Devi cmq avere l'auto per muoverti perché sei un po' fuori, vicino ma fuori. Anche se l'auto in generale è essenziale per muoversi.

Ontzettend schoon, perfecte ligging (auto wel nodig), supervriendelijke personeel, staat je via app snel te woord. Geweldig!

Eigenlijk beviel alles! De accommodatie heeft geen faciliteiten voor als je laat vertrekt, zoals douche, berging voor eventueel koffer, maar zijn heel erg meedenkend en helpend om een late check out te realiseren. Geweldig!!!

Small property with what seemed “adults only” vibe! Room was spacious and well appointed. Staff was SUPER friendly and responsive.

Being American, I would review slight differences between American and European styles - our specifically was with the “hot” and “cold” directions on the sinks and shower - it’s completely opposite in the US.

Todo, la cama super cómoda, los ambientes amplios , luminosos. muy bien equipada la cocina, tiene cafetera, pava eléctrica, airfryer, tostadora. Nos dejaron reposeras y toallas para la playa. Nos recibió Maya y nos dió todas las indicaciones necesarias, y siempre estuvo disponible para asesorarnos , también nos brindó limpieza de cortesía del departamento a mitad de la estadía

As instalações são ótimas, novas, modernas e bem equipadas. Além dos eletrodomésticos (Airfryer, torradeira, microondas, cafeteira e chaleira) e utensílios necessários para cozinhar, contamos com cadeiras e toalhas de praia (itens valiosos para frequentar as praias de Aruba). A limpeza do apartamento, das roupas de cama e das toalhas estavam impecáveis. A cama é bem grande e confortável, o chuveiro é ótimo, o ar condicionado é silencioso e o isolamento acústico é excelente. Enfim, tudo foi perfeito e com certeza voltaremos.

Alles war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und alle elektrischen Geräte waren in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Lage war ideal um die Insel zu erkunden. Ein Mietwagen ist jedoch essentiell.

Da gab es nicht viel... ein Kleiderschrank oder ein paar mehr Ablagen wären schön gewesen aber das tut der guten Bewertung keinen Abruch tun.

It was very spacious and well laid out. It was great having two bedrooms with comfortable king beds and two en-suite bathrooms. Nice modern kitchen with good appliances. There was a dining area with a separate living room open plan. Air conditioning throughout. Comfortable sofa. Balcony with table and chairs was an added benefit. Pool was very clean and the area around the pool was well maintained and grill was great. They provided beach chairs for your use. Would stay here again.

Las instalaciones eran HERMOSAS! Súper cómodas , limpias, modernas, cerca de todo ! La atención de Maya para destacar, muy servicial y resolvió todo lo que le pedíamos. Sin duda , 100% recomendable !!!

Everything was so great. The location is conveniently close to the Palm Beach. The apartment is very modern, spacious and clean. All the appliances are new and work well. You have everything you need for your stay. They even give you foldable chairs which can be super handy at the beaches. The manager did the best to accommodate our further wishes as well.

This is a very new and modern Adults-only place, only a few years old. We stayed in a spacious 2-bed/2-bath room unit on the second floor. Quite a large unit with 2 king-sized beds. Bedrooms were fantastic with comfortable sheets and king-sized beds. Each bedroom had 2 twin mattresses pushed together I believe. Very quiet and clean with good blackout curtains. Air Conditioners worked well too. We slept very well here. All the furniture is very nice, solidly built, and comfortable. Location is very conveniently located about 5-minute drive to Palm and Eagle Beaches. Tons of good restaurants also a short drive away. I'd strongly recommend a car for Aruba since stuff is a little too spread out unless you're staying at a beach resort, which this place is not. Everything inside the unit worked well. The entire place was extremely clean and we didn't see a single bug, insect, ant, or fly inside the unit. We booked this place last-minute due to a problem at our previous hotel. The booking/check-in/check-out process and associated communication (via WhatsApp) with Maya was very smooth and easy. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Kaikushi.

There was not really any closet or clothing storage space in the bedrooms, just a rod and hangers. So we had to keep our clothes in our suitcases on the bedroom floors. There wasn't much in terms of cooking supplies (no cooking oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, kitchen supplies from previous guests that you may find in some other vacation rentals, so you'll have to bring all of that yourself if you plan on cooking). There were plenty of cups and dishes though. No hot tub: even though the pool is divided into sections, it's all ambient temperature. The view from the balconies is nothing special. These are all small trivial things that did not take away from our excellent stay.

Excelente instalaciones, todo nuevo, las habitaciones son amplias con aire acondicionado, muy limpio e impecable, camas muy cómodas, ubicación perfecta para nosotros, súper tranquilo, a 3 minutos en auto de Súper Food, 5 minutos a Eagle Beach o Palm Beach, 15 minutos a Arachi Beach, ademas te entregan sillas y toallas de playa, fue perfecto para nosotros, y nuestra anfitriona Maya un encanto

Alles was goed. Het appartement was perfect, je kreeg er zelfs strandstoelen bij. Het zwembad was mooi. Contact met de eigenaar ging snel en alles was snel geregeld. We hebben niks te klagen gehad.

