Frühstück war sehr lecker und alles grundsätzliche war da.

Obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße gelegen war, war vom Verkehr nichts zu hören. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt war sehr gut.

Sobald der Zimmernachbar die Tür hat ins Schloss fallen lassen, vibrierte unser Kopfteil vom Bett. Der Frühstücksraum hat keine gute Akustik, es war sehr laut.

The rooms were modern and very comfortable; the train station was 5 minutes away and the main tourist attractions 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again—100% recommended.

Parkplatz für 16 Euro ist etwas teuer

So dieser Hotel in einer schönen Lage in Lübeck, für eine Nacht Stopover. Fenster isolieren sehr gut, vom Bahnhof haben wir nichts gehört. Zum Holstentor und in der Innenstadt sind es rund 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Bequeme Betten.

Als Teil einer Kette natürlich etwas unpersönlich, sondern eher praktisch.

We waren 30 min te vroeg en we mochten niet inchecken, we werden niet al te vriendelijk verzocht later terug te komen of in de lounge te wachten. Ik ben normaal gewend dat je ingecheckt word ook als je kamer niet gereed is, maar dat je dan gewoon je kamer niet in kan. Blijkbaar is het beleid hier anders, wat op zich niet erg is maar de manier waarop was een voorbode op hoe de rest van het personeel niet klantvriendelijk is. Het personeel was gedurende de 3 dagen dat wij daar waren zichtbaar geïrriteerd, kortaf en er kon geen enkel lachje vanaf.

Positiv aufgefallen sind uns unter anderem die zwei verschieden dicken Kopfkissen, so dass man je nach Vorliebe wählen kann. Außerdem das sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Auftreten des Personals und das unkomplizierte Ein- und Auschecken.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, besser geht es fast gar nicht. In die Stadt ist es nicht weit und wenn man nicht laufen möchte, fahren direkt gegenüber vom Hotel viele Busse. Die Größe der Zimmer ist auch super und wenn man ein Premier Inn bucht, weiß man eigentlich immer was man bekommt und dass man nicht viel falsch machen kann...

...aber leider haben wir diesmal was zu meckern. Die Dame an der Rezeption war dermaßen unfreundlich ohne, dass wir ihr einen Grund gegeben haben. Mit den Worten "TJA, Check-in ist erst um 15h" bin ich auch noch nicht begrüßt worden. Im Zimmer war es sehr warm und die Klimaanlage ließ sich nur zentral steuern. Fenster offen war leider auf Grund der Nähe zum Bahnhof keine Option und das dritte Bett nahm leider viel Platz vom Zimmer ein, da wäre es uns lieber gewesen, man hätte das dritte Bett nicht bezogen und als Sofa gelassen

ZimmerTüren knallen fürchterlich laut ins Schloss sogar mein Kopfende vom Bett hat gewackelt . Keine Kühlschrank bzw. Wasser auf dem Zimmer kein Telefon für Rezeption. Frühstückspersonal genervt unfreundlich🤷‍♀️versprochene neue Rechnung die für den nächsten Tag der Abreise wurde dann doch nicht ausgestellt.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sind angenehm

Das Personal ist wahnsinnig gestresst und sehr unfreundlich. Da kann das Zimmer noch so sauber und das Bett noch so bequem sein, wenn der Aufenthalt mit einem derartigen Empfang am Tresen beginnt, möchte man das Hotel nichtmehr betreten. Die Kollegen scheinen sich unter einander auch nicht abzusprechen, sodass man Angelegenheiten mehrfach ansprechen und klarstellen muss. Die Klimaanlage lies sich nicht individuell einstellen (zentral gesteuert), sodass in einem viel zu warmen Zimmer geschlafen werden musste. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, würde ich für den Preis nicht nochmal buchen. Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Insgesamt ist das Hotel den Preis nicht wert.

Optik und Sauberkeit waren gut

Das Personal am Eingang und im Restaurant war nicht interessiert mir weiterzuhelfen kein Abendessen beim Frühstück nur Weizenbrot, kein Dinkel Der Putzmann auf dem Flur hat mir Pfefferminztee gegeben und war sehr freundlich

Zentrale aber dennoch ruhige Lage. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Auf dem Parkplatz 50 m entfernt kann man günstig parken.

