L’emplacement est vraiment génial proche de tout le personnel, très aimable à mon arrivée jusqu’au départ, l’hébergement était propre et la climatisation. Vraiment un grand plus. En tout cas je recommande fortement car vu le prix c’est vraiment très abordable.

V ubytování jsme ani nezůstali. První zvláštní věc byla, že když jsem se zeptal majitele, zda je možné udělat brzký check-in, bylo mi sděleno, že mi bude umožněn pokud mu slíbím 10/10 hodnocení na Booking.com. To jsem odmítl slibovat dopředu, to jsme ještě nevěděli co nás bude čekat. Po příjezdu jsme viděli pokoj, který byl očividně velmi dlouho zanedbávaný. Všude prach, plíseň, zbytky jídla v mikrovlnce. Bál bych se o zdraví v tomto pokoji spát. Když jsem s tímto konfrontoval majitele přes Whatsapp, protože nebyl v ubytování přítomen, tak odmítl vrátit peníze, s tím, že by nás další den dal do jiného pokoje. To pro nás bylo nepřijatelné. Po dlouhé konverzaci mi majitel nabídl, že mi peníze vrátí, pokud mu zde na Booking.com nedám špatné hodnocení. To jsem odmítl udělat. Podal jsem tedy stížnost na Booking.com, která se teď řeší. Jelikož jsem musel hledat nový hotel na poslední chvíli, celý náš výlet do Seoulu se prodražil. Doufám, že brzy dostanu své peníze zpět a nikomu nedoporučuji se zde ubytovávat.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night, but it was simply amazing. Everything met my expectations. I'll be coming back to Seoul next week, and I can confidently say that I'll choose this hotel again.

The location is excellent, and you can enjoy a clear view of Namsan Tower right from the hotel, which is amazing. Not only that, but the hotel's facilities are also excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nothing abt the place.

Unfortunately the room does not look like the pictures in the website. Website shows a very glorified image. While in reality it looks like a dungeon place and smells like a suffocating mix of dampness, rot, and stale air. It is poorly ventilated, moisture is trapped in the walls, resulting in a pervasive musty odor when entered into property. The wall papers ripping off with mould in bedroom and sink area. No proper bathing towels provided, only hand towels were provided. Poor condition spring beds. The room does not have proper air circulation nor good air ventilation. Air conditioner provided is making huge noise. Feeling dampness in air. No proper shower and toilet facility. One bedroom has small TV on the table and lots of loose wires running behind the door( very unorganised) See pictures attached for reference. Also no pace to keep our stuffs, its all on floor and in suitcase itself. To add on when i wasn't getting messages on booking.com from property owner i called then on the no provided in booking.com. The call rings but no response. Due to heavy rain on my arrival day, i requested for a early checkin and they denied the same but said if i promise to give a rating of 10/10 they can give a early checkin. I truly dont mind giving a very good rating provided i am happy with my stay as per the promised facilities and service Spending so much money on my flight ticket and ending up in a dungeon place by showing glorified puctures on website with promising facilities. This place cannot even be given 1 star rating.

Hela boendet kändes oseriöst och otryggt. När vi anlände ville värde att vi skulle ge boendet 10-10-10 för att vi fick checka in tidigare. Man fick två låskoder. En till ytterdörren som aldrig var låst och en till rummen. Det visade sig att den fyrsiffriga koden till ytterdörren också var masterkoden som öppnade dörren till boendets samtliga rum. Påpekade detta men fick till svar att ingen klagat tidigare. Det var fullt med mygg på boendet, min dotter fick stora hemska myggbett. Det var trångt och smutsigt. Har aldrig stött på något liknande, och jag har bott på många guesthouse. Det finns mer att berätta men det mailar jag Booking.com om när jag är hemma.

The Air condition was not cooling the room at all, I would recommend to put the fan if they couldn’t provide a good Air conditions. I had my baby that couldn’t sleep all night because the room was very hot due to the poor condition of AC.

- The guesthouse was supposed to provide an electric kettle, which we needed for preparing baby food. However, there was no kettle in the room at all (nor in the shared kitchen). After we informed the staff, they ordered one online, but due to the delivery time, it did not arrive before our check-out. - The “shared kitchen” was basically useless, as there were no utensils, cups, or cutlery. - You can hear almost everything from the other rooms and the common area, so the soundproofing is very poor. - The room was not properly clean when we checked in.

De locatie en toen ik de host contacteerde reageerde ze heel snel en kwam met een oplossing.

At night in winter, where the temperature is near OC or even -1C rooms aren’t heated. Air con in the room is switched off, heating cannot be controlled directly from the room. I have been freezing in my room. I have tried to contact the host for hours, eventually asked me to go to the utility room and adjust the temperature on my own, I didn’t mind that , however during adjusting I’ve noticed that temperature was set for 12C ! During the winter ! Terrible!! Took all night to make it warm , I still ended up sleeping in two jumpers ! Matres is so thin and springy, but I wouldn’t complain about it for the price I paid! Heating is a basic need in the winter

Muchísimo ruido, se podía escuchar mucho a los otros huéspedes, además suena mucho la tubería en las paredes. La zona en común de la cocina estaba sucia, desordenado y olía mal. Por el mismo precio se puede encontrar mejores hospedajes, no volvería a repetir

