La buena ubicación cerca de la estación de Napoli, el desayuno y la habitación era cómoda.

Que nos dispongan de ascensor, subir y bajar las maletas las 4 plantas de escaleras con el equipaje se hace muy complicado.

The hotel was close to the station, but seems to be a dangerous zone, lot of police presence.

The shower was broken. No lift, so I have to carry suitecases upstairs/downstairs. Internet worked intermittently. Basic breakfast. Tour related Information provided by the hotel personnel was misleading.

La struttura a due passi dalla stazione Garibaldi, comodo per il parcheggio a pagamento sottostante ( piazza Garibaldi). La camera rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione ed è molto accogliente curata nei particolari e confortevole

J'ai logé dans un autre hôtel san angelo palace en raison d'indisponibilité á hôtel Bella Napoli. L'hôtel est sans commentaire. Excellent. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Seul bémol: la cabine de la douche est trop serrée. Remerciements á Inga, Lucrezia et Rosario pour leur gentillesse et amabilité.

La ubicación y la buena predisposición del personal. Son muy amables. Pudimos entrar a la habitación antes del check in porque ya estaba lista y quedarnos hasta las 12 el dia del check out ya que teníamos el vuelo a las 15 y teníamos las valijas. Eso se valora un montón.

The staff are friendly, the hotel and room are clean, and it's fairly cheap.

The location is dire; it is down a dark side street, where shops are all shuttered and graffitied and my wife was nervous to walk down there at night.

Super Lage, super Preis-Leistung. Hervorheben möchte ich Isaac, der uns super beraten hat und uns für den extra frühen Check-out eine kleine Breakfast-Bag packen ließ!

Die Ausstattung war teilweise etwas veraltet/ defekt, vor allem im Bad. Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

The staff was really great, nice and helpful, the location very close to the Napoli Centrale station was very convenient. The room was small but had everything we needed and was clean.

It was very loud and very difficult to sleep. The door didn’t close properly so we could hear everything happening in the hotel including people using cutlery at breakfast time. The whole night we heard everyone walking in the hotel corridors.

La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, l'accoglienza al nostro arrivo, la tv in camera abbastanza grande e l'aria condizionata.

Tutto il resto. Zona terribile e pericolosa, soprattutto la sera, invivibile! L'hotel non ha l'ascensore e abbiamo dovuto trascinare le valigie per 2 pisni. La camera e soprattutto il bagno sono da sistemare e rivedere. La colazione purtroppo davvero pessima.

Rauhallinen hotelli yöaikaan. Aamiainen kohtuullisen hyvä. Erinomainen palvelu ja tosi ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sänky hyvä. Helppo lähteä keskustaan ja junalla esim Pompeijiin ja Sorrentoon.

Hotellin ympäristössä roskaisuutta kovasti ja myöhään illalla ympäristö ei vaikuttanut kovin turvalliselta jos liikkuisi yksin.

The room was clean, very close to the station, a 5-minute walking distance. Very friendly staff. We checked out early in the morning. They packed us breakfast.

The area at night is not safe. The room is tiny and few things were broken. Otherwise, it was okay for one night.

Os funcionários eram muito simpáticos, especialmente a senhora da receção.

Hotel localizado numa zona muito suja, com a fachada exterior muito detiorada (percebemos porque não há fotos do exterior do hotel). Localizado perto da estação central, contudo longe da zona mais turística. O quarto era bastante pequeno, e a casa de banho estava em mau estado.

Reception was very friendly and location was very good.

The staff serving breakfast was very unfriendly. I ordered Hot Chocolate and gave a very strong one like hot coffee chocolate when I told her she was very upset and started to complain about me in Italian with 2 other guests.

Αρχικά να τονίσουμε πως το προσωπικό και η κοπέλα με τα κοντά ξανθά μαλλιά ήταν εξερετικοι αλλα εως εκει

Αρχικά κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής συνέχεια ακουγόταν θόρυβος στον διάδρομο είτε απο το προσωπικό είτε απο τους πελάτες. Πληρώσαμε comfort δωμάτιο και μόνο αντευο δεν ήταν. Η καθαριότητα αρκετά μέτριοι και στο δωμάτιο (βρήκαμε λερωμένα σεντόνια και πετσέτες κτλ) αλλα και στους δημόσιους χώρους ( στο εστιατόριο που πήραμε πρωινό ο τοίχος είναι με κατάλοιπα φαγητού και σάλτσα. Και η ζέστη αφόρητη. Ο λόγος που η ζέστη ήταν αφόρητη στην τραπεζαρία είναι οτι εχουν τους φούρνους χωρίς απορρόφητηρα και για να μην μυρίζει αφήνουν ανοιχτά. Δεν θα ξανά επισκευτομουν αυτο το μέρος. Την έλλειψη ασφάλειας θα την δείτε στην φωτογραφία.