The property was clean. Q suggestion to have two keys, possible tv in bedrooms ,& the hot tub is hot.

Kaikushi is very clean, well maintained, spacious, and comfortable. It felt very warm and inviting and you were eager to arrive back from a full day of activities to relax in peace and tranquility at the pool and outside areas. Maya was extremely helpful and courteous providing recommendations and any information we needed. Looking forward to our next trip!

Property was true to the pitcures online, clean and close to eagle beach by car. I would book again.

We celebrated my birthday here in August 2025 and I can’t wait to come back. Maya could not have been more helpful. Whatever we requested she accommodated. The property is clean, the pool is wonderful and the units are just the right size! We recommend renting a car as they are close to two main beaches and grocery store. If you’re in doubt don’t wait to book, you won’t be disappointed.👍

The property was clean and quite. The location was great. We rented a car but you could easly get to the good spots by taxi. There are some walkable spots but to get experience of the entire island you should rent a car. Beautiful property, this will definitely be my go to spot to stay the next time I return to Aruba.

We didnt like that there were frogs on the property near the pool and our room. Especially because we were really scared of them. Other than thay everything was PERFECT! The self check in and check out made it really easy

I loved how strategically located the villa was. Ease of getting the keys. Tranquility of the villa even though there were other guests. Watching the beautiful sunsets. Having the right number of beach chairs and beach towels. Modern, spacious and chic look of the villa. The outdoor and indoor eating options. And of course, the cleanliness of the villa and the linens. Excellent venue for couples or families. Would highly recommend

Here are several aspects I appreciate about Kaikushi: 1. The information provided before and during our stay was very helpful and greatly assisted us in navigating Aruba. 2. The layout and use of space are commendable. 3. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional.

Consider creating an information board or sign to indicate the locations of the various apartments.

Un lugar hermoso, moderno, elegante y limpio.

It was quite and peaceful. However the front gate was not locked which allowed ppl that were not guest to access the property. There should be a welcome package in the unit upon arrival with all of the surrounding businesses , like clubs, lounges, supermarkets, gas station, hospitals and authorities Last but not least the bed was lopsided due to wear and tear. The mattress topper should be replaced. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The pool and whirlpool was the best!

Well-maintained, super clean, excellent staff, great location - 5 minutes driving to the beach, most touristy spots in the northern part of the island, and 3 minutes to Super Foods.

The house itself is stunning—beautifully designed, perfectly located, and furnished with top-quality pieces. The space is large, thoughtfully equipped, and offers maximum comfort. Bed was comfortable , pool area was nice

Rooms are dark.. windows in the bedroom, kitchen and living room look into the utility room ! No hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks.. no TV in bedroom, no dresser ..

Kaikushi is a wonderful place to stay in Aruba. Great communication before and throughout our visit. The check-in procedure is emailed in advance and is very straightforward. It’s spacious, very clean and quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Air conditioning is terrific. Tineke was very helpful and housekeeping is top-notch. Plenty of bath and beach towels available. There is free parking. Super Foods is an easy 5 minute drive and Palm Beach and Eagle Beach are also a short drive away. The pool and outdoor areas are beautifully maintained. Book it!

This property was beyond my expectations. It was clean the communication when we needed them for something was top-notch. It was safe and it was quiet. The rooms were amazing and not dated at all. There’s really nothing negative. I can say about this place. The housekeeper was amazing and attentive and the pool was nice and clean. Super food was nearby very close. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation.

The unit was clean, comfortable beds, comfortable sofa.. kitchen equipped.. king sized beds , 2 large bathrooms.. the staff was always going over and beyond. Very friendly. It was close to everything. We rented a car but could have walked to large grocery store and pharmacy. We had a beautiful outdoor courtyard where we had our morning coffee.. The pool was great.. I am so happy we picked Kaikushi . Also it was air conditioned.. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Hilda

Kaikushi is such a beautiful place quiet and clean.. taxi access or walk to strip in 18 mins! Private pool so nice if you want to have alone time. Food delivery also is available and market down the road. Maya was very helpful with any questions I had also! Housekeeping also available can’t wait to come back!

New, clean and modern 2 bedroom unit!Very spacious and comfortable bed. Wonderful balcony with dining table and chairs. Private pool was nice with plenty of seating. Grocery store and restaurants were close. When needed, the property management staff was prompt, responsive and extremely nice!

Almost a full kitchen but missing an oven and the property didn’t have a grill or in unit washer and dryer.

there is no guide sheet or informational book at the site no idea of check in or check out criteria / expectations no laundry accommodations no phone line to use to call a cab or to order food and us cell service is not applicable here transportation is only if you walk a mile to busier street to hail a cab

The property itself was great. Very clean and a nice swimming pool. The instructions were clear on how to access property and they also help with taxi numbers and rental car service if needed. About a 5-6 min drive from palm beach. I just wish it was in walking distance of restaurants and shops. No fault of theirs however. Overall, no complaints!

Key factors of this beautiful home….. close to a supermarket. Close to a car rental place. Close to a lot all while being in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of privacy and solitude. The design of this home is classy elegant and luxury to the max. I highly recommend this property for anyone that wants to stay in Aruba.