4人部屋に2人で泊まったが、スーツケースを広げる十分なスペースと電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ポット、ベッドが２つ、キッチン、食器、テレビ、とても便利だった。 明洞駅からも明洞通りも近く、ホテルまで少し坂があるが、坂の途中にコンビニがあったり、ショップがあったり、スーパー、アパレル、カフェがあったりかなりよかった。 部屋もおしゃれだったし、韓国に住んでる気分になれとてもよかった。 また利用したい。

住宿的位置很好距離名棟三號出口步行約5分鐘，小缺點是有個小爬坡如果有推行李箱會有點痛苦。 自助式無人旅店，有洗衣機、冰箱、微波爐與電磁爐，感覺像是一個小公寓。 價格便宜感覺適合住宿天數較多的旅客。

位置有爬坡推行李會比較辛苦，住宿前面也有一小段階梯。如果是三樓的房間需要爬樓梯，通道有點窄不適合登機箱以外的尺寸。房間的打掃比較基礎比較民宿感，如果是住習慣飯店專人清潔的話可能會不適。但如果是以背包客站的角度來看，算是物超所值。

The location strategic near Myeongdong station and Myeongdong street walking distance. Easy to find halal food eg: KampungKu Restaurants and halal mart beside the restaurant. Got luggage storege to put your luggage is you arrived early. The staff respond really good. Over all, im satisfied.

Closeby to Myeongdong street and station exit 3, halal eateries and market. Communication is good- they replied accordingly and the bonus point- early check in upon request

The room that I stayed really good enough for 2 people. Need to climb up 2 flight of stairs. Got 2 & half big wardrobe, still got space to open the luggages. Basic cutleries, plates, mug & a pot. Fridge, kettle, microwave & washing machine in a good condition. Great heating system, felt really warm in the December winter. The housekeeper guy really nice, as I arrive early in the morning to leave my luggage there, he cleaned up my room 1st to let me check in early at 12pm & help to carry my luggage upstairs. Also when i checkout, he help me as well to get down my luggage. Thank u so much Jnineguesthouse, it was a great stay. 10 stars!

I had a wonderful stay at Jnine Guesthouse during my trip to Korea and I would rate it a 10/10 without hesitation. The guesthouse kindly allowed me to check in about three hours earlier than the scheduled time, which was incredibly helpful and made a great first impression. The location is excellent, very close to the Myeongdong food street, making it easy to enjoy shopping and local cuisine at any time. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable; I booked a room with a private washing machine and a private kitchen, which was extremely convenient and made the stay feel like a home away from home. The host and staff were very friendly, supportive, and attentive, which truly made my experience enjoyable and memorable.

Bath towel too small and at least it would be better if they put some stand in the toilet to keep the toiletries ,shampoos ,shower gel and conditioner bottle beside the sink while taking showing. Toilet sink cloged and stink.

Ужасно абсолютно все что связано с этим жильем.

Плесень, паутина, насекомые, волосы ПОД одеялом, пятна на белье, неприятный запах, страшный внешний вид здания, неприятный в общении владелец который пытался всеми силами оправдать свое жилье и не дал компенсацию. К слову в итоге мы съехали из этого жилья и поселились в другом, за те же деньги но с куда лучшими условиями.

위치와 가성비 좋은 숙소였음, 취사시설과 세탁기가 있어 편리함.

시설이 오래되고 1층이라 모기가 너무 많음, 4인이 머물렸는데 소파베드를 펴놓아서 한 명은 편하게 쉬지 못함, 욕실에 샤워기 위치가 애매해서 물이 방밖으로 좀 흘러나옴. 입구가 좁아서 들어갈때 지하로 가는 통로에 빠질까봐 조심스러움.

Das Personal war super nett. Das Bett bequem. Zimmer war sauber. Das Bad war sauber. Alles da was man braucht.

Da die Küche mit Waschmaschine an meinem Zimmer angerenzte und ein Gast unbedingt um 23 Uhr das waschen anfangen musste konnte ich natürlich auch nicht schlafen was mich sehr gestört hat. Lärm in der Nacht muss nicht sein. Waschen kann man auch am Tag.

居住環境流理台一直有臭水溝味道跑出來。 居住地點有一段長的上坡路，如果腿腳不好或者有重行李，不建議。

房間有小蟲 潮濕味非常的重 瓦斯爐不能用 房門密碼要按得比較大力才打得開

床單不夠乾淨，廁所太小，蓮蓬頭就跟洗手台一起，但是怎麼沖澡都會往門口噴，木門也無法完全密閉，所以外面也會濕一地，然後只提供小毛巾也沒有浴巾，也找不到備用的。真的很困擾，床單和房間的乾淨程度也有待加強，所以下次應該不會選擇這個住宿地點，雖然價格還算便宜，但是住宿經驗真的不太好！而且朋友那間房是一直跳電，真的太困擾，也沒辦法立刻處理，希望住宿方可以處理以上問題。

La camera era umidia almeno la mia, con tante zanzare, che non mi hanno permesso di dormire bene. La sconsiglio!

The location was central a short walk away from Myendong station

Incredibly small room compared to pictures displayed. There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom which constantly leaked into the bedroom. The entire room felt musty and quite damp. The previous guests dirty t shirt was wedged in between the bed and the wall which speaks for the cleanliness. We were given 4 hand towels and no full size towels. The bathroom is very basic, can’t flush toilet paper, yet they don’t take rubbish from the room. In very close quarters with other guests in a thin corridor, meaning you can hear everything, and can be easily disturbed by any inconsiderate guests. The area itself located in there seems to be quite a lot of rats - evident by screams from a nearby property.

Welcoming and caring staff. Pretty clean.
