It was a great location for easily getting to pompeii, the airport and anywhere really because so close to the train. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and I didn't find the traffic outside an issue as sound proofing good. Great to have use of kitchen and they even did our washing! And with the shared facilities you got to meet other travellers which is always nice and informative. I was hesitant of the area because of other reviews but it was totally fine. The host was great too and ran us through it all and gave helpful suggestions. The lift worked well too which is good as up a few levels.

Andrea was amazing. Helpful, generous and accommodating. It was clean and quiet even though right next to the center station which is also very helpful. Having laundry taken care of was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay in Napoli 👍😀

Très bonne communication avec Andrea avant et pendant le séjour. L'appartement est très beau et soignée. 3 salle de bain très propores à se partager entre les 5 chambres sans aucun problème. Cuisine spacieuse et très bien équipée. Possbilité de laver son linge gratuitement (pensez à bien informer Andrea la veille). Très bonne localisation proche de la gare, du centre-ville à pied, des transports en commun... Parking disponible, un peu cher mais au moins la voiture est sécurisée.

We had a brilliant welcome from Andrea. The location was perfect for us being very close to the train station. The bedroom was big and spacious and we loved having a balcony. Everything was clean.

It was a little tricky to find at first but quick communication helped us find it, it wouldn't put me off staying here again or recommending it.

La chambre ne fait pas 35m2 comme annoncé elle est grande mais ne dispose que d'un placard, aucune table,chaise... Il est mentionné qu'il y a un lave-linge, or nous n'y avons pas accès il faut le confier le matin pour le retrouver le soir sur l'étendoir. Enfin sur les photos, on voit un plateau avec un petit déjeuner mais il n'en est rien, vous disposez d'un ticket pour aller au café en bas prendre un café +1 viennoiserie comme petit déjeuner L'établissement dispose de 5 chambres avec 3 salles de bain partagées dont une assez vétuste La cuisine est à disposition mais le sol très sal.. Bien comme chambre temporaire mais il ne s'agit pas d'une guesthouse en tant que tel... L'accueil a été très sympathique

A booking no s'especifica que el bany és compartit. Cal pagar la taxa municipal de 5,50€ en persona, i booking tampoc no ho especifica abans de fer la reserva. Al ser un indret força petit, al matí ja se sent soroll des de ben aviat.

Lokalizacja w najlepiej skomunikowanej ale nie najładniejszej okolicy. Bardzo serdeczny właściciel, wszystko miło i bezproblemowo, można zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu i wrócić w dowolnym momencie.

Great location close to the station and metro (lots of bus day trips to the Amalfi coast leave from round the corner), very clean and tidy shared bathrooms (3 shared between 5 bedrooms- felt like an en suite). Comfortable rooms with plenty of space and great working air con. Lots of space for cooking in shared kitchen. Andrea the host was very friendly and super responsive - also gave us recommendations for food in Naples. The guest house has an authentic Italian feel to it. We had a great terrace overlooking the road (great people watching!) and we enjoyed having dinner and drinks out there. Ask for room 3 for the largest balcony area.

Some traffic noise but that didn’t bother us as we wore earplugs.

We got a warm welcome from our host. The location is ideal for exploring Naples, a short walk to the historic centre, and very near the train station and a supermarket. The kitchen area was ideal for us, and the whole place was clean and comfortable.

The road outside is pretty noisy, but that seemed like a fair compromise for such a handy city centre location.

O quarto estava arrumado e fomos recebidos por Andrea que foi extremamente gentil e nos explicou tudo com muita paciência e atenção mesmo sendo tarde da noite, é uma casa completa com cozinha, banheiro, máquina de lavar, varanda e tudo que se precisa para uma boa estadia. Informação adicional: Andrea é muito gentil, nos deixou deixar as malas lá mesmo após o fim da nossa reserva e ainda nos permitiu após retornar para buscar tomarmos um banho para sairmos em viagem de trem 🙏🏼💞

A localização assusta bastante, chegamos tarde e apesar de sermos recepcionados pelo proprietário ficamos assustados com a vizinhança que é perigosa, o banheiro é compartilhado apesar de serem três e estarem todos impecavelmente limpos, como são cinco quartos acho que o proprietário podia tentar dividir o banheiro entre os quartos para dar um pouco mais de privacidade aos hóspedes. O café da manhã era simples, apenas um croissant e uma opção de café, para quem gosta de comer muito no café da manhã, não é ideal. Não havia cofre para guardar bens de valor. A cozinha tem utensílios que não estavam limpos, sempre bom lavar tudo que for usar antes.