Die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich groß und gut ausgestattet

Leider hat es nach 2 Nächten in unseren Zimmer sehr gestunken, so dass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Bei Freunden war das Gebläse im Bad so laut, dass sie ebenfalls das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Das Personal war nicht besonders engagiert und freundlich. Check-In um 15 Uhr wurde trotz freier Zimmer sehr ungern vorverlegt.

Für 2 Nächste war die Größe ausreichend. Die Betten waren super. Es war sauber und das Zimmer konnte mit dem Fahrstuhl sehr bequem erreicht werden.

Sehr unflexibel beim Check Inn. Wir waren 30 Minuten vor dem offiziellen Check Inn da und mussten bis 15:00 Uhr warten. Andere Gäste die am Vortag angereist waren, hatten dieses Problem nicht und konnten sogar 1 Stunde früher ins Hotelzimmer. Das Frühstück ist nur für Hotelgäste, jemand der nicht im Hotel untergebracht war durfte nicht mit frühstücken, auch wenn es nahe Angehörige waren. Schade, wir waren dann außerhalb frühstücken.

Super zentrale Lage, man ist sehr schnell am Holstentor und somit in der Altstadt.

Keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption im Hotel, man landet in einem Callcenter.

Für den Parkplatz 16 € zu verlangen, ist etwas zu hoch. Im Internet stand, dass es ein Restaurant gibt, wo man etwas essen kann…, war nicht vorhanden.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es völlig okay. Das Hotel ist relativ modern. Relativ großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Müsli Auswahl hat mir gut gefallen.

Man sollte bedenken dass das Hotel direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof ist, aufgrund der Lautstärke konnten wir Nachts nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Wir dachten wir hätten die größte Zimmerkategorie gebucht (Vierbettzimmer), bekommen haben wir ein kleines 3 Bettzimmer was hätte aufgebettet werden können dann hätten wir aber gar keinen Platz im Zimmer gehabt sondern nur ein Raum voller Betten. Das wurde auch angesprochen, aber wir hatten laut Personal genau dieses Zimmer 'die größte Zimmerkategorie gebucht. Ein Blick ins gegenüber liegende Zimmer bestätigte unseren Verdacht das wir aufgrund Überbelegung einfach ein kleines bekommen haben zum selben Preis. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch jeden Tag das selbe und man sollte auch rechtzeitig frühstücken gehen damit man einen Tisch und auch alles vom Frühstück bekommt.

Das Frühstück war soweit gut, nur die Backwaren hätten noch etwas besser sein dürfen. Im Zimmer fehlt eigentlich für die Kleidungsablage ein Schrank, ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Sauberes, klimatisiertes Zimmer zu einem günstigen Preis. Wir fanden einen Platz für unser Auto auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und in 10min ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Ich war positiv überrascht, dass wir die Züge nicht hörten, obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Bahnhof hatten.

Dass man das Fenster nicht richtig öffnen konnte.

De locatie was perfect ten opzichte van parkeerplek (achter treinstation), het station en de stad. We konden onze bagage stallen, omdat we te vroeg waren voor de incheck in onze kamer. De kamer was modern, ruim, schoon en de bedden fantastisch.

Bij ontvangst waren een aantal personeelsleden weinig vriendelijk. Weinig gastvrij. Dat was de dag erna veel beter bij de uitcheck. Jammer dat er geen kleine koelkast op de kamer was.

Achten Sie bitte auch auf die Sauberkeit vor dem Hotel (Unkraut in Gehweg und auf Rabatte). Es sollte bitte auch ab 6:30 Uhr Frühstück geben, nicht mit 15 minütiger Verspätung.

Location was excellent, parking on the streets around was very cheap + the hotel had it's own parking. Nice room. Breakfast was fine.

We stayed 3 nights and all 3 nights the ventilation switched off at 3am so I woke between 3-4am in a sweat and had to turn it back on. All 3 nights. The reception said they couldn't help unfortunately.

