The location is very central. Close to major bus stops and metro. The shared bathroom gets cleaned daily.

There is no air conditioning, so a little bit warm during the day but at night it cools down a little bit. There is a restaurant downstairs and locals can get quite loud - it closes at 1am.

W pokoju jest strasznie głośno - o 8 personel sprzątający już śpiewa, słychać w pokoju absolutnie wszystko z zewnątrz - jeżeli ktos lubi pospać to bardzo ciężko. Tylko dwie łazienki na piętrze - codziennie były zajęte rano i trzeba było czekać w kolejce

The location was amazing, it was clean, my messages were replied quickly. Comfortable bed. My room and facilities were a lot better than I expected.

Buona posizione: in circa 15-20 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro; in alternativa sono disponibili vicino bus e metro e a 10 minuti a piedi la stazione. Il check-in automatico è comodo, anche se un po' macchinoso. Per arrivare alle stanze c'è l'ascensore, ma solo fino al terzo piano. La camera è un po' piccola ma fornita di letto, un comodino, un armadio aperto, uno specchio e una sedia. Affacciava su un balcone attrezzato, ma in condivisione con altre persone (quindi se si lascia la porta aperta può entrare chiunque). Non c'è aria condizionata, ma una ventilatore a soffitto che è più che sufficiente. Viene fornito un asciugamano da doccia a testa. Nel mio piano c'erano due bagni in comune molto ampi e puliti.

Sarebbe utile qualche ripiano in più nella stanza per appoggiare le cose e il fornire un deposito bagagli all'interno della struttura.

Location was good and lift installed.

No iron board or iron, no tv, no aircon. In single room chair provided but no table in case someone wants do some work on their PC, even a simple table just provides a little bit more space to place your items inside your room nicely. The check in time is 4pm. As the entry is through the automatic system so it won't release the key even at 3:59pm. So if you land a few hours early on a morning flight, you will be waiting somewhere outside until 4pm. On the other side checkout time is 11am, so customers are losing 5 hours on their booking.

Good room and location. Although the room did not have an AC, a celling fan created a comfort climate inside. Good shared kitchen with lots of necessary stuff and fridges for own food.

The bathrooms were not maintained well: absence of soap and toilet paper sometimes, not properly working facets and shower heads. Inappropriate check in time from 4 pm, the machine at the entrance literally does not let you to get your room access card until it is 4 pm. Could be earlier or when the room is ready.

The object is located in excelent localization. In the centre of Lisbon. The room are specious.

The room smelled disguisting. There was a lot of moisture and the whole room smelled like mold. That was awful. We reported it to the landlord and asked to change the room, however nothing was done. Furthermore, the shared bathrooms very filthy. I do not recommend this accomodation.

Le lit qui grince beaucoup j'entends fortement le bruit du lit des voisins, le ventilateur au plafond assez bruyant La salle de bain au 3ème paraît propre mais quand même en journée on voit bien les crasse Une coupure d'électricité en pleine soirée Attention le boîtier près des ascenseurs ne servent a rien J'ai passé au moins 30 minutes a vouloir récupérer une clé pas nécessaire. Il pourrait y avoir plus de matériel dans les chambres ( un petit bureau).

I was very sick while in Lisbon so had to stay in for several days, meaning I saw SATURdAYS operate closely. The cleaning staff were extremely thorough and very friendly, I was impressed every day at their cleaning. I had a small issue while staying, and the office staff communicated extremely well, and came in out of hours without me asking to fix the issue. Really impressed with the people here.

It’s the second time I stay there. I really liked it the first time. Really good location, safe and clean. But this time the experience was different.

I stayed here two years ago and had a great experience, which is why I booked again. Unfortunately, this time I was given an attic room on the top floor which was EXTREMELY HOT. Even with the fan on it was impossible to stay in the room so I had to stay out of the room during the main hours, even though I needed to rest. The only way to make it bearable after 7pm was to leave the door open, which meant losing privacy and getting smells from the kitchen. I also found ants in the room (photos attached). I asked to change rooms, but no alternative was provided by the staff.

The rooms were excellent, the shared bathrooms were always clean and available whenever you needed them despite being shared, the kitchen was very well equipped, and everything was great overall. The staff were super friendly, and I would definitely stay here again!

