Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll zubereitet in sehr privater Atmosphäre. Die Entfernung zur Stadt ist fußläufig gut zu schaffen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Zeer goed verzorgd met heerlijke eigengemaakte confiture.

De locatie was voor ons perfect, we hebben veel op de fiets gedaan. Ruime kamer, sober qua voorzieningen/inrichting.

Het ontbijt was steeds precies hetzelfde, afwisseling zou leuk zijn.

Eine ruhige Oase im Grünen und trotzdem nicht weit zum Stadtzentrum. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nachts sehr ruhig und man ist mit dem Rad in 5min im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich , geben gute Tips und sprechen mehrere Sprachen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns gute Tipps geben konnten. Da es sehr warm war konnten wir im Garten frühstücken. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Matratzen waren für uns etwas zu hart. Dies ist ja bekanntlich Geschmackssache.

Het is een ruime kamer, goed bed, goede douche. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. De tuin is ook heel fijn, vooral als het warm is én het vergroot je gehuurde ruimte.

Het (gezamelijke) koelkastje werkte niet en het was 30 graden dus dat was jammer en ik kreeg steeds erg last van mijn astma op de kamer. Warme kamer.

La maison et le jardin sont plein de charme, idéalement placés à 10 minutes à pied de la Porte de Gand. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et prévenants. Le petit-déjeuner (avec vue sur le jardin) fabuleux !

Goede locatie op loopafstand net buiten het centrum. Hartelijke ontvangst door vriendelijke gastvrouw. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en voortreffelijk.

Beautiful property, brilliantly located approx 15-20 min walk into the city gate and into the beautiful heart of Brugge.. 30 min walk from Brugge train station. Good safe parking at the property. We stayed for 2 nights bed and breakfast, and could not fault anything about the property or the food. The breakfast was lovely, cereals, croissants, pain o chocolat’, danish pastries, fresh warm breads and cheese…..absolutely delicious. The hosts were so welcoming, full of information and keen to share stories of Brugge and the surrounding areas. Can’t wait to return Phil & Lisa

Super verblijf! Alles netjes verzorgd, nette ruime kamer en vriendelijke gastvrouw. Alleen het bed vonden wij iets minder fijn (heel dun zacht kussen) maar dat is persoonlijke smaak

Simpel maar heel goed ontbijt met overheerlijke zelfgemaakte confituur met vijgen van de vijgenboom uit de tuin. Heel vriendelijke mevrouw en top kamers. Zeker een aanrader!

Die Unterkunft war ruhig und schön. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und ich bekam gute Tipps für das sightseeing in Brügge. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

We sliepen in een ruime en nette kamer op de eerste verdieping met veel natuurlijk licht en een prima badkamer. De hosts zijn erg vriendelijk en gaven leuke tips over Brugge. Ook werd er iedere ochtend een lekker ontbijt voor ons gemaakt. Het was erg fijn dat we de auto gratis voor de deur konden parkeren. Het verblijf is ca. 15 - 20 minuten lopen van het centrum. Op ca. 100m zit een grote supermarkt.

Wonderful and exceptionally comfortable place to stay – everything was just perfect: close to the historic city center (literally a 10-minute walk), incredibly beautiful house with the yard, clean and quiet room. Also I would like to thank the welcoming hosts – they were very attentive and ready to help❤️. We would definitely stay here again

Underbar trädgård, mysigt hus och god frukost.

Tyvärr hade vi missat att de tog ut en extra avgift i kontanter på detta boende. Och tyvärr valde värdparet att berätta detta för oss när vi hade bråttom iväg på sista dagen vid utcheckningen. Blev väldigt stressigt och konstigt stämning.

Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch super nah zum Brügge Zentrum. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten. Die Betten sehr komfortabel.

Sehr gute Lage, man kann gut von der Unterkunft zu Fuss in die Altstadt laufen. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sehr gutes Frühstück, wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

- tucked away from tourists, but still a walking distance to the centre - warm and welcoming hosts, it felt like we are visiting friends - home made fig jam and apricot jam for breakfast were superb - big room with good bathroom and comfortable bed - coffee and tea available throughout the day There’s no tv in the room, which I actually didn’t mind. Made it easier to rest and relax

Wonderful stay at Aubergine. Situated about a 15 minute walk into the centre, the location was ideal and came with the benefit of private parking. Lovely large spacious rooms which were well appointed. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lovely selection. The hosts were both welcoming and friendly and were a delight to chat to.

