Séjour impeccable et sans la moindre fausse note. L'accès a été immédiat grâce à des instructions claires et transmises bien en amont. Côté hébergement, les standards de propreté et d'organisation sont au rendez-vous, le tout dans un cadre silencieux avec une vue dégagée sur un beau jardin. Gestion rigoureuse et très professionnelle de la part de l'hôte, disponible et réactive. Un point de chute solide et confortable que je recommande en toute confiance.

تجربة إقامة ممتازة ومريحة جداً. المكان هادئ ونظيف ومرتّب بكل تفاصيله، والوصول له كان سهل وبدون أي تعقيد. الإطلالة على الحديقة المنزلية أضافت جو رايق ومميز للإقامة. تعامل المضيفة كان قمة في الذوق والاحترافية، وحريصة جداً؛ قدمت كل المعلومات والتوجيهات اللي نحتاجها من البداية وبكل وضوح. أنصح بالمكان بشدة لأي شخص يبحث عن الراحة، الهدوء، وحسن الاستقبال، وأكيد راح أكرر الزيارة بإذن الله.

Everything. It was clean and calm. Was given a lovely tour around the property by the host. Lovely balcony and garden downstairs.

Everything was good but please do keep in mind there is only ONE AC which is in the living area NOT the bedrooms. Otherwise no complaints at all.

U like everything about this stay from the smooth check-in till the checkout, all the process was just as it should be and even more. I loved the place and enjoyed my short stay fully thanks to people in reception and the full package of amenities made my stay easy to enjoy , I highly recommend this place for short and long trips.

It was a lovely place and we were treated to a quick tour upon arrival. We were able to get in touch with the property whenever we needed and were given recommendation for food nearby when asked. Was a nice place to stay after a long day.

Nothing was nice.

I like this apartment a lot and have stayed here twice. Comfortable with everything you need, and very quiet. The location is familyville, pleasant, typical suburban Morocco, only 2km from the Medina (easily walkable for me) but nicely away from the tourist crowds. Close by are several good cafes and shops for essentials, costing a fraction of what you pay in the Medina.

The ceiling in the shower is low, so you have to stoop when showering.

The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was fantastic, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore. Thank you so much for making my journey in Marrakech exceptional.

Есть кондиционер, который можно включить на обогрев. Белоснежные простыни, куча одеял. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Рядом магазин BIM

I spent a long time choosing a place to live because comfort and good transportation are important to me. I was completely satisfied with this apartment. It's about 2 km to the Medina, you can go to the main boulevard and take a bus for 4 dirhams. Nearby there's a supermarket, cafe, a small fruit and vegetable market, various shops, and a bank where you can exchange or withdraw money if necessary. The area is quiet, the people are very friendly. I was happy and extended my stay for another 3 nights.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! I felt completely safe and welcomed from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect—walking distance to the main attractions and peaceful at night. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. A huge thank for being such a responsive and kind host; the local tips you provided were incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech and ofc for my friends as well.

Tout était propre et ils ont tout ce que j'avais besoin tout au long de mon séjour. Je vous les recommande vivement. Vous ne trouverez pas mieux que cette emplacement.

Le service est agréable dès la réception jusqu'à le lendemain, c'était vraiment cool et très professionnel. Tout était bien équipé et bien entretenu, je remercie l'hôte de cet appartement pour son attention au détail et son aide tout au long de mon séjour.

1- لا يوجد مكيف في غرفة النوم والشقة حارة . 2- فقط مكيف واحد في الصالون وضعيف الأداء. 3- الحمام صغير جدا وتحت الدرج ولا يوجد به تهوية. 4- إزعاج مستمر من الجيران .

I stayed one night at Marrakech and my stay was very pleased. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. It’s in a quiet area but still close to shops and main attractions, which made it very convenient. Wi-Fi worked well, and there was good air-conditioning, great value for money and perfect for a short stay in Marrakech. I’d definitely stay again and I recommend it to anyone looking for a special place .

The staff was helpful, made check in very easy, was on ground during checkin. She assisted with all our requests. The staff provided a weighing scale upon request. The kitchen has all useful utensils.

The bathroom’s low ceiling made it uncomfortable for taller individuals.

No frills, comfortable accommodation in a pleasant Moroccan residential neighborhood away from the tourists. That said, it's only about a 20 minutes walk to the Medina. There are plenty of non-touristy local eateries close by. The owner is friendly, helpful and attentive.