As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be great if the single rooms had a mirror too (the bathroom was close and available so it wasn't a big issue). Other than that, everything was perfect!

Easy to get in, clean and spacious bathrooms.

The accommodation is located not very far from the center. There many cafes and restaurants around. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring. They are the best! The receptionist was 10/10, and the cleaner was also 10/10. Thank you, guys! I really enjoyed my stay and truly appreciate your kindness🙂

It would have been better if the bed sheets had been changed after four days without the guest having to ask. It would also be appreciated if fresh towels were provided after a few days. Guests should not have to request these basic amenities. Please take this into consideration for future stays.

位置超级难找！！我在门口徘徊很久才找到 是一个非常小的居民楼的门，在饭店旁边，这就导致夜晚噪音非常大。而且楼梯很高，又窄，提着箱子超级难走。虽然有电梯 但电梯不在有房间的楼层，在两层中间。这就意味着你需要提着行李先上去一层，按了电梯后到了中间层再爬半层，非常难受

I had a double room with a balcony which was very cute. The location was centrally located, walking distance to everything. The bathrooms were shared but they were cleaned all the time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

I didn’t like the check in system but I managed to figure it out on my 3rd attempt. When I arrived my room was dirty which was very disappointing. The bed looked made up but the pillows were scattered on the bed, there was dirty tissue under the pillows, the towels looked clean but they were hanging over the rail so obviously not clean. The bin in the room was filled with trash. When I messaged them the person who responded was denying that the room was dirty. The staff came the next day and she apologised and asked what time would be a convenient time to clean and after they cleaned I was extremely happy as I enjoyed the room. I also didn’t like the stairs, there is a lift in the building but you first need to climb a small set of stairs to be able to access it

Kamer was echt proper en mooi inorde. Het checkin proces is gemakkelijk en het bruisende centrum is op een wandelafstand van de hostel. De receptie was ook echt behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk als je een vraag had, direct bereikbaar en je vragen werden duidelijk beantwoord 😁

Het enige nadeel is dat er beneden een bar/restaurant is waar er buiten nogal veel lawaai kan zijn in de avond. Dus ik raad wel oordoppen aan als hier snel last van hebt.De kamer was ook wel warm. Maar er was een plafond ventilator aanwezig die wel zijn werk deed 😌

La cama es muy cómoda, tiene un ventilador de techo y estaba limpio. El check in se realiza en una máquina que está en la entrada, muy simple y rápido.

Se escucha algo de ruido de la calle pero no exagerado, puedes descansar bien.

Dos bons quartos e limpeza dos banheiros

Bichos percevejos de cama que estavam no quarto e não vi. Me picaram, estou tomando remédio e tive o maior transtorno da minha vida. Sem dormir por 3 dias e custos/prejuízo que acabaram com meu psicológico.

l'Accueil réalisé par la personne était très sympathique. Je suis arrivé tôt et trouvé une solution pour me donner une chambre rapidement. C'était très gentil à elle.

Very easy check in, 1 hour earlier than scheduled, accommodating staff. Very clean room and bathroom, shared bathroom but I legit never had to wait to use it even once over 3 nights. Location is perfect, central Lisbon. I didnt use the kitchen.

Para ser sincera gostei muito da menina Jéssica a funcionária que me atendeu a chamada e a localização tem muitos bares cafés e restaurantes lojas tem Aldi e Auchan o Auchan é mesmo pertissimo é um sítio muito bonito o quarto encontrava se limpo tem duas casas de banho perto do quarto o atendimento foi muito bom e tinha lá duas senhoras e um senhor com um cão muito simpáticos a cama só é boa para dormir mais nada de verão é quente muito quente

