Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We could see the ocean from our balcony and it was a 2 minute walk to the beach as well as a few cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Very quiet with the shutters down, comfortable beds and great aircon and very secure.
We arrived quite late to check in and the area looked a bit dirty and dodgy. That changed as soon as we opened the door to our apartment.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Very nice and apartment close to the sea, 3 min walking and just 10min by car to the city center. Giuseppe was a great host, very accommodating and supportive. Also the restaurant he recommended to discover traditional dishes (Le orrechiette San Nicolo) was great.

Я бы добавила полотенца для пляжа ,кухонные полотенца ,а так все остальное было здорово 👍🤗и полочки в душе можно было бы 🥹чуть расстроены были тем что это не первая береговая линия но все же с балкона видно море это радовало ☺️❤️

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Na plus: Lokalizacja blisko lotniska. Apartament ma spore wyposażenie ( żelazko, mikrofalówka, ekspres, parasol plażowy, mata plażowa, naczynia). Jest dość przestrzenny. Samodzielne zameldowanie. Może być dobrym rozwiązaniem na 1 noc. Raczej czysty. Dokładne instrukcje wejścia. Szybka reakcja właściciela na wszystkie zapytania. Plaża piaszczysta około 800 metrów od apartamentu.
Apartament nie jest oddzielnym mieszkaniem. Nie ma prywatnego wejścia tylko właśnie wspólne na 3 inne pokoje. Niestety akustyka przez to jest koszmarna, nawet oświetlenie z korytarza jest widoczne w naszym pokoju. Goście z pokoju obok nie dali nam spać, bo zachowywali się głośno w środku nocy. Wejście do apartamentów sygnalizuje bardzo głośny dźwięk. Łóżko miało zużyty, zagłębiony materac. Apartament nie ma okien. Pokoje mają okna na zabudowany balkon, a zabudowany balkon ma mleczne szyby. Straszne uczucie przebywać w takich pomieszczeniach przez dłuższy czas. Okolica jest brzydka, nie turystyczna- brak dobrze wyposażonego sklepu z lokalnymi produktami. Parking przed budynkiem- proszę uważać parkując większym samochodem. Samochody stoją dodatkowo w poprzek i bardzo ciężko jest wyjechać.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, propre et décoré avec goût, au Nord de Bari, dans un quartier calme, mais sans intérêt spécial. Le parking dans la rue est gratuit. On évite le stress de Bari. Accès facile, mais long (plus qu'une heure par bus au centre de Bari). Évitez de vous rendre à Bari par voiture. Les taxis sont pas chers (entre 10 et 20 Euros selon l'heure). et vous évitez le chaos de passer les faubourgs jusqu'au centre historique. Avantage: accès à l'autoroute est rapide. Delà, accès facile à l’aéroport et surtout aux petits villages charmants tels Sto Spirito ! Accès à l'appartement très bien organisé. Et surtout: en cas de problèmes ou de questions, le propriétaire est à disposition à la minute, même le dimanche !! Exceptionnel ! Bravo et merci !
Le lit est certes king-size, mais le matelas (entier et unique) est trop mince et : il n'est pas soutenu aux bords. Je conseille de placer un des coussins au bord pour éviter que l'on tombe hors du lit pendant la nuit.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Chambre très propre, contacts avec le propriétaire par messages mais très disponible et a donné des conseils pour se rendre au centre de Bari en transports en commun. Balcon avec vue partielle vers la mer, mais très sympa pour le café du matin. Très sécurisé.
Effectivement, le quartier n'est pas hyper accueillant, mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème et ce fut une belle immersion dans la vie quotidienne d'un quartier.

(Very good contact via WhatsApp.) The location is peaceful and convenient, few steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. While quite far from the city center, it's perfect for a relaxing stay. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!
