Firstly the description of this accommodation was inaccurate, and on arrival the owner didn’t respond to our calls. Remote check in was curt and rude right from the outset😫

The drains in the bathroom require attention as the smell in there was unpleasant. Also kettle provided in room but no tea/coffee cups etc.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Quarto triplo limpo, camas confortáveis e com apoio para malas. Casa-de-banho muito espaçosa e com produtos de higiene. Localização a uma curta caminhada do centro histórico.
O pequeno-almoço é servido num café em frente ao alojamento e é muito básico, consiste apenas numa bebida quente e um croissant. Até o café final, se pretender, tem de ser pago à parte. Para guardarem bagagem depois do check-out, terá de ser no mesmo café, mas também tem de se pagar por cada peça de bagagem.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Gute Lage, schneller und sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Guiseppe. Typisch italienisches, gutes Frühstück (Kaffee und Croissant) Cafe gegenüber.
Sehr einfaches Zimmer. Schmutz im Waschbecken und Toilette war nicht geputzt. Nachdem ich das geschrieben habe, hat Guiseppe sofort reagiert und die Toilette nochmal putzen lassen. Eine neue Toilettenbürste könnte nicht schaden.

El desayuno incluido es simple (rico café y un bollo) en un bar cercano al alojamiento. Con Giuseppe, nuestro anfitrión, contactamos vía WhatsApp y nos ayudó con lo que le pedimos
Nuestra habitación era muy sencilla, quizás demasiado. Y necesita un poco más de limpieza. Y el baño... parecido. Esperábamos bastante más de un alojamiento valorado con casi un 9 en Booking

Reviewed Jun 29, 2025Incominciamo col dire che chi cerca il lusso con una camera vista mare deve cercare altrove,qui si bada al sodo .Comunicazione con lo staff : eccellente, potete tranquillamente arrivare tardi che non ci sono problemi . Camera: grande, il letto è comodo,ci sono prese per ricaricare, c'è un frigo piccolino ma comodo, tavolino con sedia tutto ok ma c'è un condizionatore che non scherza, è silenzioso ma se volete escono anche i pinguini. Bagno grande dove non manca niente . Balcone: piccolino ma c'è tavolino sedia e posacenere, quindi il suo lo fa. La struttura è servita da un ascensore e la posizione è super: vicina a mezzi pubblici e comunque si può raggiungere il centro a piedi,nelle vicinanze bar , ristoranti non si contano . Colazione: la si consuma nel bar di fronte, ecco direte incomincio la giornata con una brioche stantia e un caffè come quelli degli autogrill, no no siete fuori strada,il bar è anche pasticceria e la brioche è ripiena con un quintale di marmellata o cioccolata e il caffè risveglia un morto dal profumo che fa'.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2025Lovely room near the old town and train station. Clean, comfortable and with a lovely balcony. Everything worked (although the wifi was a little temperamental at times). The breakfast cafe staff were also lovely and helpful. Useful to note - the luggage storage offered is at the cafe across the road, which closes early evening so it is not a luggage solution for the whole day after check out. Additionally, there is a 2€ tourist tax per person.

Dopo averlo richiesto non sono stato soddisfatto nella mia richiesta. In tarda serata l'apertura con il codice del portone centrale del palazzo non dava il consenso all'apertura. Ho chiamato e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2025Die Lage war sehr gut, die Altstadt war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Ruhiges Zimmer im 4 Stock zum Hof hinaus. Betten waren bequem und die Klimaanlage war hilfreich.
Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
