​Un séjour absolument parfait, bien au-delà de mes espérances ! ​L'emplacement est idéal : à deux pas d'une petite supérette, à quelques mètres d'un grand supermarché, d'un distributeur (ATM), bus/taxis et, surtout, de la plus belle plage de l'île. ​Au départ, je cherchais absolument un homestay pour le côté humain, mais les prix étaient trop élevés pour mon budget. Quand je suis tombé(e) sur le logement d'Ajay, l'offre me paraissait presque trop belle pour être vraie... Et pourtant, c'était bien réel ! Le prix est excellent, la situation géographique est parfaite, et la cerise sur le gâteau : l'hôte. Ajay est incroyablement accueillant, disponible, chaleureux, drôle... et j'en passe. ​Mon souhait s'est totalement réalisé, car pour moi, un séjour chez l'habitant, c'est avant tout du lien et du partage. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Ne pas s'attendre à un endroit moderne, certes il demande un petit rafraîchissement, mais tout y est pour s'y sentir bien.

Tout était très bien. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité et la grande gentillesse de notre hôte.

Relation très amicale avec le propriétaire , présent rapidement si nécessaire...

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé dans un quartier calme à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. Je m'y suis senti très bien. J'ai passé un super séjour ! Ajay a été super: disponible, réactif, et il m'a donné de super recommandations pour profiter des alentours

The apartment was clean, cozy, and very pleasant. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. All amenities were available on site. Only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

Ahay as a host wes very helpfull. We got all the info upon arrival. We had a minor problem in the begining which the host sorted out quickly so the rest of our stay was good. There were minor things that have room to improve, guidlines to improve were left to the host. Overall the value for money is great so we recommend.

perhaps update bedding linen , provide blanket for when some nights get cool.

First of all, the host is so helpful and so kind, it immediately put me at ease. He goes out of his way to help you get the most out of your stay. Above and beyond expectations. The apartment was spacious and had most everything that I needed. The location is excellent.

There isn't much I didn't like. I would recommend to family and friends 10/10.

The apartment had good clean facilities. Everything necessary for food preparation supplied. Host was knowledgeable about places to visit and accommodating, also assisted with any issues that came up.

I had a car if not it is a little bit of a walk to the beach as I was on my own and retired would have found it a bit time consuming and tiring but would only take 10 minutes walk to public beach

Finished a two-week trip in Mauritius and found time to write impressions of staying in the apartments of hospitable Ajay - the owner of the apartments. On arrival at the place in a rented car, met his sister and her husband. We were immediately solved the issue of parking in the yard. All the photos of the apartment on bunking for two people are real. Everything is clean. They brought me a hair dryer and iron with ironing board when I asked. We did not have a washing machine in the apartment, but everything was solved by asking Adjaya for laundry. The linen is changed once a week. Maybe more often you can, but the first 8-9 days we were constantly leaving to explore the island, and without us in the apartments did not go in. To the beach Perebier and public transportation stop - 5 minutes walk. From the bus stop you can go to Super U supermarket or walk to Wiener's for about 10-15 minutes. We had 2 balconies in the apartment - 1 overlooking the roof of the neighboring villa (where we dried clothes), and from the other balcony a view of the neighborhood and the yard of the neighboring villa. It was nice to wake up to birdsong in the morning or sometimes sit in the evening and listen to the sound of the rain or watch the sunset and stars. Also Ajay helped us with a cab when we flew back. We loved it, hopefully there will be a new opportunity to fly to Mauritius and will come back again. If there is anyone who is afraid to travel on their own, also because of the language barrier, no need to worry. Ajay speaks French, English and Hindi (if I call the language of Hindus correctly), and if our vocabulary was not enough, the translator in your phone will help you. Ajay, thank you again for everything.

The apartment is spacious and incredibly clean. The host is possibly the nicest guy on the whole island.
