendly, and surprised us with delicious homemade rusks. It was the most wonderful environment in which to unplug and relax. We did not miss watching television at all. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. The farm was easy to find and very close to the mall, yet it felt far away from the hustle and bustle. My family enjoyed every minute of our stay.
Everything was wonderful. We cannot think of anything that we didn't like. We only wish that we had more time.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2023Everything about the cabin was as it was shown on the pictures. We loved the coziness, seclusion and atmosphere. If you love rain forest adventure and seclusion this is for you. There is no tv so this gives you resting and bonding time.
The only thing we didn’t like is the amount of spiders and spider webs in the cabin. It definitely needs thorough cleaning because wow spiders everywhere.
