all the essentials: shower, bin;
substantial telly, lounge downstairs;
slightly iffy dryer of hair.
But one flaw that you ought to know:
half of its rooms have no window.
Its airconditioning is somewhat
lacking oomph, and leaves you hot
on sweaty summer London nights;
the lighting, piteously bright
sears eyeballs till they start to steam
when fumbled straight onto high beam.
The beds are small, tho benefit
from pull-out drawers to stash one’s s***;
but for two adults seeking rest,
they are a trial, a faff, a test.
The shower’s head is weirdly low
the curtain hooks drag awful slow.
It’s drizzle more than waterfall;
you’ll bang your head should you be tall.
The only seat is plastic hell
from Tokyo's cheapest love hotel.
In sum, it does what’s said on tin;
would I return? where to begin?
Located well twixt many park
where one can lounge until it’s dark;
because once back in Hub’s dark halls,
there are no windows, only walls.
Its pricing surges on weekends
preclude us ever being friends.
Machine-dripped "coffee's" only sorta--
(double shot dumped into water).
In sum, it rates four out of ten;
I would not stay at it again.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025Lovely hotel in the heart ot marylebone - clean and quiet - great noise proof rooms so you cant hear the old marylebone road. Nice breakfast. Good sized beds and great lighting. Complementary water throughout the stay. Tidy rooms, tidy foyer, friendly staff. Easy and quick to check in. Very secure and safe. Would reccomend 10/10

Reviewed Nov 12, 2025We expected a very small room with small bed and limited facilities. The reverse .. large bed good linen. Great shower and soft towels. Special place for case under the bed. No disappointments at all. All staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was the icing on the cake. We ll be back.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025This was the first time of trying the Premier Inn Hub and I was sceptical initially. After seeing the rooms online I thought it may be a little small and cramped.
How wrong I was. We went for the larger hub room and there was plenty of space. All that is normally expected of a Premier Inn but at a cheap price.
The room was comfy, bathroom clean and large enough with an exceptional shower.
Breakfast was excellent for only £8 and also free coffee in the bar at anytime. I much prefer this to having the kettle in room.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025I enjoy the Hub brand and the hotel made a great base for the city. The compact room has a comfy bed, good shower pressure and I liked the view across the city.
The breakfast was decent and good value and I enjoyed the complimentary access to hot drinks throughout the day
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Also we appreciate the care and consideration of Arun who helped in myriad ways. When we return we hope to see them again.
Definitely try the breakfast, top notch!

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025Stayed two nights Hub Marylebone, very pleased with all aspects of this Hotel, although the rooms are not large they have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The breakfast was very good for a very reasonable cost.
The Bar area in the hotel is also very good also.
I would certainly recommend this for a place to stay in London.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025My partner and I decided on an overnight stay as we had things to do in London on the Saturday and Sunday, so rather than go home we decided to book a hotel. On the whole the experience was really good. We were only in the hotel briefly to get changed from travelling and then to sleep. The location was great and we both liked the room. It was nice and quiet at night and we both slept really well. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived.
The only downside we felt was that the booking was for 2 people, however there was only 1 big towel in the room. We didn't notice that until the following mornning unfortunately and neither of us wanted to go down to reception to ask for another one so we ended up using the same towel between both of us which wasn't idea. We did look in obvious places in the room to see if there were any extra's. So please, if the booking is for 2 people, please provide 2 lots of towels.
Otherwise a great hotel and one we will be using again.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025Welcoming friendly staff and very clean room. Stayed for 5 nights and the reception area was always spotless. Rokeya and Rodica were both particularly helpful and worked very hard even late at night to look after everyone.

