Fin frukost och fina rum

Vi hade betalat för spatid mellan 8.30 och 10.30 men var tvungna att checka ut kl 10. Kändes konstigt att vi inte kunde få checka ut kl 10.30 så att vi kunde nyttja hela spatiden. Utomhusbaren, solstolar m.m. var inte tillgängliga trots helt okej väder.

Nette receptie, Vriendelijk personeel, Kamer heerlijk schoon en ruim. Fijne slippers en badjas voor gebruik. algeheel was gewoon prettig. Eten op de 28ste etage was echt uitzonderlijk. Personeel daar was helemaal Leuk/aandachtig/snel/professioneel!

Breakfast is amazing

really liked the staff and the location of the hotel. Everyone was friendly, and the place is in a great location.

The only thing I didn’t like was the food options. There were many pork products, such as pork hot dogs, but not many other choices. It would be great to have more options. It would also be nice if the hotel provided one or two free bottles of water, especially when guests first arrive. You naturally need some water after travelling or checking in. Otherwise I loved

The hotel itself is modern and visually appealing, and the replacement room we were eventually given was comfortable.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a series of frustrating problems. On the first night, we were unable to sleep because of extremely loud air conditioning. We reported the issue, but it was only after our second complaint that we were moved to another room. However, the problems continued. The key cards for the new room were incorrectly programmed, meaning we could not use the elevator to reach our floor. As a result, we had to go back to the reception for the third time and wait in another queue to have the problem resolved. Later that evening, we discovered that there was no TV remote control in the new room, so we were unable to watch television. We tried calling the hotel’s support line and spent an entire hour trying to reach someone, but nobody answered. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. Considering the standard and price of the hotel, we found the selection quite limited. We were especially surprised that we had to pay extra for coffee from the coffee machine, which we would not expect at a hotel of this category. On our last day, despite paying 700 sek for parking, we received two parking fines for reasons that were never properly explained to us. Once again, we had to return to reception to deal with another problem. The hotel manager told us that he would investigate both the parking issue and all the problems we experienced during our stay. He specifically promised to contact us afterwards. More than a month has now passed, and despite this promise, nobody from the hotel has contacted us. This lack of follow-up and customer service is particularly disappointing. Overall, while the hotel itself looks nice, the number of problems we experienced and the complete lack of follow-up afterwards left us with a very negative impression of our stay.

What I love about Jaczy Hotel is the location and how family-friendly it is, especially the games and activities for the kids. It keeps them entertained and makes the holiday so much more enjoyable for us parents too! 🥰

Limited breakfast options, especially halal choices, and there was no option to request well-done or omelette eggs.

Wat een mooi, modern hotel! Zeer comfortabel en een prachtige kamer met uitzicht over de stad. Prima ontbijt. Erg genoten. Parkeren kan in de garage er gelijk naast.

Rummet va rent och det bra stämning. Frukosten får 10/10.

Property is okay. It’s unfortunate that it’s inundated by Instagram users & influencers so it’s difficult to relax without having a camera in your face at every turn. Such a shame! Won’t be there again.

Selve frokostmaten, og at det var enkelt å caste til TV på rommet 10/10, veldig bra.

Frokostbuffeten var veldig trang, du måtte gå runde på runde for å få hentet inn alt du trengte på tallerkenen og det var få bord.

Super coole Unterkunft.

Eigentlich passte fast alles. Ich fand den Aufpreis für den Spa und den Preis für ein späteres auschecken als 10:00 Uhr etwas unangemessen.

I really likes hotel vibe, it was also clean, breakfast was great, pool and spa area were really nice and pleasant , room view was great , nice music in lobby and bars.

I can not remember any big issue to mention here just parking close to the hotel was little expensive, I had expected free or cheaper parking for guests, also free pool entry was expected for guests. .

Bra frukost inget saknades tom bra kaffe... Väldigt fina rum med bekväma sittmöbler. Otroligt smidiga hissar till alla 27 våningar

Ljudnivå - hissmusik i gemensamma utrymmen. Gick inte sänka rumstemperaturen, blev för varmt.

Frukostens planlösning upplevdes som något förvirrande och det var lite krångligt att hitta rätt. Däremot var själva frukosten mycket bra och höll en hög kvalitet.

The estetik and super comfy beds were great for a wonderful nights sleep and drinking our hot beverages around the fire pit in lobby was beautiful.

De sfeer was Ibiza vibe dit begon al in de parkeergarage met Ibiza lounge muziek die overal in het hotel te horen is, zelfs in de lift! Aan luxe geen gebrek. Vriendelijk personeel. Vele faciliteiten o.a. shuffle board, poolen, tafeltennis, poolbar, lounge met vuurkorven etc.. de kamers zijn ruim en hebben allen een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad.

Wat verder weg van het centrum, maar met elektrische stepjes in 15 min in hartje stad. Te druk in de spa met luidruchtige gasten, die vooral met telefoons en drinken in het zwembad hangen, en irritant (insta)filmpjes maken. Dit hoort niet thuis is een spa.

Hotel is amazing the pools the facilities but the best part was the bed and linen the pillows best bed I’ve ever slept in

No windows and no treatments

We stayed at this hotel three years ago for our wedding anniversary and absolutely loved the experience. We had such good memories from that stay that we decided to come back and celebrate here again. Unfortunately, this time was completely different and very disappointing. The hotel seems to have declined significantly since our previous visit. The carpets were very dirty, the sofas looked worn out and damaged, and even the towels in our room were old, frayed, and clearly in need of replacement. The food was another big disappointment. The quality of the restaurant has dropped considerably, and the breakfast was especially poor, with very limited variety. There wasn’t even a simple fried egg available, which is something you would normally expect to find at most hotel breakfasts. The hotel was also extremely crowded because a company had apparently booked it for a large group of employees. Unfortunately, our room was on the same floor as many of them. There was loud partying, talking, and laughing in the hallway until around 3 AM, which made it very difficult to sleep. For a hotel stay, especially one we had chosen for our anniversary, this was extremely frustrating. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that we came back specifically because we had loved this hotel so much three years ago. We expected to recreate those wonderful memories, but instead we left feeling that the overall quality and atmosphere had changed dramatically. Sadly, after this experience, we won’t be returning.
