Beautiful location. Wonderful, welcoming and generous host. Tranquil and peaceful home away from home. Our stay was everything we could have hoped for and more.

There was nothing wrong with this lovely vacation spot.

Amazing Host and absolutely stunning and comfortable home with every amenity you could need for a comfortable stay. After a while we took bets to spot anything that would have been nice to have but was not provided. :-) Yvette you have made a very special holiday come true thank you.

I think it was one of the most beautiful houses we ever stayed in. It had everything you could want and more. Everything was clean, comfortable and light. We enjoyed the pool, hottub, fireplaces and coffeemaker. Yvette was very friendly and welcoming, we were welcomed with a bottle of bubbles. Even the smallest details were thought off, like that the fireplaces were already prepared, so the only thing we had to do was hold a match at it :) The beach is just around the corner. Visited West Coast National Park, worth the visit.

Absolutely nothing.

The house is a true masterpiece, and we loved every minute of our stay. The interior is stunning, and the swimming pool layout is exceptionally creative. We especially enjoyed the braai area, which is beautifully connected to the pool and outdoor seating space. The jacuzzi was an absolute delight, particularly when watching the stars on a clear night. Beach access is just a few meters away, adding to the appeal. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with plenty of space, I can confidently recommend this property. Yvette was incredibly attentive, and the cherries and Cap Classique on arrival were such a thoughtful touch. Everything felt new and exceptionally well maintained. We will definitely return to paradise.

Absolutely nothing—this house is a true gem.

The open living spaces. The views over the reserve. The pool and kids play area upstairs. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, it felt like we walked into our house. They also supplied spices and olive oil and paper towel, it always helps to have that so you dont have to buy extra and fly home with it.

We liked everything.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum, es war alles da was ma brauchte. Wie wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde einmal alles gezeigt ☺️ wir sind mit unserer 11 Monate alten Tochter angereist und Yvette war so nett und hat noch kurz vor Anreise ein Babybett für uns organisiert. An der Unterkunft hat uns einfach alles gefallen.. die Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig und zum Kochen war alles vorhanden. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren toll und super sauber. Ich wäre am liebsten direkt eingezogen 🤗

Es gab rein gar nichts an der Unterkunft, was mir nicht gefallen hat..

Perfect location. Perfect house with everything that you can think of available and more . Fully kitted . Loved the pool and hot tub. Everything is beautiful. The host is super friendly and attentive. This was honestly the best accommodation experience I have had.

Exceptional Stay at a Beautiful Grotto Bay Holiday House! We had the most wonderful stay at this holiday house in Grotto Bay! The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful, serene, and just a stone's throw away from stunning beaches and scenic views. It really felt like a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were spoiled by the incredibly thoughtful and welcoming host. There was a lovely selection of gifts waiting for us, which made us feel right at home and truly appreciated. The house itself was beautifully maintained and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had all the amenities for cooking up delicious meals, and the living spaces were large open plan living and inviting. We could tell that a lot of attention had been paid to the small details, from the high-quality furnishings to the delightful décor. The pool & hot tub were so welcome, & such a spoil especially in a special nature reserve where you feel so safe. We really couldn’t have asked for a better holiday getaway. We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely place to relax

Amazing house design, open, airy, light. Great views. Quiet and private. Very well appointed decor and furnishing. So comfortable. Feels like your own holiday home.

Luxurious appointments. Amazing hosts going the extra mile, like pre pack fires for BBQ and spa!

Lots of flies due to heat and surrounding plants, obviously unavoidable More fans would be great. It was very hot.

I loved everything about the property

Alles was perfect geregeld echt een droomhuis om te verblijven. Wij hebben nog nooit z’n compleet huis gezien echt aan alles was gedacht. Het ontvangt overtrof ook alle verwachtingen. Champagne vers fruit verse bloemen biltong het was er allemaal. Het enige wat je zelf moet meenemen is je zwembroek en geniet.

Our stay at Grotto On The Rocks was exquisite. Our host, Yvette, met us upon arrival and set out the most beautiful arrival treats for us. The house and views are breathtaking. The kitchen is equipped with the best appliances and tools. The rooms are luxurious and feature beautiful linens. The swimming pool and hot tub were spectacular!

Amazing beach view, elegant design, a kitchen better equipped than mine at home, everything so cozy and super clean, welcome with champagne and fruits - nothing we could have asked for more!

Beautiful, modern house located walking distance to the beach. Have all the equipment you need for self catering. It is spacious with lovely furniture and very neat/well kept. Nice personal touches from the hosts to welcome our family. Lovely views, fire place, braai area with outdoor pool. Relaxing and quiet area to unwind. We loved our stay!

The position of Grotto on the Rocks is perfect! We so enjoyed being in nature, the peaceful surroundings and the comfort of our accommodation. The sunsets were stunning. The accommodation has it all, well thought out , planned and designed. Exceptional. Yvette is the most gracious of hosts one can get. Communication was excellent. Thanks so much Yvette

Our stay was too short

The house is absolutely beautiful, very high end finishes and every appliance you would ever need. It has a luxurious feel and there were nice touches everywhere such as flowers, champagne, toiletries. The owners were a pleasure to deal with too. Highly recommend
