located near the rail station.. thats about it. this place has sketch vibes all over it. dark cramped and dingy. unstaffed and poorly maintained

dark and dingy with a very sketchy feel. no reception or staff on site. claimed to not accept foreigners despite listing on booking. had to get a local to call staff who was rude on the phone. dont book this place unless you are indian used to underclass standards.

Je ai réservé une deuxième fois pour constater que chez vous il était libre

L accueil et la mauvaise foi Mauvais souvenir

Best for budget and solo travellers.

none evrything was fine and well

Nothing

I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience with my recent hotel booking. I had informed the property well in advance that I would be arriving late, around 5 PM in the evening. However, when I reached the property, I was denied a room and was told that the hotel was fully occupied. To my shock, I was also informed that my booking had been cancelled by Booking.com without any prior intimation. This was extremely frustrating and caused me a lot of inconvenience as I had to rush and look for another place to stay at the last moment. Such mismanagement and lack of communication is unacceptable, and I am highly dissatisfied with the service.

Nice

excellent

Best location with good facilities

Clean bathrooms

All good

Kindly close the each bed with curtain. Otherwise very difficult to sleep

Neatness,location ,ac at ngt

We didn't get mobile signal inside rooms for airtel users personally faced,WiFi is very slow

Washroom are clean and overall is good

Receptionist show know English and hindi because he is speaking in malayalam only and everyone don't know malayalam english is understood by every comman man so english is compulsory for receptionist

Great job 👍👏👍👏

Good for one night stay nearly in the centre of city

Should provide a towel ,no towel or soap,ac will be controlled by them mostly they keep it high,no buckets ith bathroom which is a basic necessity.

Nearness to work place

No good earing places nearby

It’s close to marine drive and clean washrooms

There is no common space and the rooms were smelly all the time

Great location...clean facilities, worth for money

Comfortable if u can sleep among other snoring hostelliers... won't recommend for more than a night stay

There was water but no other amenities

Functional male only dorm conveniently located for the Ernakulam bus station and the ferry over to Fort Kochi, served my purposes well because I had an early bus to catch so didn't want to stay in Kochi itself as the ferry didn't run that early

It was basically fine but seemed deserted when I arrived, so took a long time to check in. They were alarmed to see me arrive with my friend who's a woman - she wasn't staying herself as she was catching a bus that night but they were quick to point out it's a male only place..

Walkable distance to the broadway market. Good Restaurants are near this place. The staff serjen is a kind person.

Pocket friendly

Staff etiquette

Good basic hostel in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the A/C inside the room worked properly. The staff is nice although only one of them was able to speak English. All in all it's a good value for money!

I stayed there during the weekend and bathrooms were a bit dirty!

Bathroom and dorm was clean eaven the bed and sheets, Stuff frendly and helpful.

I missedI the curtains to be drawn and thereby obtaining privacy, a necessary thing for me.

The accommodations provide a high level of comfort and cleanliness.

The receptionist's conduct and the parking facilities did not meet our expectations.

Excellent 😍

Location and 24 hours reception along with clean restrooms

Spread sheets aren’t changed at all, they use it continuously for all the people
