The drive was a bit tricky if you had reduced mobility as it is quite steep

Seuls bémols : le tapis du salon dégageait une mauvaise odeur et le réfrigérateur est tombé en panne durant notre séjour. De plus, l'équipe de ménage est arrivée avant l'heure de départ prévue.

It had everything required i.e hairdryer, ironing board and also supplied shampoo, shower gel etc. Lovely house, very comfortable beds & convenient to walk into Donegal town. Would definitely recommend to friends & family. Great for a large group of people.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Patricia was a great communicator and responded very quickly. The house was very comfortable and Patricia had the heat on for us upon arrival. She also had lovely snacks for us, wine and milk!!! The house was walking distance into the town for dinner and music. Was about 45 minutes to Slieve League and other attractions. We had a great stay. Thank you and hope to be back.

We cooked our own breakfasts and had plenty of dishes, cooking utensils etc. we really appreciated the laundry facility- especially the thoughtfulness of Patricia to provide laundry soap for sensative skin. And really liked the drying rack. Closeness to the grocery store was a plus. Walked everywhere and always felt safe. Also appreciated the “walk in” shower downstairs.
Really needed Handrail for the front steps. Difficult for me to exit the house. Also could have used one on steps to the sidewalk.

Reviewed May 19, 2025The house was lovely, very spacious and had everything we needed, ideal location just a short walk to Donegal town and a supermarket at the bottom of the road. We took our dogs and the garden was very spacious. We were lucky with the weather and were able to spend most of our time in the garden as a family which was perfect.
