Un peu surpris par le quartier en arrivant, sale , pas très rassurant. Pas de réception, juste une boîte à clé. Hotel au 2 e étages d’un immeuble sans ascenseur.

Juste situé près de la gare ferroviaire de Palerme. Grande chambre. Très grande propreté. Petit déjeuner varié et à volonté. Personnel accueillant et rendant service.

La petite salle de bains extérieure ( mais néanmoins privative) à la chambre où il fallait traverser l'appartement pour s'y rendre, nous avons trouvé cela peu confortable. A signaler pas d'ascenseur et l'établissement se situe au 2eme étage, donc pas pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer.

A wonderful accommodation, clean and tidy, with very welcoming and friendly hosts. Although the kitchen is shared, the fridge is always stocked with juices, fresh fruit, sweets, coffee, and tea. The accommodation is in a great location, close to the train station. Many compliments to the hosts — the whole place has such a warm and homely atmosphere that you truly feel at home.

L’accueil du personnel a été fantastique. Nous avons pu garer nos vélos dans un endroit sécurisé. La chambre était magnifique. Toutes les dispositions pour le petit déjeuner était très complètes et nous avons pu partir de très bonne heure pour profiter de la fraîcheur. L’hôtel est idéalement situé non loin du quartier touristique et de la gare.

I liked that the room was really clean and very organized. It has a good breakfast and space outside in the street where to park your car.

The pillows were a bit soft but not to much of a problem.

The proximity to the railway station for an 11 pm arrival (once you work out which exit of the station to use!). The large room (the 'suite') that easily accommodated the three of us. The free storage of our luggage the next morning until we were able to go to our destination.

That the rooms are on the second floor.

Lage nicht der beste aber sehr praktisch, wenn man zentral sein möchte und zum Bahnhof muss.

Top Lage gleich neben dem Bahnhof, unkompliziertes Self Check-in, modernes und sauberes Zimmer und Bad, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super Services wie Computer Station und gratis Kaffee/Tee/Gebäck. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gleich nebenan gibt es eine Bar und eine nette Trattoria. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Da es keinen Lift gibt, muss man die Koffer 2 Stockwerke hochtragen. Das WLAN in meinem Zimmer war nicht sehr gut.

Very friendly staff, convenient location close to the station, great little breakfast. Only stayed one night and arrived at around 2:30am after flight was delayed 4 hours, however detailed self check in guide made sure it was no issue. Also a handy luggage storage service.

Najbardziej podobała mi się czystość obiektu oraz bardzo fajnie urządzone mieszkanie. Wnętrze było przytulne, nowoczesne i funkcjonalne, a kameralna atmosfera sprawiała, że można było naprawdę odpocząć i poczuć się komfortowo.

Największym minusem były schody – wnoszenie i znoszenie walizek było dość uciążliwe.

The only parking is public parking on the street. It is normal for Palermo, but may be tricky in certain time windows.

Todo nuevo, funcional limpio y la suite con pintura original rehabilitada en el techo.dos almohadas diferentes alturas. Colchón cómodo. Sábanas algodón. Lavabo luz led y jabones muy perfumados. Aa funcionaba bien. Buen desayuno con huevos calientes o tortilla desayuno.

No había agua gratis al llegar habitacion. Hay una mini nevera pero es de pago. Puerta entrada edificio costaba mucho abrirla, hay que dar patada. Es un segundo sin ascensor.

We wanted to stay near Palermo Centrale for the start of our homeward journey the following day. This is very close. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The Bed was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Bathroom clean and modern. Air conditioning which was essential.

4 flights of dimly lit Stairs to get to the b and b entrance. Carrying luggage combined with the heat made it quite difficult. The number pad to access the property needed very firm pressing. It took 3 attempts to get into the property, then the stairs. There were no drinking glasses in the room.

Lo que mas me gusto fue la amplitud de la habitacion y la cama que era muy comoda

No me gustaba que el aseo estuviera fuera de la habitacion, por la mañana tenias que pasar delante de la gente desayunando en el pasillo para ir hasta el aseo. Ademas la zona en la que se encuentra es un barrio que da un poco de miedo de noche.

Location to the station as we were here only one night. Walkable to historic tourist areas.

