Les équipements ( ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver), les fait qu il y ait deux points WC, l emplacement (proximité Tram, Métro). La propreté de ce logement très spacieux, la climatisation et en prime l accueil personnalisé et les petites attentions de Stella qui parle très bien le français ( conseils pour trouver des commerces et restaurants à proximité du logement)

Хорошее расположение по отношению к метро, Акрополю, центру города, Акрополю, Плаке (в пешей доступности 15 мин). Рядом есть продуктовые магазины, пекарня, рестораны, аптеки. Просторные апартаменты, в которых есть все для проживания. Было чисто. Хозяйка апартаментов прислала очень четкие инструкции по заселению и рекомендации по магазинам, тавернам и кафе. Есть закрытая парковка, что очень немаловажно для этого района города.

Для тех, кто приезжает на машине нужно учитывать, что парковка находиться на очень узкой улице. Напротив парковки автомастерская. С 8:00 до 18:00 проезд по улице полностью заблокирован клиентами мастерской и выехать с парковки днём практически невозможно.

L'accueil très agréable de Stella, l'emplacement très proche du tram, du métro et du centre d'Athènes. L'appartement est très bien équipé, confortable, tout fonctionne bien. La literie est confortable.

Un apartament foarte mare, potrivit pentru 6 persoane, curat, foarte atenți la detalii. Faptul ca are parcare, pentru cei care vin cu mașina, este un mare avantaj într-o capitală foarte aglomerată. Este situat la 20 minute de Acropole. Arată exact ca in poze.

The location is convenient, situated a few minutes walk to a metro station and within walking distance of major sites, including the Acropolis Museum. It's in a quiet neighborhood with convenience stores, bakeries, pharmacies, bars and more. Our host, Stella, communicated very well in advance and was easy to deal with throughout. She provided a list of nearby restaurant recommendations which were excellent. There is also a very good gyro shop located right next to the building. The apartment layout includes three bedrooms with comfortable beds, one large bathroom with a tub, and a separate second toilet with a sink. Amenities include effective air conditioning, a fridge, a microwave, cooking range, a washing machine, a smart TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The balconies were useful for drying laundry, which dried overnight in the warm weather.

The apartment sits at the top of a slope, requiring a short uphill walk from the nearby Sygrou Fix metro station. This is manageable for daily outings, but guests traveling with heavy luggage may prefer taking a taxi directly to the entrance.

Були в Афінах 2дня, з ціллю відвідати визначні міста. Апартаменти надзвичайно чудові! Місце розташування вдале, в пішій доступності всі визначні місця, гарний охайний район. Самі апартаменти просторі, великі , чистота скрізь, все необхідне було, і все в гарному стані. Господарка привітна, все показала, розказала. В нас сімʼя з 4 чоловік, всім було місце! Хто подорожує на авто( в нашому випадку -це велике авто), то величезний плюс це наявність свого паркувального місця, зручного, закритого зі сторони вулиці. Це дуже-дуже актуально в Афінах. Поряд також багато автентичних ресторанчиків зі смачною кухнею. Господарка надає рекомендації по відвідуванню цікавих закладів харчування. Якщо вагаєтесь обирати ці апартаменти чи ні, то не варто. Все на найвищому рівні. Дякуємо за гостинність.

Apartment with all you need for a short stay. It is in second floor and it has 3 bedrooms (1-queen bed, 2 - queen bed, 3 - two twin beds; each with its own AC), and 1.5 bathrooms (one full - w/washer machine, and one half - without shower), living room (with AC), and kitchen with table for 4-6 people. Good location (~3 blocks from supermarket; ~6 blocks - uphill -from metro/tram). Two great restaurants recommended by host 4-5 blocks away. Check-in/check-out was fine.

Stay here was fine. My only comment is that I was under the impression that it had 2 full bathrooms (but perhaps I did not pay enough attention to the description in the website).

Es war alles sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Klimageräte in den Zimmern funktionieren gut und die Kommunikation vor Ort war sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Mit der Metro ist alles schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Vielen Dank!

