這次住宿體驗非常愉快！屋主人非常好，有任何問題都會馬上協助處理，讓人住得很安心。房間舒適、整體環境也很舒服。 交通位置也很方便，距離地鐵 DMC 站 9 號出口不遠，附近還有很多餐廳，用餐選擇非常多。整體來說是很棒的住宿體驗，下次來首爾還會想再入住！

Appartamento grande, pulito e dotato di ogni confort . Tre camere matrimoniali, due bagni, salone, cucina, disimpegno con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Comodissimo per raggiungere i punti di interesse in metro. Ottimi ristoranti e diversi minimarket sotto casa

The owner was very responsive. The apartment was stocked with plenty of things that travelers need. The beds were comfortable. The temperature and pressure of the water in the showers was perfect. The location was great, there were plenty of places to eat that were close. The metro entrance was close enough to the apartment. Overall I really enjoyed my first time in Korea and this apartment was a big part of that

Nous avons apprécié la taille du logement. Chaque pièce est équipée de l'air conditionnée. L'appartement est très bien équipé. De plus, l'hôte nous a permis de faire un check-in early qui a été très appréciable. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Raph a été très réactif pour les petits tracas que nous avons pu avoir. Et nous le remercions pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Un assortiment de biscuits, des bouteilles d'eau fraîche et un puzzle. Si nous devions retourner à Séoul, nous reviendrons sans hésiter. 😊

It was clean and comfortable, if you don't have any problem with not having sunlight in the apartment then you'll have a very nice stay

The air conditioning in the rooms was a weak, and the location was a bit far from the main attractions in the city.

The property was well stocked with many bottles of water in the refrigerator and Korean snacks for us to enjoy.Surrounded by a variety of eateries and a convenient store kept our tummies happy. Station and bus stop within walking distance. The owner responded right away to my inquiries.

Because the property is in a semi-basement, there is a downhill slope to get to the apartment. It wasn’t a problem for us but it could be for someone elderly.

The location was ideal and it was opposite bread pantry and DMC station.

The location of the property was convenient and the host was responsive and polite throughout our stay. However, there are a few things to be aware of before booking. The building itself is quite old and the apartment is located in a semi-basement, which affects both natural light and ventilation. Additionally, there is no lift in the building, so carrying luggage up and down the stairs may be a challenge for some guests. We also encountered a few cleanliness issues during our stay. There were (cockroaches/centipedes like looking insects) house-centipedes in the apartment, which we had to deal with ourselves. This was unexpected and made the stay a bit uncomfortable, especially for those sensitive to hygiene and cleanliness. Hopefully, this can be addressed for future guests. The host said “but since it is semi-basement, insects can sometimes come in. When you open the curtain next to the microwave, you will find an electric fly swatter. You can fight it with this.“

I think the best part is the cozy feeling of being at home and the cleanliness. Even though the accommodation is in a semi-basement, it doesn't affect the overall experience at all.

The room has some water leakage issues, and the door doesn't open and close properly due to expansion. However, I feel that the landlord's warm attitude makes up for all of this.
