We always love Ipoh, a haven for mee kari & other street food. The location of the apartment makes us grow fonder. It's near to everything. The unit is spacious, comfortably accommodating 8 of us. Nice view & breezy. Good value for money. The host is also friendly & quick to respond.

A little damp smell but it gets rid off after opening the sliding door.

The constant sounds of drilling in a neighbouring apartment made staying in the property impossible. When asking for a refund, the venue refused. This properly should not be rented out with such substantial building work taking place

the airconds needed to be serviced as it was not cold in the master bedroom, living room and dining space. stand fans were provided so I assume the host knew about the airconds.

I love the view from the balcony. I can see 'kinta riverwalk' from the balcony. I also like the cleanliness of the apartment and the quick action from the host to send another iron and hair dryer when realizing the existing iron and hair dryer are not working. the host is very friendly and kind.

Our check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the very clear and specific instructions given by the owner via WhatsApp a day before we arrived. Apartment rules and prices for snacks & drinks were also spelt out clearly and placed strategically in the apartment so that guests are aware of them. We especially love the view from the balcony that overlooks the Kinta River, surrounded by lush greenery. If you are lucky, you will spot a monitor lizard or two at the river bank, just like we did, and even a Goliath heron! We appreciate the owner's efforts in keeping the entire unit in perfect condition, truly making our stay a pleasant and comfortable one. We will likely return. Thank you!

It was a spacious house, very cozy and comfortable for me and my family. Everything was perfect there. The owner was also friendly and helpful. Very nice view of Kinta River from the balcony. We just loved it.

Good location, large apartment.

Ants in the bedroom, on the bed, in the fridge, in the lounge area, in the kitchen on the work surfaces, insects on the bathroom sink, broken shower heads, bathrooms not clean, mold on the bathroom tiles and on the ceiling, a list of 24 rules to follow (including no food). The owner offered to send a cleaner the day after our arrival between 10 and 11am. By 11am, the cleaner had not arrived, and we did not feel we could stay there any longer. Ants crawled over my leg as I was sat on a chair waiting. The area where the washing machine was kept was disgusting. Owner did not send check in details until we arrived at the apartment and did not respond to messages sent chasing them through the booking.com message service.

The stay was good, convenient and satisfying. The apartment can be categorized as a safe place to stay. The apartment was clean.

The location is absolutely plus point. It is walking distance to Memory Lane market. Restaurant are near by.

TV is not smart TV and i m unable to cast tv using my mobile. In addition No cable channel was provided! The Suites is beside a Hotel and even Hotel still provide HBO or Cinemax.. The shared bathroom screen was not repaired or replaced with a new one. When showering all the water goes everywhere. Plus there was only one bathroom mat provided- keeping the bathroom dry for elderly was a big hassle. Bedroom all Blankets were of fleece - didn’t like at all. I rather a summer comforter is provided.

Location is excellent. It's easy to walk to anywhere you want to go in Ipoh and Grab is also convenient. The apartment is spacious and nice. The host is very helpful.

Only one thing I would suggest (and it's not that important): provide a toaster. Otherwise everything is as expected.

I like this homestay as the owner do prepare some snacks and drinks and the price is written clearly in the menu. The balcony view is nice. Able to view the greenery and river.

Wifi is not available as the modem have problem. Should be well checked before our stay. And we still need to self call to the unifi company to check but at the end can’t fix anything. 1 of The bathroom glass door suddenly shattered when my family is showering. She just try to open the door gently after bath and suddenly the door shattered into pieces. Luckily there is no major injury but have minor injury instead.

excellent location, clean and comfortable the swimming pool was a bonus

no clear instructions eg it took us a while to work out how to get the internet working (everything was switched off), and no instructions for tv (particularly important for my 97 year old mother who couldn’t watch her usual news and sports programmes). the bowls and plates were in a cupboard that didn’t open so they were difficult to access. no information about the swimming pool - had to ask the security guard how to find it.

The location of the property within many places of interest made the travelling less of an hassle. Well furnished and maintained property, worth the budget friendly plan devised and a very cooperative owner.

Dont have stove for cooking. But rice cooker is provided. Maybe can provide more plates and bowl for dining.

1- Location opposite the kinta river, suitable for leisure in the evening/night. 2- For dinner it's easy to walk to Miker Food. 3- Spacious apartment, clean environment, suitable for families/group of 6 to 8 pax, easy to deal with the host via whatsapp. Highly recommend.

Unit is very clean. Well furnished. Very comfortable. Good wifi internet. Good View of Ipoh's hills and the Kinta river trail. High floor. Stocked with snacks and drinks at reasonable price that can be purchased, which I found to be a nice touch. There is a also 7-11 downstairs. Location wise, its easy access to downtown.

- There were 2 mothballs placed in the bathroom, but the entire unit smelled so strongly of it. Had to put them in plastic bag for the entire stay. Easy workaround. - Basement for parking was rather low lighting and dirty walls making it look dingy. Should suggest to building management to improve as they plan to charge for parking.

The house is clean, equipped with all basic amenities like water kettle, washing machine, hair dryer and heater. The owner is very responsive, and helpful.

I would say it's a good trip. Everything is perfect. The location..the apartment very clean, so beautiful, spacious, nice view, completed with WiFi and home basic..my family especially my mum and dad so happy with the stay. They said feel like home. My kids love the bathtub so muchhh. The location very strategy to anywhere you want to go. One more thing that I like the most, the owner of the apartment is very nice.. he's response to all my queries. From the beginning which is before I checked-in until I checked-out. It was a good experience. I would recommend this apartment to all my friends. You guys should stay here. You won't regret it.

I had a good stay. Easy self check in and check out. Hot water and water pressure were good. The unit is super clean. Location is superb. Owner very accommodating with our small requests. I will definitely opt for this unit again.

My family really loved this place. It was exactly as described in the pics. And the environment is super clean like new hse. All rooms so clean and so comfy. Best place to stay and very recommended. We definitely will come back again..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
