Добро местоположение, удобен апартамент, изцяло отговаря на описанието, тих квартал, магазини за хранителни стоки в близост, както и заведения.

Не осъществихме връзка с домакина, а имахме въпроси и някои неудобства - не работеше кафемашината, имаше проблем с топлата вода, повредена беше едната от щорите, нямаше възможност да оставим багажа си след напускане.

El alojamiento es amplio y las camas muy cómodas. Bien ubicado.

El ascensor estába roto, nos intentamos poner en contacto con el dueño pero no nos contestó, había ropa sucia y húmeda en la lavadora que olía fuerte. Las bañeras no estában del todo limpias. Nos dijeron que había ropa de cama para el sofá cama pero no estába todo y como el dueño no contestaba pues nos tuvimos que apañar.

La ubicación es buena, cerca de la parada de metro de MERODE, que te lleva pronto a la estación central de Bruselas (la menos peligrosa de las 3). Existe un supermercado muy cerca. Es un alojamiento amplio y muy bien equipado para comer allí.

Fuimos en agosto. Me confundí al llegar, debido al tremendo salto de numeración en la propia calle. Era una buhardilla en una 4ª planta y el ascensor (que sólo llegaba hasta la 3ª planta, como es habitual) estaba averiado desde junio de 2026.

Il quartiere in cui è ubicato l'alloggio è ben servito da supermercati e ristoranti.

Siamo arrivati di sera, stanchi per il viaggio e abbiamo trovato una casa sporca, alleghiamo foto delle lenzuola, della vasca, degli asciugamani e delle condizioni della lavatrice. Avevamo richiesto una culla per il nostro bambino di 2 anni: non solo non era montata, ma era sporca anche quella e non ce la siamo sentita di farlo dormire lì dentro, abbiamo preferito metterlo nel letto con noi. Dulcis in fundo: l'ascensore non funzionante. Uno di noi aveva un problema all'anca e avevamo scelto l'alloggio rassicurarti del fatto che fosse servito da ascensore. Il proprietario ne era al corrente da dieci giorni e non ci ha avvisato. Abbiamo salito i bagagli per 4 piani, lungo una ripida e scomodissima scala e siamo stati costretti a farla per tutti e 7 i giorni di soggiorno. Il proprietario ha provato a giustificarsi dicendo che l'amministratore del palazzo gli garantisce da tempo la riparazione, ma in ogni caso era tenuto ad avvisarci prima e a permetterci di scegliere eventualmente un'altra soluzione, date le difficoltà motorie. Purtroppo è stato tutto molto sgradevole, non lo consigliamo, soprattutto in estate: essendo una mansarda si infuoca e non c'è aria condizionata, un incubo dormici. A quel prezzo si può trovare molto di meglio.

Great location. Apartment was clean.

Constant cooking smells from neighboring units and cigarette and marijuana smoke kept us awake all night. The unit had a smell when we arrived and it got worse. Couch was broken, linens were low quality and some of the plumbing fixtures (faucets and drains) were rotten.

The experience in this apartment was terrible in every respect, especially regarding cleanliness, which was absolutely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found the sheets on both beds dirty, with visible stains and hair on them. The mattress cover on one of the beds was also dirty and stained. The bathrooms were far from clean: there was hair in one of the sinks, and the bathtub fixtures were covered with limescale deposits. The overall condition of the apartment gave a strong impression of neglect: the fabric on the chairs was greasy and stained, the kitchen cabinets were sticky and greasy, and even the window glass was dirty. Particularly concerning was the condition of the sofa bed mattress, which was stained, dirty, and had insects on it, which we also found in the bathrooms. After we reported these issues, the host sent the cleaning lady, who only replaced the sheets without addressing any of the other problems we had pointed out. Moreover, her attitude was unprofessional and even mocking, to the point of calling us “cleanliness freaks.” Given the situation, we were forced to find alternative accommodation in a hotel at our own expense, causing further inconvenience and additional costs. An absolutely awful experience. We do not recommend this property.

The location of the property is excellent. Very close to the metro station. Grocery shops and a lot of eateries nearby.

There's only 1 toilet and 2 bathrooms. So, it was little difficult to manage nature's calls given we were 6 persons staying. Also, there was no way to lock the rooms, bathrooms which we didn't like for privacy reasons.

me encantó el lugar, muy amplio y acogedor, estaba todo muy limpio, tenía de todos los implementos de cocina, toallas, lavalozas, calefacción, habitaciones amplias, toallas, plancha, lavadora de ropa, secadora de ropa, hervidor de agua, refrigerador, y todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo, lo otro que destaca es la ubicación cerca de estación de metro a 5 min., barrio muy tranquilo, supermercado muy cerca. Nos encantó

A very cozy and good looking apartment in a nice part of Brussels. Easy check-in, all things ready. Did have an enjoyable stay.

The communication of the owners was not great. I had to write them again and again for 3 weeks to finally recieve an invoice, also the check-in information was only sent to us late afternoon as the owners forgot to send it earlier.

Very good location close to the park. Very big apartment with comfortable places to stay they differ to make your day

No hot water. The stairs was very dangerous

El departamento muy cómodo y bien equipado. Hay un supermercado al lado. Tiene lavarropa y secarropa muy bueno paras lavar si uno viene de un viaje largo. Fácil check in mediante código en la puerta de ingreso y llaves en caja con código. El edifico tiene ascensor llegas hasta el 3 piso y para llegar al 4to. es mediante una escalera, corta pero para llegar con mucho equipaje como llegamos nosotros nos costo la subida. Fuimos en invierno muy buena calefacción y llegamos en auto pudimos estacionar en la cale frente al depto.

C'est un appartement vraiment cosy, on s'y sent vraiment à l'aise. L'emplacement est vraiment sympa proche de beaucoup de commodités.

Dommage que ce soit une riz avec le stationnement payant, mais ça n'enlève rien au fait que ce soit un appartement sympa.

Appartement spacieux pas très loin du Cinquantenaire et de la Commission Européenne vue sur les jardins des autres immeubles (au calme). L'appartement est un très bien équipé pour un long séjour avec plusieurs appareils électriques.

L'appartement manque d'un rafraichissement et il faudrait améliorer la propreté en général

The two bedroom two bathroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The apartment had a balcony and washer and dryer. We enjoyed breakfast in the combined kitchen living area every morning. Also, there is a supermarket next door that made it very convenient for us to get groceries.

The elevator went to the third floor and we had to use a narrow staircase to get to the fourth floor with luggage. Overall the apartment was clean, but the microwave was dirty inside. Also, the water in the shower drained very slowly, and could use some plumbing.

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, bright, and well-located.

We're not very picky, nor do we usually leave negative reviews, as the damage is considerable, but the cleanliness was something we couldn't resist mentioning. There were used sheets and pillows in the closets. I prefer to think the bedding was washed. In general, move anything—the sofa, the table, or even the toaster—and it would be dirty underneath. The upholstered chairs were dirty. The bathtub wouldn't drain because of the dirty filter, etc. You'd be stuck to the elevator floor for five days.

Lovely spacious flat in a very quiet and safe area of Brussels. Very close to bus and metro. Comfortable beds, clean apartment with good facilities. Would definitely recommend.
