Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The location of the property so close to the main square and Menin Gate was perfect. The provision of secure parking was a great help. The quality of the fixtures and fittings was superb, seemed like a brand new kitchen of the highest quality. Bathrooms all brilliant with powerful showers. The layout of the house over 3 levels provided plenty of space so people did not feel crowded, which also applied to the downstairs rooms with courtyard, tv lounge, music room, so everyone could find space to relax. Finally the well stocked fridge with beers and wines and copious snacks, sweets and chocolates, all provided as part of the rental was a wonderful touch.
Nothing. If I could take this property with me when I visit other cities around Europe I would do so. As an observation a lot of properties of this size would have ensuite bathrooms, this did not. It would have spoilt the character of the house to have wedged some in when the 3 bathrooms were plenty for all guests,.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026De basis benodigdheden en veel meer waren allemaal aanwezig bij ons aankosmt, Koelkast gevuld met drank, pasta, zout, peper, suiker, thee, water, zout en zoete versnaperingen. Aanwezigheid van een garage op loopafstand. Zeep, lakens, handdoeken en een verwarmd huis.....

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Wij waren op weekend met 8 dames. De gevulde frigo en de snackjes waren onverwacht maar heel leuk. De kamers zijn heel mooi en de bedden comfortabel. Ook de badkamers zijn heel proper en mooi. Wij vonden het ook heel leuk dat echt alles binnen wandelafstand is, wij hebben er erg van genoten.

We were a family of 9 on a special holiday. We had our children and grandchildren with us . There was nothing not to like about this property. The property catered for all ages.