Vorrei iniziare questa recensione parlando della straordinaria gentilezza di Genaro, il receptionist del turno di notte. È una persona davvero speciale! Ci ha accolti con un sorriso nonostante il nostro arrivo fosse molto tardivo, ci ha consigliato un ristorante ottimo e ci ha dato tantissimi suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare. Inoltre, ci ha spiegato come fare attenzione, dato che la zona in cui si trova l’hotel può essere un po’ delicata. Onestamente, vale quasi la pena prenotare questo hotel solo per conoscere Genaro! 😂 Un ringraziamento speciale anche a Pina, la ragazza della colazione: dolcissima, sempre sorridente e molto disponibile. Ha reso le nostre mattine ancorand più piacevoli. Grazie a entrambi per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così speciale!

Se proprio dovessi trovare un aspetto negativo, direi che riguarda la sicurezza del quartiere. Si percepisce che la zona può essere un po’ pericolosa, soprattutto di sera. Per fortuna, Genaro ci ha dato ottimi consigli fin dal nostro arrivo: ci ha raccomandato di tenere sempre la borsa davanti a noi e di evitare di camminare con il telefono in mano. Grazie ai suoi suggerimenti ci siamo sentiti molto più tranquilli e potuto goderci il soggiorno senza problemi.

Reception staff (the Lithuanian lady) was friendly and helpful. Best tv we ever had in our stays in places. Lots of towels and refreshed daily.

Breakfast could improve a bit in terms of variety and presentation of area.

Le monsieur de l'accueil le soir de notre arrivée

Pour commencer l'emplacement, l'insécurité y règne! Zone très mal fréquentée et ne vous avisé pas de sortir la nuit tombée . Nous avons séjourner 3 nuits et que dire, mon dos s'en souvient! Literie horrible inconfortable et matelas cassé j'ai bien tenté de demander que l'on nous change de chambre mais le monsieur qui se trouvait à l'accueil le plus jeune qui était également présent ce 5 août au matin m'a promis un changement de matelas le lendemain mais jamais rien n'a été fait. Ce gentil monsieur également qui râle et soupire quand ma compagne attend dans le hall d'entrée avec notre enfant de 7 mois pour ne pas rester dehors avec les 35 degrés qu'il faisait. Ce qu'il ne sait pas c'est que ma compagne parle italien... Nourriture du petit déjeuner: no comment Chambre non nettoyée pendant tout le séjour malgré la demande et le fait que nous ayons accroché le post it à cet effet. La femme de ménage nous a dis je reviens après mais elle n'est jamais revenue. Vue des chambres sur une décharge de voiture abandonnées. Climatisation très sales pleine de poussière chambre non nettoyée télévision qui ne fonctionne pas. Bref je n'y remettrai plus jamais les pieds. Le confort n'est pas tout! Je ne critique jamais en mal les logements dans lesquels je séjourne et que ce n'est pas parfait à partir du moment ou le personnel est agréable, serviable et gentil. Mais je pense que les personnel du bella napoli ne se rend pas compte qu'ils ont un emploi et un salaire grâce aux touristes qui fréquentent l'hôtel...

Breakfast is good 2 seperated bedroom for family

Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Bahnhofsnähe und der Altstadt. Wir hatten nicht so ein tolles Zimmer erwartet und die Aufnahme war außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet sehr vielseitig.

Die Stadt an sich war leider sehr schmutzig, überall Müll, Plastikflaschen, Kippen alles wird einfach auf die Straße geworfen. Das ist schon sehr traurig.

Overall very good. Very easy to access from the airport, we only took a bus which was so much cheaper than a taxi. They have a 24 hour reception which others do not have and so we did not have to pay extra for late check in. Breakfast is generous and loads of options

The location of the hotel is scary at first, but then you get used to it. I would not recommend going out at night though. The room itself was clean and modern. The room was modern, clean and had great air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was great.

