Pillows, unfinished floorboards floating around. The kettle had a very strong fragrance smell and was unusable. Nothing in in the way of supplies in the kitchen. Only 4 plates and utensils.

Da vi kom var det en masse matflekker på stuegulvet og koketoppen var også skitten, TV-en virket heller ikke. Vaktmester så på tv men klarte ikke fikse problemet- så vi endte opp med HDMI kabel fra vår pc til tv for at vi kunne se tv. Vi sa også fra om at det var skittent, ble lovet at en vaskedame skulle komme dagen etter - vi sto opp ekstra tidlig pga. dette. Men ingen kom heller og vasket. Dette oppholdet kostetnesten 11000kr, derfor synes jeg rett og slett ikke dette holder mål! Vi kommer IKKE til og booke her igjen!

No dejaron nada en la cocina, ni sal. Para eso no vas a una cabaña habitacional. Esta gestionado por el hotel. Pero eso NO es un hotel. Esa es ka diferencia. El aparcamiento no es tan fácil como se planteaba en el alojamiento.

Töpfe und Pfannen waren ungewaschen im Schrank. Mikrowelle und Backofen schmutzig. Rest war sauber.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025Lokalita je top. Apartmán je v centre mesta Geiranger. Na Booking.com je uvedená zlá/neúplná adresa na telefón neregeagoval nikto. Ak chcete nájsť apartmán musíte hľadať v mailoch link na inú aplikáciu (nie booking) kde urobíte check in/out a nájdete aj správnu adresu ubytovania. Kúpeľňa nebola čistá, zbytky fúzov a vlasov v umývadle. V jednej izbe nefungovala lampa. Postele majú veľmi nepohodlné,mäkké matrace a vankúše tiež stoja za nič. V dome bolo ako v chladničke a trvalo dlho kým sa dom prehrial. Umývačka na riad nefunguje a smrdí.

Badet var dårlig da der manglet en svaber for å få bort såpevann etter å ha dusjet, da der manglet gummilister under dusjdørene. En enkeltseng hadde dårlig fjøringer. Veps krøp på golvet uten at verandadør var åpnet.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025The cabin has a huge potential which is not fulfilled, location is superb, the bathroom with the shower and the washing machine - great, the kitchen is not well-equipped unfortunately, but the rooms are really comfortable, nice clean beds. With a little effort this place could be so awesome.
No clothes/towels' hangers, only 1 dishwasher tablet for 2-night stay, quite expensive - unreasonably so. And of, course the outside of the cabin could be cleaner, including the terrace - so unkept and dirty

Dust bin was not clean at the time of check in and was having the garbage of earlier stay. Heater in room was not in operation nor was any proper instructions. Toiletries like shampoo hand wash , body wash not available. We went to Hotel union to get all this. No one attends the complain on week end.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2024Spacious and comfortable. Easy and very nice walk down the river to the port of Geiranger. Well-equipped kitchen, with utensils. Newly renovated bathroom (it's the nicest room in the apartment). Free parking right in front of the entrance door. There is also a nice terrace, which we couldn't use because the weather was cold and very wet.
We didn't know the apartment was in a cabin that looked half-ruined from the outside. It might have been the beginning of some reconstruction work, it's hard to tell. A notification of some sort would have been appreciated, because the apartment is far from cheap. Second, having absolutely no toiletries in the bathroom is really unreasonable! Arriving late in the evening, after a whole-day ride, and not having even a mini hand soap in the bathroom made no sense! There was also no hair dryer (although it was listed as available) and no one was answering my emails and calls about it. Finally, I went to a nearby hotel (the same where we collected the apartment keys) and borrowed one from them. Lastly, you are expected to leave the apartment in a perfectly clean state on departure, but no cleaning material is provided!

Renovation felt incomplete resulting in some odd things. For example, no towel racks or hooks to hang anything in the bathroom. No toilet paper roll holder either. Basic items like a dish towel and cutting board and a pot compatible with the induction stove were missing from the kitchen, although when we told the staff they brought them for us. One bedroom was really small, had no heater and a weird stain on the floor. No soap provided in the bathroom.

Hot water only lasted about 10 minutes. Cold for several hours before it was hot again. Zero amenities except toilet paper, even one small bar of soap to wash your hands with would have been an improvement.
