Reviewed Aug 22, 2026الشقة كانت واسعة واضائتها ومكيفاتها جيدة جدا منظمة ومناسبة الى عوائل والمطبخ مستقل والموقع هاديء وقريب جدا من كل الخدمات والا عنده سيارة قريب نسبيا من الحرم النبوي لكن يحتاج تجديد لكامل الاثاث وعناية بالنظافة
الاثاث جدا متهالك والفرش والبطانيات ليها ريحة وغير نظيفة الا بيسكن فيه لازم يجيب معاه بطانياته ومفارشه ومخداته الحمامات تحتاج نظافة اكثر الفرن لايعمل جيدا ولاتوجد كل ادوات الطبخ ولاتوجد بالمكان ادوات تنظيف حتى مكنسة لايوجد طاولة طعام والسجادة كانت صغيرة ووسخة لازم تشتري سجادة للجلوس للاكل اذا كنتوا عائلة

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026موقعها جيد وسهل الوصول لها تعامل مالك العقار ممتاز يوجد عامل للخدمة هي شقق غير مخدومه للايجار اليومي والشهري الغرف واسعه . المطبخ جيد .يوجد به ثلاجه مكرويف دولاب . يوجد غسالة ملابس . مواقف خارجية . قريبه من المطاعم والمغاسل والاسواق ومتحف المدينه وغيرها من الخدمات .

المفارش متسخة ، لايوجد اهتمام بالنظافه بصراحه ، المفرش لونه ابيض وفيه بقع لدرجة ان الواحد ينقرف ينام عليه ، المناشف بالحمام نفس الوضع ، الموجود في دورات المياه حبة وحده شاور جل وصابونة يد بالرغم ان حجزي كان اكثر من يوم ، مافي شامبو ، مافي ادوات عناية شخصية ، التلفزيون مافيه قنوات فقط برامج على الانترنت ، جنب العماره مافي مواقف والشارع فيه تحويله وهالشي يصعب تحميل وتنزيل الاغراض

The apartment wasn't clean at all There were a lot of used tools like loaf and soap and slippers No one to clean The microwave was so dirty it was really gross The bed was like a rock it was so hard to sleep The place is soo far from everything and it was hard for uber and delivery guys to find it It didn't deserve the cost at all

الفرش خصوصا مراتب الاسره كانها من زمن الفراعنه ايفنج يابس سيء سيء سيء ولايساوي ربع قيمة الايجار .. ارجو الاهتمام لاجل الاستمراريه
