Lovely big apartment but some found it cramped.

Rooms are clean but often described as somewhat dated or tired, sometimes small; specific issues noted include uncomfortable beds, lack of towel rails, poor mirror placement and occasional cobwebs.

Rooms were tidy and clean with beautiful interior.

Generally praised as very clean and well kept in multiple reviews, though a few guests reported cobwebs and some spa area ceiling issues.

Beautiful and peaceful location, though it is a bit remote.

Good location with pleasant views (overlooking the golf course) and convenient for groups; described as reasonable value for location.

The staff were phenomenal, very attentive, and helpful.

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating; manager and reception assistance were singled out positively, though one review suggested staff could do more to manage rowdy guests.

Food was very good; breakfast and recommendations noted.

Mixed-to-positive comments: breakfast and some bar dishes received praise and one guest called the food excellent; a few noted bland items.

A small fridge in the room would improve the stay.

Leisure centre/gym access praised and pool/jacuzzi temperatures appreciated, but spa facilities need work (sauna not working, no robes, ceiling and changing rooms require updating).

Breakfast was good but seemed overpriced.

Several guests noted the hotel is reasonable priced or 'cheap and cheerful' and good for groups; rating aligned with the target overall score.