This hub is located well for everything. Buses and tube are local. Good eateries and museums close by and excellent. neighbourhood.
Staff here are amazing and will do anything at all for you.
Rooms are lovely, although no tea and coffee in the rooms, always available downstairs 24/7.
Very clean rooms. Breakfast is great and plentiful.
We had a room on the top floor and were fortunate enough to have good weather so the views across London were fantastic.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025Super clean. High premium bedding. Comfy bed 10/10. I’m a Germaine and this place met my standards. My room didn’t really have a window. It felt a little to enclosed. I’d stay again for one night or two.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025Staying at the hub was such a fantastic experience, especially with the late-night bar. The drink options were plentiful, and I really enjoyed trying them out. The atmosphere was vibrant, making it easy to unwind and have a good time. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a fun night out.
It was just a usual hotel, nothing special, nothing bad about it either, right by the tube though.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025Me and my partner stayed here for two nights and I cannot recommend it enough. The rooms are compact yet spacious at the same time everything is laid out perfectly. The room was clean and everything was new and in good condition. Really good vibes from the lounge/bar area especially as they have free coffee from a bean to cup machine whenever you want it. We were worried that because of the small rooms it would be noisy however I did not hear anybody all night extremely quiet and all the doors are soft closing to avoid slamming. Lovely stay highly recommend.

I'm going to list some pro's and con's to help you decide if this hotel is right for you.
The beds are very hard. Very. If you like rock hard beds then you’ll enjoy these. I heard a lady comment at breakfast that she liked hard beds. So she liked it. I on the other hand can't stand up straight I'm so sore. It ruined our trip.
The rooms are small. We didn't mind that part. We paid for a window and didn't get it but that's just a staffing issue.
The bathroom sink sprays you every time you use the sink. It splashes all over even with the water barely turned on. If you don’t mind that then this room is for you.
The shower doesn’t have a full door so every shower means the whole bathroom floor will be a puddle. This might be something some people don't mind. We did.
The staff are very hit and miss. Some are nice. Some are quite rude. I heard numerous guests discussing how they had met some great staff and some truly awful staff.
They have something going that is a straight up scam too. They charge people to check in early. Our flight was early so we had a 4 hour wait to check in. They told us we couldn't pay to check in early because they had over 100 people already pay. In the entire check-in period we counted 2 people check in early. They are pocketing a lot of money and promote it heavily in their lobby to ask an attendent if you want to check in early. I had called in 2 days before and the staff said we can just pay 10 quid per person when we get there to check in.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025We stayed here as we were visiting Wembley for a concert. It’s a great location, 5 minutes walk from Marylebone and 9 minutes direct train to Wembley stadium. The hotel was fantastic, clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a larger double room on the 5th floor. An easy walk into the lovely Marylebone village with their fab deli’s and shops. Staff were polite and efficient. First time in a hub hotel and would definitely stay again and recommend.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025C’est un hôtel agréable, moderne, neuf. Le personnel est sympathique. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes mais confortables. La literie est bonne, la salle de bain est bien équipée avec shampooing et gel douche à disposition. En revanche ce sont des petites fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas.
Le petit déjeuner continental est correct, l’espace de restauration est bien aménagé et bien décoré.
L’hôtel est bien situé à deux pas du métro et plusieurs bus.
2 bémols, j’avais envoyé un message pour demander si je pouvais laisser ma valise à mon arrivée le matin. On m’a indiqué qu’il n’y avait pas d’espace de stockage de valise que ce n’était pas possible. Je me suis donc débrouillé autrement en la laissant dans une consigne. Or lors de mon Check in en fin de journée, j’ai pu constater derrière l’accueil un espace où plusieurs valises étaient disposées avec des étiquettes, je trouve que c’est pas très professionnel.
Aussi, le ménage n’a pas été effectué durant mon séjour, et quand je l’ai signalé à la réception, il m’a dit qu’il fallait en faire la demande au préalable auprès de la réception, sauf que personne ne m’a informé de cette disposition, alors qu’un bouton « faire la chambre » est disponible et peut-être activé !

Reviewed Jun 22, 2025Fikk rom uten vindu først, og hadde ikke mobildekning. Følte jeg var på ufrivillig Cruisetur. Gikk opp i resepsjonen å fikk heldigvis byttet rom, vinduet på det nye rommet var bitte lite. Men det var vindu på rommet! Ville ikke anbefale rommet for noen som har klaustrofobi
Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Zimmer für Alleinreisende auch eine gute Option, aber wegen Glaswand zur Nasszelle nur für Alleinreisende. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war nicht sehr gut und das Treppenhaus war dreckig