We had room 3 and the bathroom was not 'in' the bedroom but I was aware of that when we booked and it was only room available.

No elevators. If you don't have heavy luggage that's not a problem.

Rien tout était parfait

The staff were friendly and accommodated our early arrival and early departure. Two of the staff offered to carry our heavy suitcase up the 47 steps to the second floor. The breakfast was good and free acess to tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day were much appreciated.

The location near the station was great as we arrived by train, but we didn't feel comfortable walking at night in the area. The proprietor should make it clear that the accommodation is on the 2nd floor (47 steps) and there is no lift. Had we known this we would not have stayed atvthis B & B despite the great reviews. Our room was large, but the shower was extremely small. We hated having a shower because of its size. It did not match the photo on Booking.com

Wonderful, clean, spacious room. Excellent location, next to the railway and bus station. Main attractions in the historical centre are within a walkin distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, with a smile on their face, all the time. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

Check in process was poor and was not told prior to booking there were 3 flights of stairs to go up with luggage, Room was also noisy as located next to B&B area with large groups gathering for chats outside our door.

Das Niveau dieses B&B kann man kaum übettreffen: - Lage nur 2 min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle in Gehdistanz. - Die Zimmer in diesem Stadthaus sind sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Trotz Zentrumslage war der Lärm kein Problem. - Beim Frühstück fehlt es an gar nichts. Neben den üblichen Speisen gibt es auch frisches Obst, frisch zubeteitete Eierspeisen und süsse Gebäcke. Zudem wird msn sehr freundlich bedient. - Organisation: Der self-check-in war sehr gut dokumentiert und klappte problemlos. Zudem sind die Damen vor Ort extrem gastfreundlich und aufgestellt.

Als einzigen Mangel könnte man anführen, dass das Frühstück unmittelbar vor den Zimmern stattfindet und dies für Langschläfer doch sehr störend sein könnte. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört

Unser Zimmer war wenig isoliert und daher war es nachts immer brutal warm. Das externe Bad und wir mussten immer durch den Frühstücksraum laufen. Generell wat die Unterkunft sehr dunkel.

Not much privacy in the bathroom as it was in a public area (which we knew about) but as it was quite small and just by a breakfast area we felt a bit embarrassed.

O prédio (do lado de fora do B&B) é muito sujo e não possui elevador. Achar vaga de estacionamento não parece ser muito fácil.

Quite difficult to find by car Lots of steps up to 2nd floor - no lift. We knew we had a separate exclusive bathroom but didn't appreciate having to access it through the breakfast area. Also the lock was broken!⁰

Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist umständlich, die Parksituation schlecht, wie ziemlich überall in den sizilianischen Städten. Bei booking angekündigt war ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, das dann allerdings 15 Meter vom eigenen Zimmer entfernt lag. Um es zu benutzen musste man quer durch das B&B laufen. Not good.

Great location, if you're planning to use the central train station. I could literally see it from our balcony. I personally really liked firm pillows and airy mattress. Continental breakfast was great too. Suite was very clean and well-maintained.

Our suite was located in front of the hall, which also serves as a breakfast area. During the night, light was on all the time in that hall, and we could see that light peeking through the open area above our door. They provide a curtain to cover it, but some of the artificial lighting still lights up the room. It may be uncomfortable for people with sensitive sleep patterns. I personally had to use sleeping mask to be able to fall asleep there.

Very friendly and welcoming staff.The location is excellent, if you have an early morning train or bus to catch.

Ubytovanie bolo prijemné. Mali sme všade blízko cca 15 minút pomalou chôdzou. Cestovanie vlakom a autobusom je jednoduché a domáci ochotne pomôžu. Výhodou t9hto ubytovanie je, že je blízko vlakivá stanica, auyobusová, či iž diaľkova alebo mestská a aj električka a vôbec to nie je počuť. Vrelo odporúčam.

I beskrivningen av lägenheten anges att det finns en parkeringsplats. Detta stämmer inte, eftersom bilar till och med står parkerade i två rader längs vägen vid huset. Vi har dock hittat ett betalgarage 250 meter från huset. В описании квартиры позиционируется наличие парковочного места. Это не соответствует действительности ибо даже на дороге вдоль дома машины стоят в два ряда. Но мы нашли платный гараж в 250 м от дома.
