Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein. Unsere Koffer standen im Gang und versperrten den Weg zur Toilette oder Bett.

De kamer was erg gehorig. De weg die er pal langs liep gaf veel geluidsoverlast. Andere kamers zullen dat veel minder hebben, vermoed ik. Het beloofde uitIcht over het water was op mijn kamer niet zichtbaar. Geen ruimte waar je lekker kon zitten, alleen een mini-ruimte met 4 smoezelige fauteuils.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Very convenient for visiting Preikestolen. The hotel is only around a 10-minute drive from the trailhead, so it worked very well as an overnight stop before our hike. Another big plus for us was that there was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, which made communication especially easy for our family. The breakfast was a real highlight. There was a very good variety of food and the quality was much better than we expected. It was one of the most impressive hotel breakfasts during our trip. The room itself was not particularly large, but it was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Great location with easy parking. Fabulous shower with plenty of hot water. Really good breakfast - hot food with food warmers actually turned on and keeping your food hot! Cold food sitting on Chiller pads! Extensive section of meat and cheeses including smoked salmon which was excellent. Pillows were good.
The rooms are very small with not much luggage space. We have twin beds and they are very narrow. If you are a larger person you would find them very small.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Mooie kamer en ideaal gelegen voor als je de Preikestolen wil beklimmen. Vriendelijk personeel en vlakbij leuke restaurantjes en winkels. Ook leuk om vanaf hier de leuke vlakke wandeling te maken naar Jorgensholmen. Andere leuke tip (wel prijzig) is het kanoën in het fjord onder de Preikestolen. Bijzondere ervaring!
Omdat we vroeg vertrokken naar de Preikestolen kregen we ontbijt mee. Dat stelde niks voor. Ook prijs/kwaliteit was matig. Vrij duur hotel in vergelijking met andere hotels die we geboekt hebben.

The shower was small. The so called kitchen for guests did not have any equipment. Breakfast was not good, mainly because the staff were talking with each other instead of placing food that was finished. The receptionist did not speak english.