Andrea & Andrea were kind and helpful hosts who did their best to assist us throughout our stay. When the air conditioning stopped working during the night, they responded promptly and managed to fix the issue. We really appreciated their willingness to help and their friendly attitude.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. First of all, we were unable to get any proper sleep because of the unbearable noise coming from the street. On top of that, the bed was extremely hard, and the pillow felt like concrete, making it impossible to rest comfortably. The common areas (the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom) were unbearably hot, like a sauna. To make matters worse, the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, leaving the room unbearably warm. The breakfast was far below expectations. It consisted of only a croissant and a bottle of water, and the coffee wasn't even ready at breakfast time. The surrounding neighborhood also left a very poor impression. It felt dirty, poorly maintained, and unsafe, and the constant street noise made the overall experience even worse.

It was clean, it was cosy, the location is 5 minutes from the central train station. It’s possible to go to the city centre by foot. Some say the area looks sketchy but I think it has a vibe. Overall the neighborhood was safe. The AC worked very well which was perfect in this heatwave. Very good communication and easy check-in.

房间里有空调，去厕所卫生间没有空调就很闷，不过慢慢就习惯了。洗衣机不能自己洗需要给搞卫生的人，晾在房间里一天一夜不会干。

距离火车站非常近，走路2分钟就可以到达火车站的一个侧边入口，并且火车站旁边还有一个超市可以买水和食物。住宿提供早餐，就在楼下的小店里，早餐是牛角包和一杯咖啡，味道很不错。住宿还提供洗衣服务，只能上午10:00到14:00洗衣服，你可以把脏衣服放在塑料袋里等清洁工白天帮你拿走清洗。 房东人也特别好，英语很流利清晰，到达那天到楼下接我们，非常详细地给我们讲了各个设施的使用方法。

Di certo la zona non è insonorizzata ed e piena di pullman Z macchine che suonano fino a notte fonda ma col sonno che avevo ho dormito come un bambino 🤣 DA CAMBIARE I CUSCINI SCOMODISSIMI non ho apprezzato la maleducazione dei baristi per aver chiesto una brioche vegana vuota ( avuta una volta sola) e la maleducazione degli altri ospiti che guardavano la TV alta con la porta della camera aperta ma questo non è colpa di Bernadette quindi ci ritornerei volentieri

カーテンがやや埃っぽいのと、洗濯機がありましたが使えなかった事ですが過去の口コミを見ると頼めばやってくれそうです。宿周辺はやや治安が悪いので注意が必要です。

Küche für die Gäste in bemerkenswerter Ausstattung und Ordnung. Auch wenn es Gemeinschaftsbäder sind, drei Bäder für 5 Zimmer,piccobello sauber. The room was clean and well decorated. Andrea was a very welcoming host. The breakfast is served at a cafe right next to the building and consists of a cafe and a croissant. Very good location - good connection with the airport and everywhere in the city.

The area is quite noisy during the night and a bit shady, but did not feel any danger.

Excellent accommodation, good location; host Andrea is great. There are three bathrooms, so no queue.

Although I booked a room with a terrace, it turned out that I did not have access to the terrace, but only a view of someone else's terrace. Breakfast is in another building.

Banheiro compartilhado, falta de frigobar no quarto. A localização é próxima à estação de trem mas numa área muito conturbada. Durante a noite / madrugada , foi ligado uma máquina de roupas do apartamento, que fazia barulho e atrapalhava o sono.

