Very clean property and great amenities! Perfect location for attending wedding in castle Bellingham. Staff went above and beyond and were so polite and helpful!

Continental breakfast/Plenty of cereal to choose from/ fruit , even fresh local raspberries/Juice/ Toast . Everything you want for a lovely breakfast. Lovely room with Tea/ Coffee facilities There for a wedding and Kevin dropped us back to venue to collect our car the following morning .Great hosts.

Everything was perfect

We arrived late from traveling…starving and too latefor dinner anywhere. We were not even offered a slice of toast and went to bed hungry. There was not a separate entrance. Our hosts were watching television with the volume way up in the living room next to us. It was weird and uncomfortable. My husband went out the front door of the house to get something from the car at night. He set off the alarm and flashing spotlights were shining on him.This was a guestroom in someone’s house. We felt trapped and very uncomfortable!

I stayed in Revenwood twice while working in Louth and both of my stays were amazing! Mary and Kevin are incredible hosts! The b&b is set in a lovely peaceful location yet only a few minutes from the motorway. The room was absolutely perfect and the bed was super comfortable. Also had a lovely breakfast each morning too. I will definitely stay when working or visiting Louth again.

It is a lovely property with fabulous views. We were attending a wedding and only stayed the one night but have no hesitation renting again.

We did not realize Ravenwood is a private home, with one guest room. We arrived late which inconvenienced the host.

Echt een leuk verblijf gehad daar. Gastheer en -vrouw zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heel goede en propere kamer en badkamer. Het huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht en je verblijft er als enige gast. Dus alle aandacht is voor jou. De tips voor restaurants en dingen om te doen tijdens je verblijf waren top.

We kunnen niet echt iets vinden dat niet in orde is bij hen.

We liked everything about the place. Our hosts were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. They really made us feel comfortable and welcome. Thankyou both again for everything.

Absolutely nothing.

Beautiful home with just 1 room for guests. Off the beaten path but beautiful grounds and a view of the Irish Sea. Kevin, owner, was there to meet us and give us detailed instructions about the property and accommodations. They put out a full breakfast for us but we were leaving for the airport and didn't have a chance to try anything.

Mary and Kevin were the perfect hosts. They were so helpful with everything. Kevin left us to the venue of the wedding we were attending and they had lots of advice on places to visit and eat in the area. We enjoyed the breakfast and chats, nothing was ever too much bother. Would definitely reccommend to anyone visiting the area.

Everything beautiful home from home . Our hosts Kevin and Mary instantly made us feel like part of the family. Our room was perfect spotless and so warm and the bed was so comfortable. We were in bed both nights by nine because we needed just a proper rest. They drove us to the next village to the local food and drinks venue. They offered to collect us but we said no ye have done so much already. They fed us to an inch of our lives 😀😀. Highly recommend staying here beautiful village twos mins from the castle . Definitely should be a 4 star ⭐ not 3 in my eyes. Thank you both from myself and Derek. Best wishes for the future 🥰

Had a great overnight stay at Ravenwood. Lovely room with views over fields to the sea. Room had everything we needed, and they thoughtfully provided water and juice as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Good continental breakfast was provided in the morning and Mary and Kevin gave helpful suggestions for places to eat and visit nearby.

Mary and Kevin were very welcoming and friendly. We were staying for a wedding in the castle, Kevin gave us a lift up after check in and was easy to get a taxi back. The room was very clean and had tea/coffee, water etc. Continental breakfast in the morning was great and nice to talk to Kevin and Mary before leaving. Lovely house and grounds, would recommend.

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The kitchen was a dream—spacious, spotless, and fully equipped. Our room and bathroom were super comfortable and relaxing. The morning started with a delicious breakfast and great conversation. They also shared lots of fantastic local recommendations—restaurants, places to explore, and more. Truly a lovely stay—we’d happily come back!

Very friendly hosts who made us feel really welcome. We were shown in detail how everything worked in our room. Clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Perfect location for exploring the area and for access to Dublin airport. Continental breakfast was plentiful. We had to leave very early for the airport on our second night, and Mary left out delicious fresh pastries and fruit for us to take with us.

My fault entirely but the property is tricky to find, and although detailed instructions were sent to us at the time of booking, four months later I did not remember we had been sent these. Perhaps resend the message a couple of days prior to guests arrival.

Quiet, we were the only guests, well appointed, clean and comfortable, good facilities, good continental breakfast. Beautiful gardens

The shower head was set too low in the shower. No living room offered to relax in, TV limited - was a smart TV but no internet access.

Lovely, light, continental-style breakfast was served which set you up for the day - a wide selection of cereals, yogurts, fruit, croissants, tea, coffee, juice etc. We were served in the beautiful kitchen by Kevin and Mary who made you feel right at home. They were both very friendly and gracious hosts who were a joy to deal with. The accommodation is perfect for a couple - a lovely en-suite bedroom with spectacular views all the way to the Irish Sea. The house is beautiful, set in its own grounds in a quiet and peaceful location. We stayed for 3 nights and could have easily stayed longer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ravenwood accommodation for your stay.

Hosts are absolutely brilliant, treated like family from the moment I pulled up on the driveway, well looked, go above and beyond after and are good craic too

Mary and Kevin were amazing hosts. They were very responsive ahead of our stay and were extremely kind while we were there. Kevin even lent my husband a tie when we realized he had forgotten to pack his! The B&B is just as described, is super convenient to Bellingham castle, and the breakfast comes with delicious strawberries!

Lovely stay near Bellingham castle for a wedding. Kevin and Mary were so welcoming and helpful even dropping us to the venue

The location was in a peaceful rural setting with restaurants and pubs nearby. The continental breakfast was substantial with fresh fruit salad, fruit, cereals, bread, yoghurt, juice, tea and coffee. Thankyou Mary for such a friendly and welcoming stay. It is a beautiful place and close to Drogheda and surrounding historic sites.

Hosts Mary and Kevin went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable… They even gave us lifts too and from the wedding venue. Cleanest house and manicured gardens… highly recommend🙌

An absolutely beautiful place to stay with super friendly and helpful hosts. The bed was super comfortable and everything was well presented. The bathroom was spacious and of the highest quality. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed here on our way north after arriving in Dublin Airport in the evening and it worked out really well.

Every things were perfect : pleasant and warm welcome, house and garden are large and very pretty, spacious and very comfortable room. the underfloor heating in the bathroom is a real plus :-)

Mary & Kevin were absolutely lovely hosts, so welcoming and helpful when we arrived (offering us lifts to Castlbellingham if we needed them). The room was perfect as was the location. I forgot a pair of socks for my suit at the wedding and Mary duly saved the day and gave me a brand new pair! Hosts that go above and beyond - thanks so much!

Couldn't stay longer

Had a lovely overnight stay with Kevin and Mary, who were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and the continental breakfast with freshly brewed coffee was delicious. Special thanks to Kevin for the lift to Castle Bellingham. We won't hesitate to return!