Wir sind bei unserer Ankunft sehr unfreundlich empfangen worden. Die Dame an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Das war am Donnerstag, 20.08. gegen 13:15 Uhr. Zum Glück hat die Dame nette und hilfsbereite Kollegen. Um 15 Uhr konnten wir dann bei einem netten Herrn einchecken.

Dass in der Beschreibung steht, dass Parkplatzreservierung nicht nötig ist, bei später Ankunft dann jedoch kein Hotelparkplatz mehr vorhanden ist (was erst einmal ärgerlich war, sich dann jedoch relativierte, da mit ein wenig Fußweg letztendlich kostenloser Parkplatz gefunden wurde, was immerhin 3 x16 € Tagesgebühr eingespart hat).

Hotel pulitissimo, personale accogliente, disponibile e competente. Parcheggio custodito a pagamento, ma ottimo modo per risparmiare sui costi del parcheggio pubblico o dei garage (non esistono parcheggi liberi!). Camera luminosa, pulita, letti comodissimi. Scelta dei cuscini aggiuntivi, in buste singole e sigillate. Prodotti bagno disponibili, sia in doccia, che accanto al lavandino. Spazi comuni bellissimi, arredamente confortevole e caldo. Buona colazione. Ottimo punto di partenza per la visita della città a piedi o con i mezzi. Ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Nulla da eccepire!!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig. Insgesamt hat alles bestens gepasst – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I stayed at this hotel and the shower had no hot water at all from the moment I checked in. I reported the issue immediately, but nothing was fixed during my stay. Despite the hotel failing to provide a basic amenity, they refused to offer any refund or compensation and kept insisting on their policy instead of taking responsibility. Their attitude was unprofessional, and customer care was completely nonexistent. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, as you may not get even the minimum level of service — and they will not stand behind their own failures.

My wife and I stayed at this Premier Inn at Paddington Station from November 19 to 27, 2025. We stayed in Room 405 on the 4th Floor, which was a Standard Double room. We initially chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Paddington Station, and we're so glad we did! We loved the fact that we could simply walk across the street from the hotel and stroll directly into Paddington Station. The room itself was just fine for my wife and I. It was very clean and well-kept, with nearly no signs of wear and tear on the furniture. The interior decor was very modern and minimalistic. One other thing about the room was the fact that the sound proofing was quite impressive. Considering the fact that our room overlooked the street that's typically busy with traffic, we could hardly hear the outside noises. The mattress was very comfortable (to me), but my wife mentioned to me she preferred it to be a tad firmer. There was plenty of space in the room for us to relax during the evening when we're done with exploring the surrounding London area. Even though we did not opt for the daily breakfast deal, the front desk staff member that checked us in (Sorry, I forgot her name) offered us a couple days of complimentary access to the breakfast so we can try it out. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast! It was a hot breakfast buffet and they served 'English Breakfast' foods such as sausage, beans, various types of eggs, hashed brown triangle, English bacon, mushrooms, and grilled tomatoes. The quality was actually decent overall, but we opted to not continue with the breakfast meal plan since we wanted to venture out to try other places for breakfast. Overall, this hotel was superb value for use since we loved its location. If we ever visit London again in the near future, we would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel was easy to get to and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, I stayed at this hotel twice, a week apart, and on the second stay I arrived around midday, so decided to eat lunch in the hotel restaurant. But when I asked if the restaurant staff could check the ingredients of a dish, because I have an intolerance to a couple of common ingredients that aren't a major allergens, so not listed in their allergen information, I was met with a flat refusal by the staff as it was, quote, "against company policy".

Stayed in one of the premium rooms. Great to have a fridge for small meals etc. Being across from the station made getting around easy. Also great access to grocery shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean, quiet, and had all the amenitie as advertised. You know what you are getting with this chain hotel . Would not hesitate to stay here again.

i stayed in room 323 from 14/11 to 17/11. On the last day, before i checked out, i developed red dots on my skin which are due to bed bugs. It is now 5 days after i checked out and the spots on my skin are getting more angry and few more have appeared.