Andrea was delightful as a host---extremely helpful, prompt, and welcoming. He was very easily reachable and kept checking in on us to make sure we had a comfortable stay and visit in Naples. The kitchen was wonderfully well-equipped. The breakfast coupons were a very nice gesture and the bakery downstairs was great. There were options of using three excellent and clean shared washrooms and this was super convenient. Overall the home was very beautifully crafted with warmth and thoughtfulness. It was a really nice experience for us. Thanks to Andrea once again!

Vi fick väldigt fint bemötande av värden Andrea. Han var väldigt service minded och gav mer info och uppmärksamhet åt oss än vad vi förväntat oss. Mycket bra jobbat Andrea! Och läget är perfekt. Priset också bra.

Det är svårt att hitta dit. Adressen var otydlig trots att vi gick på Google Map och andra kart-sökmotorer och när vi frågade folk på gatan. Skyltningen undermålig, liksom att ingen info fanns om Bernadette på dörrknapparna nere vid porten. Det måste bli bättre! Nu sökte Andrea mig via WhatsApp och då gäller det att man har på mobilsurfen och ljudet på mobilen. Informationen borde varit bättre om att värden skulle vara tvungen att komma ner (fyra våningar) till gatan för att möta upp oss. När vi väl var på plats och fått nyckel var det inga problem.

The location is listed as having a washing machine, which was a must for me. In fact, it is misleading as guests are permitted to use it only 10 to 14, making it de facto unavailable.

Andrea was absolutely wonderful. He was exceptionally kind and helpful, especially since we needed to check in late at night! Will absolutely be staying here again if I return to Naples, and will recommend to others as well. :)

Foarte cozy

Wir sind gegen 20 Uhr angekommen und der überaus nette Vermieter hat schon auf uns gewartet. Einfacher Zugang zur Wohnung mit Aufzug. Das Zimmer selbst hat zwar kein Bad, aber wir konnten zwischen drei Bädern auswählen. Es gab sogar eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die wir allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit einem kleinen Balkon an sehr belebter Straße, da sich die Wohnung unmittelbar am Hauptbahnhof befindet. Für das Frühstück bekommt man einen Gutschein, mit dem man an der unten liegenden Bar ein italienisches Frühstück bekommt.

Gerne wieder. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Unterkunft sauber. Viele Bäder.

The staff was very helpful and organized our taxi trips to the airport.

The location was extremely noisy: there were car horns all night and our room was directly on the street. It's not the staff's fault, clearly, we just weren't aware of how noisy and loud things would be.

El desayuno se realizaba en un establecimiento publico anexo bien. La localización es buena a pocos minutos de la estación central que te conecta con Pompeya, Costa amalfitana, personal amable

Establecimiento antiguo, placa de identificacion en la calle casi invisible sobre todo de noche , calle ruidosa, me parecio un exceso cobrar 20 euros por llegar mas tarde de las 21 h el dia de llegada para abrirte el establecimiento. Los baños son compartidos con todos los residentes del establecimiento. Debe tener papel de cocina para secarte las manos y no usar paños de cocina comunes.

位置很方便，就在火车站门口，很适合赶车，换乘，中间过渡一晚。负责人友善的接待了我们，并给我们讲解如何去买火车票，然后也帮我们提供了免费的饮料和水。

Andrea ist ein äußerst freundlicher, zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat uns vor dem Eingang empfangen und ausführlich die Unterkunft gezeigt. Die Bäder und Zimmer sind geräumig und haben Charme. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof hat seine Vor- wie Nachteile - für Stadtspaziergänge und Reisen ins Umland ist sie sehr gut.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einem sehr stark befahrenen (und behupten) Kreisverkehr in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Nachts kehrt etwas Ruhe ein, aber wirklich leise ist es nie. Das Frühstück ist recht klein und besteht nur aus einem süßen Teilchen und einem kleinen Getränk von der Bäckerei an der Straße (Andrea hatte dies aber bereits angekündigt).

Lokalita ubytování hned vedle hlavního nádraží je velká výhoda pro další toulky Neapolí nebo např. do Pompejí. Ocenili jsme nabídku drogerie a vybavené kuchyně (možnost si uvařit čaj, kávu, využít lednici). Snídaně vedle v baru také fajn.

Negativum je velký hluk z rušné ulice, nad kterou jsme měli balkon.