Very nice apartments in a residential area - a 15-20 min walk to the acropolis and near the modern art gallery. We enjoyed staying there. It was also handy there was a washing machine to get some laundry done.

Δεν υπήρχε ηλιόλουστη βεράντα. Το δεύτερο μπάνιο δεν είχε ντουζ! Το διαμέρισμα είναι ένα ισόγειο, απέναντι από ένα συνεργείο αυτοκινήτων, που έκανε δοκιμές στις μηχανές το μεσημέρι.

The apartment very central, with easy access to the rest of the city. It was clean and put together nicely, with coffee and water bottles left for us on arrival. Towels and the like were also provided.

Perfect place for your stay. Near the city center and see sights, but in a quiet and safe district. The private parking is super advantage. The host Stela is very helpful and smily. We recommend it! Thanks for the presents!

Apartment was perfect for our group. Very clean, everything you need is available, good location, safety parking place. Perfect communication and detailed instructions. Stella is a shiny person.

Eine sehr schöne grosse Wohnung. Gut geschnitten, Gäste-WC zum WC im.Bad super praktisch. Eigener Parkplatz im Hinterhof ist bei der Lage Gold wert. Und nicht zuletzt: die Vermieterin ist super nett und stets hilfsbereit. Wir waren schon dreimal hier. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder. Danke!

L'emplacement était proche des endroits à voir (environ 15/20 mn à pied). Nous étions bien installés et avons apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est joli et propre. Nous avons même eu droit à des chaussons !! Petit balcon sympa.

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude en arrivant et on a dû la mettre en route en sortant par un escalier minuscule (mais c'est bien expliqué). Pas de chauffage dans la cuisine et la salle de bains, en février ça manque... Pas de contact avec la propriétaire.

La rapidez en la reserva y la respuesta del apartamento, nos salvó de una cancelación de última hora!!!! Gracias!!!! La ubicación está bien, 15 minutos del centro caminando, 5 minutos del metro . Las camas eran cómodas , había doble almohada, agradecida!!! Había lavadora y en la tele Netflix!! Tenía parking aunque nosotros no lo necesitábamos.

La calefacción no funcionaba, aunque había bomba de aa con calor, todavía hacía frío en Atenas cuando la visitamos. Las luces de la casa eran blancas, nada acogedoras, sin luces de pie, un poco antiguo todo, sin sensación de calidez.

Lage perfekt! Die Akropolis und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeber sehr freundlich, Schlüsselübergabe per Code war super einfach. Große, abgeschlossene Parkfläche – sogar für einen 9-Sitzer geeignet.

Die Anfahrt erfolgt über eine sehr schmale Straße. Mit einem normalen PKW ist es kein Problem, aber mit unserem 9-Sitzer war schon etwas Fahrgeschick gefragt. Aber in Athen geht’s eben nicht anders.

The apartment was great and the hosts were very kind and helpful. The apartment is huge and the big bonus is the private parking as we were travelling by car and in the central parts of Athens it is a nightmare to find a parking spot. The apartment is very big - three bedrooms, one big kitchen and one living room, one bathroom and separately a second toilet. For 4-6 people it is perfect. The apartment is clean and nice, although it is not the typical modernly renovated apartment. The AC is working fine which is important for us. There was a baby cot.

We were on the second floor and there is no elevator. The area is not great but it is very close to main attractions and central part of the city. If your car is big, it is not easy to get to the parking as the streets are very narrow.

Clean and well-equipped. Perfect for a few days exploring Athens.

5 minutes walk from metro, tram, buses, and then 5 minutes ride to city center ! Spacious apartment, secure parking, many shops in the area. We hope to stay here again in another trip.

L'appartement est idéalement situé. La propriétaire se montre accueillante. Les transports en commun, les magasins et les restaurants se trouvent à proximité.

Mobilier pas vraiment récent. Il est regrettable qu'il y ait eu des odeurs d'urine de chat dans l'une des chambres donnant sur la rue, un peu gênant.

