Very friendly host. When ask for hair dryer it was provided, we where happy with the stay. The kitchen was well equipped and there was working fridge. Pool was spacious and well kept. Good for family stay

Un grand Merci à la responsable Meryem qui est vraiment gentille, serviable et à l'écoute de ses clients C'est des Appart-Hotels spacieux qui se composent de 3 chambres dont 2 suites parentales, une grande piscine et un terrain de foot Idéal pour les amateurs de foot l'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant sinon vous pouvez ramener la nourriture et cuisiner, vous avez tous les équipements nécessaires pour préparer un bon repas

Au début, l'emplacement de l'hôtel paraît très compliqué vu les travaux à Marrakech mais on a appelé la responsable Meryem qui nous a guidé jusqu'à l'hôtel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the Marrakech countryside. The warm welcome and hospitality truly made the experience special. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Maryam for her kindness and care, to Youssef the gateman and Abdelilah for their helpfulness, and to the two lovely ladies, Halima and Alia, for their genuine warmth. Their efforts made me feel at home, and I truly appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommended If you looking for quiet and comfortable Big thank to Mrs Maryam Hopefully to visit them again

In short, there is nothing bad about this place. It is considered a quiet place to enjoy the atmosphere and nature and feel psychological comfort.

Séjour à la Familia superbe,accueil parfait,logement spacieux et propre avec climatisation dans tout le logement,literie confortable.Grande piscine ouverte à toute heure.L’équipe est présente si vous avez besoin de renseignements activités etc…Fast food sur place et si vous souhaitez manger local l’équipe est présente pour vous préparer un délicieux tajine pour notre part.Situation géographique impeccable reposant en étant à seulement à 10 km du centre.Séjour en famille parfait.Les enfants sont ravis et nous aussi.

L'environnement ainsi que l'organisation et un bel l'accueil et les femmes de ménage très gentilles surtout celles qui étaient présentes lors de notre séjour du 28 juillet 2025 au 30 juillet 2025 appartement "Bahia". Merci de votre accueil Et bon courage à toute l'équipe et bonne continuation 🤲😉

The staff were all lovely. Meryam was always happy and at reception every day from 9.30am to 5.30pm to help with any queries that we had. She arranged taxis for us and any food that we wanted from their kitchen. The tagines were nice, and a large tajine would feed around 3 persons. The outside facilities such as pool and all outdoor facilities were immaculate. There were no restrictions for the children for pool times which realy made our holiday great. The common areas were cleaned twice daily by Halima and there was security guard Hassan on site every night and his son who was there to help during the day. There was also a handyman on site and the pool was cleaned every morning around 7am. Every single member of staff was welcoming and realy made our holiday. We had 5 apartments as it was a birthday celebration and there was never any restrictions on timings. We all had such a wonderful time at La Familia and I would recommend this lovely residence. La Familia is set half hour away from the Medina and in a secluded and rural area. There are no restaurants or shops close by. The nearest carrefour supermarket was 10mins drive away. However, we did not mind this as we wanted a quiet place away from the madness of Marrakesh, and as we had a car, it was easy for us to get our shopping, etc. For the group who did not have a car, the taxi took them to the supermarket 15mins away and waited whilst they shopped and brought them back for 20 euros, which I feel was a bargain. The taxis to get into town cost 20 euros for 6 people during the day which was 5 euros per person. You can get an app and order your taxi whilst in town and we paid 100 dhrms which was 10 euros for the journey back from the Medina to the apartments for 4 of us. If you are a light sleeper like me then I would suggest you take ear plugs as the cockadoodle doo starts during the night! Once I had my earplugs in, I didn't hear them. For the price that we paid, there is nothing that I can complain about.

Spacious rooms,,quiet area and a arge pool. Meryam was incredible! She helped us a lot during our stay.

I appreciated the spacious layout, and the abundance of natural light. The large windows in every room created a bright and inviting atmosphere. Moreover, the customer service was outstanding, especially the warm welcome from the exceptional Meryem, who made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Perfect appartment near Marrakesh. Very spacious, cleanless. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms in one appartment, kitchen, washng machine. Big pool outside. Just perfect.