Great hotel with perfect location This Premier Inn is great. It is located next to Paddington and could not have a better location. The staff is friendly, and yhe rooms are nice, warm and clean.

I recently stayed at the hotel and was quite pleased with my experience. The facilities were clean, and the location is excellent, making it easy to access various attractions in the city. The check-in process was straightforward and efficient, which is always a plus. However, I did encounter an issue with the reservations team, as they cancelled my booking before resolving my concerns. This aspect of customer service could use improvement. Despite this hiccup, I would definitely recommend the hotel due to the quality of my stay and its fantastic location

Check in was easy and we were up to the room within a few minutes. On opening the door to the room we were overpowered by the smell of dirty/ stagnant water. We were so tired and my little one was falling asleep so we thought we would just try put up with it. There were also big metal bars on the window which made it feel like a prison but we were only there one night to sleep so we just got over that. The worst part came when we went to put our little one into bed and there was a huge brown crusty patch of sick/poop in the inside of the duvet and sheet. Disgusting to find and so alarming that clearly the sheets had not been changed!!! We complained and was given a new room opposite which smelled much better and seemed cleaner, plus not metal bars on the window. But unfortunately by the morning, the stagnant water smell was starting to take over that room too. Think there was an issue with the aircon or drainage. The breakfast was good but the room was one of the worst experiences at a hotel I have had, especially for the price we paid. Location was good, right outside the station.

Easy to visit the city, near the metro station (you only have to cross the street). Beds and pillows are comfortable, breakfast is delicious. Value for money rate 10/10. If I will return to London this will be surely my hotel.

Fantastic location, very clean around hotel and in bedroom/bathroom. We ate breakfast and dinner here and couldn't fault it. They stored our bags whilst we explored London which was a Godsend. Would highly recommend.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel; it's easily one of the best ones I've stayed at across the entire chain. My room was completely spotless and smelled incredibly fresh.

The hotel is very close to Paddington Station, and we used both the underground and trains for our trip. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and large enough to move about. I didn't notice any noise outside the rooms and little outside the building. Breakfast is available and children eat free. The restaurant is also available for other meals. The food was tasty and there was a good variety. There are vegetarian options, other "milks" and attention to food allergies. Great value for the price.

Our key kept malfunctioning. Every time we came back in the evening, we had to get a new key. This happened 3 times! We were only there for 4 days. A very loud smoke alarm went off in our room randomly and scared the living daylights out of us. The staff was not very forthcoming and helpful. The A/C kept turning off, and left the room, very stuffy. Wi-Fi is very weak, almost non-existent. The location is great, the beds are comfortable and the shower is nice.

We found the Paddington station premier inn, very clean, comfortable, with up to date decor. Friendly, welcoming staff, could not fault it, and we will be staying here again on our next visit.

I was a little wary that this might be a budget hotel since it is so affordable, but it was anything but! Our room was well furnished, very comfortable and very clean. The location is fantastic if you are traveling to or from Heathrow, since it is literally across the street from the Paddington train and underground stations. There is a baggage room which is secure, so it's easy to store bags if you arrive early. You can check automatically, and there is also a staffed reception desk if you need any assistance or want to store bags. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

First time staying at this hotel. Couldn't fault it. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable and quiet from outside noise. We had a meal in the attached restaurant which was really convenient as they served food until 10pm and stayed open so we could stay for a drink after. The Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. It was hot, constantly rotated so the food was fresh and there was an excellent selection of pastries, cereals, fruits, cooked breakfast etc. The meal deal option was great value for money. The fire alarm went off on the Saturday evening which cant be helped as these things happen but the staff rushed and turned it off really quickly. Great staff, great location. Will stay again for sure!

The location is great, there is a subway across the road. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The breakfast is varied and the staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

The hotel is very convenient to public transit.

The hotel and room was very clean. We knew ahead of time that the rooms would be small, but even the superior double room feels tight. The bed was super comfortable, and there were really cool features. The housekeeping staff weren’t too friendly, but check-in staff was great. They only replaced towels and toilet paper when we asked to clean our room on a day out—there was nothing really freshened up.