The air conditioning dripped water but the owner was quick to respond to the issue.

Je déconseille fortement cette établissement, L’emplacement n’est pas sécurisé! L’odeur dans l’appartement étais à vomir ! Il y avais des bête sur le lit ..!!!! Et le personnel nous a sortit des taxe supplémentaire..! Une vrais arnaque et de plus le personnel étais vraiment désagréable..!

Logement bien situé au calme mais proche du guéliz. Le logement était très propre et les hôtes ont été réactifs et souples quant à l'horaire d'arrivée assez tardive.

L'hôte était super accueillante et très gentille. Elle nous a tous expliqué . Merci encore

Notre hôte s’est immédiatement montré disponible. Il a été réactif et très accueillant, malgré le court délai entre la réservation et la remise des clés (moins de 30 mn). Le logement sentait très bon et nous avons été accueillis avec des bouteilles d’eau fraîche, les températures extérieures étant élevées.

The place was quiet and clean with all possible facilites provided. The host was welcoming and accomodating even though we arrived a bit late.

Free parking on site. Even allowed us to leave our car on site when we went on overnight desert safari.Large apartment, lots of space, everything provided. Clean, quiet. Liked that is was smoke-free.

The shower has a very low ceiling so for taller people, impossible to stand up straight.

It is a 10/10 place for a very specific traveler. If you are posh and expect European style hotel, choose one of those chain all inclusive places. But if you are a traveler who wants to experience an authentic Morocco and save a lot of money, choose this place. One could say this place is basic, but for me it was a great and cheap place to come back and spend the night, as I was traveling outside and inside the city. I did not need any special facilities. I was happy to fidn it is in an authentic Morrocan neighbourhood (you could hear the local Mosque everytime), there were local friendly citizens (plus their kids shouting bonjour and waving). I'm an avid walker, so 3km+ do Koutuba and the centre of the Souk in the Medina was not a problem. I was happy to get the quthentic experience, far different from the one I had on my last stay in a 4-star all-inclusive chain hotel in Marrakech. If you're up for an adventure and want to save quite a lot of money, choose this place. Plus, there are some local shops nearby (a small food and drink stall like 50metres, and 2 BIMs (a slightly bigger convient stores) about 500m from there).

Saima and Anas, the owners were very helpful from the first day, welcomed us warmly and promptly assisted us with everything needed. Collection of keys was easy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. A good hygiene in the whole apartment. Large TV with satellite channels in the living room and an A/C available even though apartment was generally cool inside. The outside garden was a nice place to chill. Assisting in printing the plane tickets for us in the departure day came useful and we are very grateful.

We soon realised apartment was around 40 minutes stroll from Medina and other attractions, so had to use mostly taxi as means of transport. Wifi was a problem we had during our stay, connection was almost always intermittent probably because its shared with other 2 apartments over us. We suggest a better quality router or positioning in between the three for a better reception. Shower head holder must have the option of fixing it onto the wall.

We missed some basic kitchen equipment and toilet paper (but the host provided it right away). Sometimes we heard noises from the reconstruction above. The apartment is quite dim with only a few small windows.

I stayed there three nights and was travelling for work purposes. Samia and Anas were very kind and helped me in different ways. The apartment is clean and with pretty much everything you need.

Everything was bad from beginning. We arrived to the address, which is on the booking.com, but it was not correct. The owner told us to wait there, he came by car and he took us to the opposite side of the city, far away from the city centre. We went by car cca 5 minutes. It was really far away from the centre by feet. It was really weird and dangerous area, we felt there very bad and not safe. We arrived to the accommodation, it was a shock. We had booked 3 nights for 4 people, but there were only 3 beds! The owner told us to sleep on the couch, but no blankets, nothing..On the booking is written: "the property has 8 beds!" He told us, he knew that, that the adress was wrong, that number of beds was wrong, but he do not give us money back. Everything is a lie!! He just smiled and loughed to our faces that it is our problem, not his anymore. We called to the customer service to help us, to refund some amount of money from this accommodation, but we did not get anything. The owner refused to give the money back, because we did not pay the city tax (of course, because we had to left immediately and paid it in other accommodation). Everything was really bad. Do not go there. Never. Also communication in english was impossible, we had to talk german.
