Clean rooms No external noise once inside d house Spacious rooms Convenience and comfort in every possible way inside house. I just realised that i did not take photos of the hall, dining area and bathroom which are cosy and extremely comfortable places within the house.

Kindly add some hangars for drying clothes. Washing machine in property was not functional and would have been a great benefit for us.

Everything.. right from the walk to the homestay.. till you reach the back yard.. all amenities were provided.. it was a traditional looking yet all modern facilities providing experience. Had 2 twin beds in 2 rooms and a single bed in the hallway. The kitchen had all the basic requirements for u to keep up including a fridge and an induction cooker. There was a mosquito net provided on all doors and windows.

The only downside I felt was that there was only one bathroom for all the rooms. For us it was no hindrance as we were only 3 persons. Also there was no window curtain on the central dining area.

Home like stay neat and clean well maintained. Host Ananjay and his father treated us like family...we are more than happy to recommend the place. Thank you for having us as your guests 🙏 would look forward to coming back

It is really good for family stay. Cool inside room as false ceiling and tree shadows are in place. Even if didnt meet the host is good and responded fast.

Suggestion or Good to have facility is a ramp and wider bathroom door for physically challenged people.

Very neat and clean. In this price range, friends and families are stay here and enjoy the nearest places. Very nearest temple is Attukal Bhagavathi Amman Temple and Sri Padmanabha Swamy Temple. Manacaud market is just 50 meters. All fruits and groceries are available. 100% satisfied and refer to my friends wholeheartedly.

Good vegetarian hotels are not nearby the property.

This facility is very good and price is affordable.

Homely residence near from Attukal Bhagawadi, Pazhayangadi Ganapati , Padmanabhan kshetram, railway station.

Bodhi Academy is the gate for entry to Serenity through side gate and footpath. So the main route should be specified by Manakad Junction. Attukal road from the Manakkad jn and about 200 meters on the Attukal road with KBR hospital, Chalk n Duster and Bodhi Academy on the right of the Attukal road when coming from Manakkad junction.

The host was great. All the rooms were clean and functional. It is a good place to stay for a crew of 4-5. Its proximity to Padmanbaswamy temple, Railway station (a 2km walk) is an added bonus

Spotting the name board was hard but nothing to complain. Could have added a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen.

Best place in Trivandrum so far. Very clean, excellent host, good position. We were really satisfied.

Beautiful, extremely pretty and so much in the heart of the city yet so serene and quiet. Recommend it 10/10 especially if you are looking for 2/3 days stay as this is a perfect property to sit and have a sip of tea with family/friends!!!!