Loved the beautiful gardens on the property! We also loved talking with the owners! It was such a lovely place to stay and we would absolutely go back!

There was nothing we didn't like

Loved our stay at Aubergine. Quiet location within easy 15-20 minute walk to old city. Greatly appreciated the onsite car parking. Spacious bedroom with beautiful view to the garden. Extremely comfortable bed. A delicious breakfast beautifully presented each morning. And the most thoughtful and engaging hosts..Leo and Inge. Highly recommend this lovely B&B in beautiful Bruges.

The staff was kind and the location, breakfast were OK.

I feel the rating is way higher than it really should be, we were not that satisfied. The building (including rooms) is not really well taken care of: the building took some water damage which was not taken care of, the rooms had spider webs, one of our rooms could not be locked from the inside, and in the other room the toilet was moving (when one sat down, it was screeching). Breakfast is only great if you are not expecting any eggs or meat products. There is only one minibar serving as a fridge for 3 rooms. The towels were really stinky, smelled like they were being used for ages and never had the chance to dry completely. Not a really good value for you money. :(

Nestled a little away from the row of houses, and surrounded by beautiful nature, Aubergine is a wonderful B&B. I was lucky enough to arrive during spring, and there were flowers and dandelions everywhere. The host, Inge (I hope I spelt it correctly) is so warm and welcoming! She always has a smile to greet you with, and I also received a map and a little guide of the city from her upon my arrival. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom adequate. I also really enjoyed the breakfast room, and how neatly everything was prepared! If you're traveling to Bruges, and would prefer to stay a little away from the busy city centre, Aubergine is the place to be!

Good location easy walk or bus into town.Hosts made us feel welcome and easy check in . Breakfast ideal start for the day. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and pleased we stayed here.

A great place to stay, a bit out of the way but only 20 minutes walk to the centre of Bruges. The owners were very friendly and welcoming breakfast was lovely and the coffee machine was available whenever required. It rained heavily one evening and we found a great bar and a selection of restaurants right on the doorstep. Free parking was a great incentive.

Late check in was a little inconvenient but not too much of a problem, otherwise all very good.

The location was great, only a 10 minute walk from the city centre plus a really nice bakery just minutes away. The property was beautiful and the room was an excellent size with a nice view of the garden. The hosts were so friendly and offered us a place to park earlier than our check in time so that we could make the most of the city. Plus the breakfast was amazing

We loved the location setting, in a quiet, greener space than you would expect in Bruges. The hosts were very kind and friendly, we had really nice conversations with them. We had a lot of privacy as we had a whole building for ourselves, with 3 rooms with a private bathroom each. The breakfast was special, prepared by the hosts with ample choice.

The location is not super close to the center if you don’t like walking, but easy to reach via bus. One of the room was not clean, it had quite some dust in it. Also, one of the nights we stayed there the hosts were having a dinner/get together with friends in the building right next to us, until quite late, which kept us awake. For the rest, everything was good.

Wonderful place which is well situated far from busy streets. Lovely hosts that helped us with everything if asked. Breakfast were rich but little repetitive.

We were missing something like a kettle to make a tea or some instant food in the evening.

Beautiful, bright and spacious room. Very quiet location. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. A lovely breakfast spread out every morning at a time to suit.

Superb is not enough to classify our experience at Aubergine. The room is huge, very quiet, with a big window over the garden. The bed is very good and wide and so is the bathroom. Breakfast is absolutely delicious: fresh fruit, cheese, jam, flakes, croissants, natural orange juice, chocolate tablet, ... (of course, bread, milk, coffee...); some products come directly from the garden. Bruge center is within walk distance. And, above all, Inge and Leo are very friendly hosts, having treated us with a lot of sympathy, given excellent tips and even taken us to the train station! Definitely, Aubergine will be again our choice when we come back to Bruge!

Aubergine is a lovely property located just outside of Bruges, approx a 20 min walk from the centre of Bruges itself. The accommodation is a really good size and the breakfasts are amazing
