Everything! Parking is close to building. There is no stairs so it is very comfy with suitcases. Studio is very nice, clean and you have everything you need inside. Wi fi is great, neibourhood is nice and our stay was fantastic.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Kaikki tarvittava oli saatavilla. Ohjeet sisäänpääsyyn oli selkeät. Sijainti hyvä. Myös lemmikit saivat tulla, eikä niistä joutunut maksamaan extraa.

La ubicación sin duda fue lo mejor, estaba cerca del centro y zona mas comercial de la cuidad en ese sentido genial!

Quisimos hacer el check in antes (en la reserva pone a las 16:00) y comentamos la posibilidad de entrar antes o al menos de dejar las maletas alli porque llegábamos a las 9 pero no pudimos.

可爱的房子

感觉离公交站挺远的，出行都靠打车。与房东的沟通不畅，回复很慢，有时候还用芬兰语回答(朋友说是非常口语化的芬兰语，以至于翻译app都无法识别)是哪家房子也不好找，wifi.也不知道是什么，没看到哪里写了。不推荐住这里

Pulizia carente. Nel frigorifero un prodotto pieno di muffa e in bagno capelli sulla lavatrice. Gli armadietti della cucina erano sporchi di unto e il letto piccolo per due persone

The bed was very small - the house was very cold despite the heating and additional heater - the oven tray had been left by the previous occupants - but everything else was fine.

Location was good and it was comfortable

It was quite overdecorated with Moomin items though not a big deal really. It was very expensive for what it was though that seems to be Roveniemi - very overpriced.

Host allowed us to early checkin which facilitated our plans a lot. Checkin was easy enough, and parking was also easy on the side of the road behind the apartment. Short walk distance to the downtown and even if it's on the ground floor, the area seems to be quiet enough.

Bed size and position is not the most comfortable

I had a wonderful 4-night solo stay here just before Christmas. The location is fantastic – within walking distance to the Arktikum museum and a frozen lake, which is perfect for Aurora viewing. It’s also conveniently close to the city center and bus stops, just 5-10 minutes away. The accommodation itself was warm, cozy, and an ideal base for exploring Rovaniemi and its surroundings. Highly recommended!

The Studio was very comfortable and had everything you needed including Washing Machine, Microwave and all kitchen equipment. The WiFi worked well. 10 minutes walk to K Supermarket and Shopping Centre. The Bus Stop to Santa Village and Airport are ten minutes walk from the Studio.

The Double Bed is really a large Single suitable for one person. There is a couch which becomes a bed for one person. Really suitable for 2 Adults. Had trouble getting the Code for the Studio to get in. Tried many times and only received the code on the day of arrival. Even though I paid for the Studio 2 months earlier.

This is the best place we have stayed at on this whole long trip. Super clean, comfortable and cute. Everything you might possibly want is here, and it's just two steps away from all the museums and the centre.

The location was ok, not too far from Santa's village. The apartment is clean, and you can find everything you need.

I didn't like the fact that the neighbor came to us to tell to move the motorcycles because it was his parking spot not even 5 minutes after we arrived at the apartment. The owner has mentioned in a file from the apartment where you can park, but before you get to read it, the neighbors come to you telling you to move in a not-so-ok tone... I think that the owner needs to tell before you arrive where to park to avoid some situations. It's 8,5

Great little apartment that was very cute and clean. Comfy couch with table and chairs, and well equiped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machines, toaster). Good sized bathroom with washing machine.

It was a little hard to find the apartment in the complex (no number on door, but luckily the only door with a key box) and host was quick to respond to questions.

We were very happy with the apartment and with the host! We arrived late, and I had forgotten to look at the check-in time, which was entirely my fault. But the host waited for us and we are grateful for it.😊 The apartment was sparkling clean and it had everything we needed. The best part was, of course, all the Moomin decorations, which we were very happy to see. Everywhere you looked there was another character from Moomin Valley, each cuter than the rest.❤️ The location was easy to find and parking was not complicated. So, we highly recommend this apartment!

Really nice and comfy apartment. Near a supermarket, the Artikum and several other services. Well furnished kitchen. The owner was really kind and accomodated us with a last minute request that we made. I would suggest it.

Perfect place to stay.. Close to one of the best spots to see the auroras (black of the Artikum museum). Clean & comfortable. At first we were looking for a hotel room but with the snow and the vibe of Rovaniemi this apartment was so cozy. Highly recommend.

Everything- the location was very communicative but also quiet and easy park around and walk around. Place was very nice and had everything we needed. We loved the interior and were so happy with our choose. Communication was prompt and cordial. We missed the 1st night of our booking due to significant delays of our SAS flight to HEL but once we made it settled in this beautiful studio we appreciated so much. Respectful and very friendly owner available for any questions. THANK YOU much

It was a warm, cozy and very clean apartment. We both loved that it had lots of Moomin related décor inside. The host was very nice.

The bed could have been a little bigger.

The host was nice, he prepared some drinks and candies. The unit itself was clean, tidy and cozy. The space was nice, surrounding was serene and quiet, not too far walk to the city centre.