I didn't like that the room was in another building. We had to cross the street to get to the building where our room was. The breakfast was not very good. We had to cross the street to the hotel and then go to the basement of the building to have breakfast. The breakfast was not very fresh or tasty.

Ωραία εξυπηρέτηση, πολύ καλό προσωπικό που μας βοήθησαν σε πάρα πολλά πράγματα. Το δωμάτιο όμορφο ανακαινισμένο, και το πρωινό ήταν αξιόλογο . Λίγες και καλές ιταλικές γεύσεις.

Αν και η τοποθεσία βολεύει πάρα πολύ γτ είσαι δίπλα στον σταθμό , η περιοχή είναι λίγο επικίνδυνη όσο αναφορά την ποιότητα κόσμου ( χαλημα στρώματα ) . Οπότε μεγάλη προσοχή ! Επίσης το Ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει ασανσέρ . Εμείς μέναμε στον τρίτο και δεν μπορούσα να πω ότι ήταν και το πιο βολικό πράγμα . Τα περισσότερα 3 αστέρια δεν έχουν ασανσέρ στην Νάπολη !

Molto da migliorare la colazione! Invece di un formaggio buono stavano sottilette di supermercato imbustate.

Soggiorno di due notti. Ottima posizione. Senza auto siamo riusciti a raggiungere tutte le mete prefissate grazie alla vicinanza di Piazza Garibaldi. Ottima accoglienza. Lo staff di Hotel Bella Napoli è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Letto comodo, buona anche la climatizzazione della camera che puoi gestire in autonomia. Ci è stato consentito di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check-out. Io e mia moglie abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di yogurt senza lattosio (in qualche 4 stelle ci è capitato non venisse servito). La notte abbiamo sempre trovato Gennaro ad aspettarci, anche quando siamo rientrati dopo le 2:00 dopo un concerto a Caserta.

Aggiungerei solo 2 ganci in più in più per appendere le tovaglie grandi della doccia. E starei un po' più attento a coprire le pietanze calde come uova fritte e strapazzate per conservarle fino alla fine della colazione. Tuttavia, questo non ha intaccato il soggiorno che è stato in generale più che buono.

Nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit car notre avion a été annulé - mais l’hôtel est situé à proximité de toutes les commodités et à peine à quelques kilomètres de l’aéroport. Le personnel est adorable et particulièrement la jeune femme à l’accueil avec qui nous avons échangé à notre départ. À noter que le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié.

Great location, super close to the bus and train station. Can walk to the Spanish Quarter and historic centre very easily. Staff were super helpful and the breakfast was a lovely inclusion.

The hotel is refurbished and the room and bathroom are new. Beds are very comfy, good AC. I liked the breakfast a lot. Choices were plentiful for a 3-star hotel. It exceeded my expectation. The hotel has a 24 hr reception and it is very close from the train station and historical center.

Hotel in center of naples. 5min from main train station. 2min away from metro. City center and oldtown on naples 15min by feet. Room exception cleanless. Cleaning stuff always asking questions if need anything. The same with breakfast stuff. Girls you are the top!!

Okolica dość specyficzna. Okolice dworca, masa bezdomnych i „dziwnych ludzi”. Po zmroku raczej nie polecam wycieczek po okolicy.

It’s an awful neighborhood, it is scary at day time, terrible at night. Our view was the front of the hotel, all the abandoned buildings right in front. In a small street all dirty with garbage, the only decent looking building in the street , was the hotel entrance.

J'ai aimé l'accueil du personnel, les chambres étaient joliment décorées, les lits très confortables.

La vue depuis notre chambre, le frigo était sale et vide(même pas une petite bouteille d'eau), le petit déjeuner était vraiment limite limite. La chasse d'eau qui débordait de la cuvette.

Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, άνετο δωμάτιο, καθημερινά υπηρεσία καθαριότητας με καθαρές πετσέτες. Καλό πρωινό!

Δεν είχε ασανσέρ, αλλά είχαμε ενημερωθεί από τα σχόλια που είχαμε διαβάσει. Στο μπάνιο όταν άνοιγε ο εξαερισμός είχε πολύ άσχημη μυρωδιά.
