Zimmer ohne Farbe, Bad war nicht wirklich schön. Frühstück überteuert, zu wenig Aufmerksamkeit. Für dieses Niveau war Preis Leistung schlecht.

I had a wonderful experience at Mariout Five Stars Hotel in Rabat. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a good variety of fresh and tasty options, with something to suit different preferences, making it a great way to start the day. I would also like to give special thanks to the reception team, especially Ilham and Anas. They were extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their kindness and attention to detail really made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. Overall, Mariout Five Stars Hotel is a great choice if you are looking for a pleasant stay in Rabat, with a good breakfast and excellent hospitality. I would happily recommend it and look forward to coming back

Otel konumu çok güzeldi. Reserpsiyon'daki arkadaşlar çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Otelin genel temizliği çok iyiydi. Otel restoranlarında fiyat ve lezzet dengesi oldukça başarılıydı.

Worst Honeymoon Ever - Lied, Asked for 1000 MAD and Did NothingWe told Marriott Rabat before arrival that we were coming for our honeymoon. We were expecting something special. But it turned out to be heartbreaking.At check-in the front desk told us "if you want the room decorated for honeymoon you have to pay 1000 MAD". 1000 Moroccan Dirhams for some flowers.I said no this is not acceptable. Then the manager came and apologized and promised us they will prepare the room for us. We believed her and went up to the room waiting.But nothing was done. Nothing at all. No flowers, no care, no respect.This is not Marriott. This is not the Marriott standard. We felt ignored and lied to on the most important trip of our lives. Marriott Rabat ruined our honeymoon. Rating 1 out of 5. I do not recommend this hotel for couples.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The service was great, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

I travel frequently, but I have to say that the welcome we received at the Marriott Rabat was truly exceptional. We stayed as a family with our two young children, and from the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely cared for. The check-in staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Throughout our visit, every member of the team—from the front door staff to the restaurant and pool attendants—was friendly, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Khadija, who was so kind and caring with both us and our children. Anas stood out for his professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding service. We also greatly appreciated Ahmed, who took the safety of our children around the pool very seriously, giving us real peace of mind as parents. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant suites, excellent facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere. What truly sets it apart, however, is the exceptional team who made our family feel so welcome. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning!

The room was pretty bland and did not feel luxurious, unlike the hotel's common areas. it faced a wall and a mall. Overall, our stay felt overpriced, especially given that the rate did not include breakfast, which was 25$ per person.

Primero me dieron una habitación regular en circunstancias de haber pagado por una suite, esperé una hora para que me dijeran que efectivamente habían visto que reservé una suite. Tuve que esperar que la prepararan, finalmente estuvo disponible a las 18 hrs.

The food is very good and healthy, and the staff is amazingly friendly and highly competent. They take seriously their tasks and make it an honor to cater to the clients' needs. It is a pleasure to see such a high level of efficiency and friendliness.

My favorite Marriott in the world…a personal experience with a caring and very attentive staff and a wonderful guest experience. Amazing breakfast with a friendly and speedy staff. Stayed here 10 times since hotel was renovated 3 years ago, and highly recommend for business and personal travel.

What truly made the experience special was the staff, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The staff - from the manager to every employee - were very hospitable and genuinely welcoming. Rooms are modern and extremely clean. Gym is very good with the right machines and equipment. And the breakfast buffet was extremely tasty.

An absolutely exceptional experience at the Marriott Moroccan hammam. Special thanks to Zinab for the warm reception, Manager Ikram for the excellent hospitality, and especially Chaimaa, who, despite being new, was incredibly professional, polite, attentive, and highly skilled. She made the entire experience relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable. It is truly impressive to see such confidence, care, and professionalism from someone new to the team. confermo che questa struttura soddisfa le mie aspettative: camera spaziosa, ben arredata con armadio, frigo, scrittoio, acqua minerale, te e caffe a disposizione. Bagno con vasca e WC separato, prodotti per l'igiene a disposizione. Colazione già a partire dalle 6.30 con ottimo buffet dolce e salato. Il WIFi funziona bene (e questa volta ha funzionato su tutti i miei apparecchi). Adiacente il centro commerciale e i taxi bleu sono facilmente reperibili. Personale cordiale, attento e veloce nel disbrigo del check in/out.

Il ristorante alla piscina è bello e rilassante: purtroppo non propone alcuna opzione vegetariana. Peccato :(

People are very friendly, but definitely not professional.

The staff is extremely disorganized, especially when dealing with babies. Even though we requested a crib at the time of reservation, we did not find it in the room. We arrived at night, so our baby had to sleep. When we kindly asked for it urgently, they replied that they would have immediately sent it to our room. But after 30 minutes, the crib did not arrive. I called the reception and asked about the crib again; they replied to wait 5 minutes. 10 minutes passed, no crib. I went down to the reception and got the same answer as before. Still, time passed, and no crib arrived. Then, only when I threatened to kick the receptionist's ass, the bed magically appeared. We had similar problems almost every morning to get the high chair. Extremely frustrating. The hotel is 5*, you pay for a 5*, but the service is 2*.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans votre établissement avec mon mari, et nous tenions à partager notre expérience. Tout d’abord, un grand point positif pour le petit-déjeuner, qui est particulièrement varié et généreux. Un immense merci au chef Taha, toujours à l’écoute, qui nous a régalés avec des mets aussi savoureux que raffinés. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également idéal, proche du centre commercial et de tous les points importants, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus pratique et agréable. Nous souhaitons adresser un merci tout particulier à Monsieur Hamza, qui a su gérer une situation délicate avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, de réactivité et d’écoute. Son implication a vraiment fait la différence. Un grand bravo également à l’équipe du spa, qui est au top : accueil chaleureux, prestations de qualité, un vrai moment de détente.

Concernant les points à améliorer, le principal bémol reste le bruit, notamment en soirée jusqu’à minuit / 00h30, probablement dû à un simple vitrage. Cela peut compliquer le repos pour les personnes souhaitant dormir tôt. Par ailleurs, quelques attentions supplémentaires (peignoirs, petits produits de toilette plus complets…) permettraient de renforcer l’expérience et d’atteindre pleinement le standing d’un véritable 5 étoiles. Malgré cela, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
