Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Location is close to Mersin drive and boat jetty. Could maintain the place well. Not clean. Had bed bugs/ants. Bed is not cleaned at all. We asked to change the room and the room was changed at around 10PM. Changed room also has not so good bathroom. Bathrooms are smelly. Could do better.
Bad smelled bathroom. Not clean room. Not clean bed. Bed bugs/ant. No shower cap. Parking is in front of the hotel in open on the foot path.

Reviewed Nov 22, 2025No fridge in the room...No security as well...One person was drunk and came to my room early morning at 5 am...I complained to the hotel staff but they didn't take any action...No restaurant and no minimum facilities like Oven for heating the food...They have us only one dental kit for 3 days ...AC was not working properly...Kindly dont give false assurance on the make my trip ,so that we see and book online and later get troubled... Thank you...

Reviewed Jun 4, 2025Nice property. Great location for tourists being close to Marinw Drive. Also close to Broadway and market area for business folks. . Breakfast is good and sufficiently varied for the price . Staff is pleasant and service is prompt..
Very late checkin time of 1 PM. Not suitable for early trains which is normal at Ernakulam. Issues with hot water during rush hour of the morning. Water pressure is very good.

The facilities were very good, but it would be great if they were a little better maintained- like shower and taps. Rest was great :)
