The location is very good and convenient for all.... near with bee farm, strawberry farm, kea farm n agro market. such a quiet place and we feel safe also. there is a mini grocery shop you can get anything there.

The toilet needs to be cleaner there is a stain near the sink area and a bit smelly also...there is small cockroaches at the room behind the bed area and dressing table (not much)...other than that all good...please improve

The bathroom have a bad smell even though there's no shit or whatsoever.. and door auto lock even there's no one lock it.. have to call the service to open the door..

overall it's good for cleanliness and the staff make up room while staying at second day and no extra charge .. facilities in the room is good except cannot watching TV channel like tv1, tv2 ..

Hôtel très propre, hyper confortable, personnel très accueillant, bien placé, un petit défaut manque la clim, la chambre qui donne sur la vue vers la montagne, lorsqu'il y a du soleil elle chauffe, malgré le ventilateur ce n'est pas suffisant, sinon le reste est irréprochable vraiment je recommande a 100%, et je reviendrais, merci

The view is amazing. The room is spacious and very comfortable to stay in. Would like to repeat again if i visit cameron in near future.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the location is quite strategic, with easy access to many attractions nearby.

The staircase area between the 1st and 3rd floors was dark (the lights were off) and the bathroom door was damaged and could not be locked.

Puas hati sangat. Bilik bersih, staff friendly. Ada rezeki dtg dan checkin sini lagi.

The flooring. You won't feel foot freezing when stepping on it. Water heater power enough to have constant hot water during bath. The sun rise view is nice. Location is good. Easy access to any other part of Cameron Highlands.

The blanket is a little bit too thick. First time sweating during sleeping in Cameron after so many visit.

Bigger room space and location near kea farm

Too many restriction...the checkout time at 11am and cleaner already knock your door around 10.45am..the front desk not friendly..downpayment rm100..expensive than other hotel

Very nice environment.. all facilities have .. especially tv got internet connection which I really happy.. because my kids are enjoying.. highly recommend.. previously I stay here again I back here.. if I come Cameron I will book this sunrisestay... Really Great 😃👍

We had a fantastic stay in the family room with a stunning mountain view! The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family – plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The beds were cozy, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided.

hotel yang selesa utk 4 org dewasa. katil queen 2. puas hati utk keselesaan. dekat dengan Kea Farm tapi sebab jem mengambil masa yg lama lah, padahal kalau jalan kaki kejap je sampai.

suara org di bilik lain kita boleh dengar. ada 1 malam tu kuat betul berborak bilik sebelah. nak tido mengangu.

i didnt expected the room is very huge .. not only that i got the best view ever … the tv also have netflix so i can chill with my friends at night

It is spacious and clean, and worth it for the price Near attractions spots like boh tea, floral park and strawberry picking farms. Totally recommended.

Maybe can update on the list of facilities. We thought there were no fridge, so we didn’t bought certain things but there is a mini fridge in the room. Late check out charged at RM15 per hour

The room was clean, service is fast and good. The location is good as well, very close to the famous tea centre, and the kea farm area, was able to avoid some traffic jam

Soundproof is not good. I can hear even slightly louder noise from the upstairs. Maybe is made from children upstairs

Nice place. Deposit RM100(refundable) + RM3taxes perlu di bayar masa check in. Overall OK, sesuai untuk rehat kan badan seharian berjalan di CH.

I really liked how peaceful and cozy the place was! The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely modern touch. The location was also super convenient, just a short drive to Kea Farm and other nearby spots. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth too.

There wasn’t much to complain about, but a few small things —The soundproofing could be improved because I could hear noise from the hallway. The water pressure was a bit weak, and parking space was quite limited during busy times.

Bilik hotel dan tandas yang sangat luas dan selesa sesuai untuk keluarga saya. Last minit saya booking untuk kesana dan dapat harga sangat murah untuk bilik family room. Facilities semua cukup lengkap.

Reasonable rate, very very clean hotel I have stayed. Strategic location. Those who plan to avoid traffic at KEA FARM area should book this hotel. Upcoming shops & restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay here. And the view… mesmerising.. will stay again for future travels to Cameron and strongly recommended. Tv is fully accessible (Netflix Disney+Hotstar & YouTube) The room was damn spacious and it can accommodate 6 person even though we book for 4 only. Pls do support guys and it will be worth of money.

The only problem with my stay is the toilet have a very bad smell from the pipes from thier touket bowl

The room are super spacious , clean and tidy. The mattress and pillow are really comfortable. Definitely will repeat soon.

The bed was comfortable.

The property can be very quiet at night and soundproof has so much to improve on. I can hear kids screaming close to 12am and early morning around 8am. The property should set quiet hours so guests who travel alone or without kids can rest with peace of mind during the quiet hours. Room cleaning and additional towels required additional charges, which I can understand as stated on the house rules. But the complimentary water was not restocked and there's no water dispenser within the property which can be quite inconvenient for the guests.