O quarto é muito quente a ventoinha que tem em cima do teto não nos deu muito fresco o quarto estava mesmo quente para o verão não aconselho ir eu não volto lá a casa de banho encontrava se com mijo a pessoa que lá foi não descarregou o chão estava com água e a banheira estava com cabelos toda molhada a noite fui a segunda casa de banho estava os tapetes molhados e a janela e na varanda aonde os quartos tem acesso a mesma varanda a janela pudesse ver a varanda é baixa não me senti segura neste hostel o barulho que fazem e também na parte de baixo tinha barulho eu e o meu marido não conseguimos dormir nada e não acho bem é que temos que entrar tarde as 16:00 e sair às 11 horas de manhã tinha ido a cozinha tinha lá um sofá para mim isso é falta de higiene abri uma gaveta por engano estava a procura de talheres e veio um inorme cheiro dentro da gaveta que fiquei com enjoos 🤢 meu marido apanhou nojo e tivemos que ir jantar fora no quarto só deixaram duas toalhas grandes não colocaram para o rosto a casa de banho não tem toalhas nem papel para as mãos mas tem para casa de banho e tem sabão líquido a cama fazia um pouco de barulho e não gostei da varanda porque era uma varanda partilhada por mais quartos televisão não tem não usei internet porque não precisei mas tirando isso estava limpo mas as pessoas não respeitam a limpeza não gostei do chuveiro eu gravei o barulho mas aplicação não permite meter videos só mesmo fotos

El lugar es tranquilo . Los baños son grandes y siempre estaban limpios.

La habitación no tenía espejo. Las puertas eran viejas y duras para poder entrar y salir de los espacios . La habitación tenía ventilador de tumbado lo cual hacía que la basura del ventilador cayera en la cama.

除了貝倫區, 其他景點大概半小時內都可以走到, 離rossio車站也不遠, 附近有三間超市, 非常方便。工作人員人很好, 基本上有什麼問題都滿快速回覆

共用廚房餐具沒有很乾淨, 放在冰箱的食物有被偷走, 不過目前攝影機還在設置中, 如果被偷走就沒辦法解決, 另外夏天要考慮房間內沒有冷氣, 有點悶熱

For a hostel setup with shared bathrooms this was great. Super clean, nicely setup, easy checkin - There were two large and very clearn and nice looking bathrooms on each floor. The room was pristine and comfortable.

Reparatur und Ausbesserungsarbeiten im Zimmer wurden nicht fertig gestellt . Grössere braune Gipsflecken an zwei Wänden,so sollte man das Zimmer nicht vermieten,ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und sauber.

Muy buena la ubicación y barrio agradable. Junta un mix de zona residencial y pintoresca, en el que haciendo 2 cuadras estas en una parte "coqueta" de las grandes marcas sobre la avenida principal que lleva a la plaza de comercio. Por otro lado, las instalaciones son agradables, una casona antigua bien cuidada con techos altos y pisos de la época. Baños muy amplios y limpios. Mucha tranquilidad dentro del lugar.

I stayed in room 504. The room was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning only an old fan that made a lot of noise. I couldn't sleep well during my two-night stay. I think that the same issue may affect all the rooms on the 5th floor.

Great location and very convenient overall. It was nice to have an elevator, the bathroom was very spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was a great bonus.

The room had a ceiling fan, but it still felt a bit warm at times. An additional fan or a portable AC unit would make the stay even more comfortable.

It’s very simple. It’s really just a room, no desk no nothing. I’d recommend it if you don’t plan on being at the hotel very much at all. Everything is clean-ish, however I will say the photos make the place look much more modern and clean that in really is.

Absolutely no staff around whatsoever, so if something happens you’ll likely be on your own. Shared bathroom sometimes left dirty by other guests (not the hostel’s fault) but something to note. We were under the impression there would be a kitchen on each floor, but there is only 1 shared kitchen in the whole building. Also no air conditioning if that’s something you need, there are ceiling fans in the room which work well but again something to note.

The paying lockers for a few hours. I arrived early as disembarking from a cruise ship. had to store luggage The system not working properly as when I cam back I was overcharged by 2 hours like the locker system was set up at GMT vs GMT +2 . Reception acknowledged they had problem with this, I guess a number of people did not realise and just paid.

Die Lage ist super und dieser minimalistisch Stil ist sehr schön, es ist total sauber und das Einchecken lief super easy mit dem Automaten :)

Die Zimmer sind teilweise wirklich klein, insbesondere unterm Dach haben die Räume niedrige Decken. Für größere Menschen sicher nicht so angenehm :)