ESTELL APARTMENTS is exceptionally well-suited for families with young children. The three-bedroom, 1.5-bath unit is spacious, bright, spotless, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a complete kitchen, washing machine, ironing board and iron, and a balcony for drying laundry. Its location is another major strength: both the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum are within easy walking distance, which makes sightseeing with kids much easier. The gated, free private parking, ample enough for an SUV, is a rare advantage in central Athens and was a key factor for us in choosing this property. The host, Stella, was outstanding throughout our stay, communicating clearly, responding quickly, and even taking the time to see us off personally. Overall, the apartment offered the perfect home-away-from-home experience for our family.

The only consideration to keep in mind is that the building is a walk-up. Families staying on the upper floors should be prepared for stairs when handling luggage or managing younger children. Other than this, our experience was wonderful.

Appartamento molto pulito e abbastanza ben attrezzato in zona tranquilla e silenziosa a 15 minuti ca a piedi dall'Acropoli e da Plaka. Nelle vicinanze supermercati, negozi di alimentari e belle taverne. Comodo anche per i mezzi pubblici soprattutto la comodissima metropolitana. La proprietaria Estella ottima ospite pronta ad accogliere richieste personali.

L'appartamento ha un bagno grande e attrezzato di vasca e un secondo bagnetto senza vasca nè doccia. Noi eravamo con una coppia di amici con cui non abbiamo però avuto problemi ad organizzarci per le docce.

Nous étions 4, 1 couple et 2 personnes chacun avait sa chambre, confortable, un salon avec TV, internet disponible, une sdb avec wc et un 2ème wc seul, cuisine avec tout le nécessaire. A environ 300m du tram et bus, on a pris un Uber Taxi depuis l’aéroport 44€ sinon en métro plus bus 9€/pax. On est venu le week-end du marathon, emplacement idéal, l’appartement se trouve à 300m d’un des 6 points de départ des bus spécifiques pour rejoindre la ligne de départ à Marathon, c’était très pratique, en 5’ on est à l’arrêt . Appartement propre, boîte à clef tout parfait, et bien central, on est allé à pied visiter l’acropole environ 20’ de marche, il y a plusieurs restaurants autour.

L'appartamento e' molto grande, noi eravamo in 5 e gli spazi erano ottimi, tre ottime camere con terrazzo. La posizione non è centrale, ma il quartiere è molto tranquillo, la metropolitana o i bus sono vicini, Si puo' anche accedere ai Taxi con l'applicazione e i costi sono contenuti.

That was an incredible stay! This place near the Acropolis is everything you could ask for. It’s beautifully clean, bright, and spacious—impeccably maintained. The atmosphere is so peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Athens. Just a short walk from the Acropolis, so you're right in the heart of it all. But the best part? It’s so tranquil inside, you’ll forget you're in a bustling city. Nice restaurants are nearby, bakery, shops. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Athens! Highly recommend it.

Excellent hospitality and communication from the host Stella and her brother. We arrived early from a long haul flight and were able to check in early to rest, which is very much appreciated. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance to major tourist attractions and metro is not far either. Local bakeries offer fantastic coffee and food (thanks to Stella's brother's recommendation) and the supermarket is only two blocks away. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything we needed. Complementary bottled water, tea bags and coffee are a nice touch. Free parking at the back of the building comes super handy, especially when street parking is limited. Overall I highly recommend the apartment and would love to stay here again if we ever return to Athens.

if you want to visit Athens, don't think twice: choose Estella apartments! Large rooms, two baths, clean and safe. Located on a quiet street, with windows blinds, firm mattresses will offer you a perfect sleep. You'll be at a walking distance to major attractions of Athens or, if you don't want to walk to much, in 5 minutes you'll be to subway and in other 10 minutes to Plaka or Monastiraki, two perfect places for shopping or to taste the local delicious food. Stella is e charming host and the comunication is impeccable.
