We had a fantastic stay here during our motorbike trip with friends. Everything was exactly as described, and the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. We also had excellent communication with the landlord, who was very kind, helpful, and always happy to assist whenever we needed anything. A big plus for us was that there was a very safe place to keep our motorbikes overnight, which gave us great peace of mind. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable

De accommodatie was echt geweldig. Alles was heel schoon, netjes en goed verzorgd. Het appartement was mooi, comfortabel en precies zoals op de foto’s. De omgeving was rustig en prettig. We hebben ons vanaf het eerste moment erg welkom en op ons gemak gevoeld. Ons verblijf was fantastisch en we hebben er enorm van genoten. Zeker een accommodatie die ik van harte kan aanbevelen!

Eigenlijk helemaal niets. Alles was naar wens en we hebben geen negatieve punten ervaren. We waren zeer tevreden over ons verblijf.

Zowel de ligging als het appartement zelf waren uitstekend en hebben uitstekend aan onze verwachtingen voldaan.

De parkeergarage was erg smal en laag, waardoor keren vrijwel onmogelijk was en in- en uitrijden best lastig kon zijn.

Het was super schoon! Super tevreden over de service. Had super last minute geboekt. Maar alle stond netjes klaar. Goed ontvangen door de host! Ik kom zeker weer langs als we een dagje Rabat doen.

De locatie is geweldig. Rustig, veilig en centraal. De host Faiza is bijzonder vriendelijk en attent. Het appartement is groot, erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. La Perla is daadwerkelijk een pareltje in de wijk Agdal. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

L’appartement est très beau, propre et bien rangé.

Il faisait très froid dans l’appartement et il n’y avait pas de vrai chauffage, seulement un petit appareil qui ne suffisait pas à chauffer le logement.

La flexibilité et la disponibilité des hôtes

Appartement agréable et conforme à la description, bon emplacement.

Je tiens simplement à signaler que les bases pour cuisiner (huile, sel/poivre/épices, café, thé) n'étaient pas disponibles à notre arrivée, ce qui est un peu dommage pour un séjour de quelques jours. Par ailleurs, le check-in a été tardif en raison d'un départ retardé des locataires précédents. Ces deux points à améliorer pourraient rendre le séjour parfait.

Magnifique appartement lumineux et spacieux situé tout près de la gare Rabat Agdal. Propreté impeccable dans toutes les pièces de l'appartement. Appartement neuf et bien carrelé. Hôte aimable et affable. Appartement trés bien décoré avec de belles toiles accrochées aux murs. Le centre commercial Arribat Center est à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Literie propre et lits très confortables. Superbe salle de bain bien carrelée.

Tout était parfait. Rien n'a signaler. J'y reviendrais avec plaisir.

Sehr großes und mega sauberes Appartment in einer zentralen Lage. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, kann man bei kurzem Aufenthalt gar nicht alles nutzen. Schlüsselübergabe war auch problemlos. Es gibt einen Supermarkt direkt in der Straße, ein Einkaufszentrum um die Ecke, Bahnhof sowie Tram in der Nähe.

Man konnte die Fenster irgendwie nicht komplett schließen und daher ein wenig Straßenlärm hören. War aber nicht dramatisch.

Very spacious and furnished and finished to a high standard. Well-equipped and very comfortable. TV included sports channels which was important for us as we were there for the AFCON.

Toplocatie, zeer centraal gelegen, naast een groot shoppingcenter 10 minuten van Bab elhad Zeer proper en mooi ingericht appartement, niets op aan te merken Veel en degelijke handdoeken aanwezig

C’est un grand appartement confortable et bien aménagé. Celui ci est très bien situé, il est à proximité de beaucoup de lieux de visite. Notre séjour était parfait :) Je souligne la disponibilité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire qui a été attentive à toutes nos demandes. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter :)

Il y a juste la sécurité enfant à penser davantage sur des petits détails comme la lampe de chevet, mon fils c’est brûlé la main avec. Et une machine à café serait un plus indéniable pour monter la note à 10.

✨ Séjour absolument parfait ! L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable, lumineux, spacieux et doté de tout l’équipement nécessaire : il ne manque vraiment rien. La propriétaire ainsi que le personnel sont d’une disponibilité et d’une gentillesse remarquables. L’emplacement est idéal : à deux pas du stade pour les amateurs de football, proche des commerces, du centre commercial et de nombreux restaurants, tout en étant niché dans une rue d’un calme appréciable. Autre atout : nul besoin d’être véhiculé, les arrêts de tram, bus et taxis se trouvent juste à proximité. Un logement que je recommande sans hésitation ! 🌟

Séjour parfait ! Appartement décoré avec goût, lumineux, propre et parfaitement équipé, idéal pour amis ou famille. Emplacement calme et central. Hôte accueillant, réactif et disponible. Je recommande vivement, J’ai tellement aimé cet appartement que j’y retourne quelques jours cette semaine.

A lot of space, comfortable beds, two nicely furnished toilets (which is good for 4+ people), VERY clean, everything that you'd need for your stay. There's a private parking but beware that it's very tight for cars under 2m height and the entrance is steep

The live TV wasn't working (probably easy to fix). Some LED lights in the bathroom and the bedroom were flickering which was annoying something. All indoor doors could use some maintenance

The apartment is in an old building with a poorly maintained entrance, but it has been newly renovated and furnished. The owner should consider uploading photos of the entrance to provide transparency to customers.

Very fancy and spacious appartment in a very central and good neighbourhood called Agdal. The host really did everything that we felt comfortable. There are many good restaurants and cafés near by. I would recommend Café Creme and Boqueria Fina.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like—it was perfect for my stay.

Recently renovated, very clean, and the owner is helpful and kind. In addition, the location is very ideal and close to everything.
