The water pressure on the fourth floor was not great, making it hard to get a shower. Bit of late night noise from other guests.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly in terms of customer service, cleanliness, and the overall standard of the accommodation. When we arrived, we were given a room downstairs with no lift access. We had to carry and drag our suitcases downstairs ourselves, as no assistance was offered. The room was very small, with barely enough space to store or hang our belongings. That same day, the receptionist we spoke to told us that the issue could be resolved by moving us to another room with lift access. The following day, we requested the room change, and once again, we had to move all our suitcases ourselves, without any assistance from the staff. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The floor in the room was not properly clean, and the carpet throughout the hotel was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. The breakfast was also extremely basic and did not meet the standard we expected. To make matters worse, when we complained, we encountered another receptionist who denied that his colleague had ever offered us another room. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, he was rude and dismissive. He even refused to speak to one of my friends when she tried to address the situation with him. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, inadequate assistance, and disappointing accommodation made our stay very unpleasant. We expected a much higher standard and, unfortunately, would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Brak kołdry, tylko prześcieradło do przykrycia. Nakrywanie się kapą z łóżka która nie wiadomo jak często jest prana jest odstręczające. Monotonne śniadanie i mały wybór, brak warzyw i owoców, słabej jakości chleb tostowy i bułeczki maślane oraz kawa. Brak gniazdek do ładowania przy łóżkach.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacjia przy stacji Padddington i w miarę blisko Hyd Parku łózko wygodne.Śniadanie byłoby ok gdyby nie brak warzyw. W pobliżu bary restauracjie można znaleść w przystepnych cenach. Blisko Little Venice dodatkowa atrakcjia.
Były problem z wystawieniem faktury,twierdzili ze nie dostali pieniedzy przekrecili moj adres, miałam żywą mysz w pokoju ale nikt tym się za bardzo nie przejął. Dobrze że kiedyś miala hodowlane myszy. ): Recepcjia pozostawia duzo do zyczenia jest nie mila najlepiej sie nie pytac. Mało pomocna. Internet nie działa i na moją sugestię że są poblemy niegrzeczna odpowiedz że to nie prawda. Śniadanie bez warzyw i owoców. Nikt z hotelu nie czyta opinii nie sa zainteresowani.

Cheguei as 23h e saí no dia seguinte as 7h, estava sozinha e com malas. Tenho problema na coluna e enviei mensagem por e-mail e pelo Booking solicitando um quarto em andar baixo, caso não tivesse elevador funcionando, mas não só não me responderam como, quando cheguei, me colocaram no andar mais alto, o 4o, tive que subir 4 andares de escadas com malas e sem ajuda porque o elevador não estava funcionando (no dia seguinte descobri que funcionava sim, mas com problemas). Funcionários muito antipáticos, mal falam com você. Tive outro tratamento, muito melhor, no Hotel Columbus, que fica quase ao lado e tem a mesma faixa de preço. Fui pra lá no dia seguinte e foi ótimo, fui bem tratada e o café da manhã foi bem melhor. O quarto individual no 4o andar do hotel Alexandra era uma meia água com infiltração no teto, em cima da cama, quarto muito pequeno.

Entraba aire, calor y ruido por la ventana. La mampara de la ducha no estaba limpia, la tapa del WC estaba descolocada. Nos dieron diariamente 2 toallas grandes pero solo 1 pequeña y ninguna alfombra para salir de la ducha

Huoneessa ei toiminut ilman vaihto. Ikkunan avaus tai tuulettimen käyttö ei asiaa paljoa auttanut. Huoneessa oli hetken oleskelun jälkeen painostava ja tukala ilma. Vessassa toinen ovenkarmin alareuna oli oletettavasti kosteuden takia syöpynyt. Wifi toimi miten sattuu. Yleensä aamulla toimi kohtalaisesti ja illalla tai yöllä ei ollenkaan. Avain kortin käytössä oli lisäksi myös ongelmia. Ei meinannut aina ovea avata. Kerran jouduin käydä respassa avaimen päivittämässä. Lisäksi näin kerran huoneessa sekä myös aamupalalla muurahaisen.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Bra läge (5 min promenad från Paddington och 5 min till Hyde Park), bra fina rum även om de är små. Egen toalett, hyfsad bra standard och rent. Bra frukost. Vi fick först ett rum mot korsningen där det är mycket trafik/ buller. Fick byta rum rum nästa dag till ett mycket tyst rum på baksidan av hotellet.
Vissa rum mot gatan kan vara störande.

Wifi doesn't work. My room located on 3rd floor..there is no lift to carry the luggage bags You need to pay for drinking water. There is no hangers to keep clothes in bathroom. Phone in the room doesn't work.

Colazione povera, scelta tra yogurt, 3 tipi di cereali, 2 tipi di salumi, 2 tipi di formaggio a fette, pane tostato , uova sode, 2 tipi di succhi, latte e caffè, niente di cucinato al momento.

Stanza minuscola, finestra che non si apre del tutto e c'era piuttosto caldo, tanta polvere sul ventilatore da non poterla usare.

De hecho veníamos de un hotel terrible, donde nos picaron chinches y la humedad era terrible. Esa primera noche y experiencia iba a estropear las vacaciones pero nos cambiamos de hotel y al llegar al Alexandra, el recepcionista Nur, fue comprensivo y muy amable. Literalmente salvaron las vacaciones.

L'alloggio era pessimo. Innanzitutto, la stanza non era assolutamente come mostrata dalle fotografie. Mi trovavo all'ultimo piano dell'hotel, con una parete che era in pendenza e sotto cui era posizionato il letto: per dormire ho dovuto spostare il letto perché altrimenti non ci sarei stato, ma in questo modo ho dovuto mettere il letto davanti alla porta del bagno, che era quindi ostruita. Spostando il letto ho notato polvere e una foglia, per cui la pulizia non era sicuramente stata ben eseguita. Il ventilatore era pieno di polvere. Sono sceso alla reception chiedendo se qualcuno potesse venire a pulirlo perché, considerando comunque il periodo estivo e la scarsa ventilazione della camera, l'avrei sicuramente usato, tuttavia mi è stato comunicato che prima del giorno successivo non sarebbe venuto nessuno, per cui l'ho pulito per conto mio. In ultimo, aprendo l'armadio per posizionare i miei vestiti ho trovato una nocciolina, a sostegno della scarsa pulizia eseguita. Ho provato a chiedere un rimborso tramite Booking di una parte delle spese sostenuto, considerando la poca attenzione e la diversità della camera, ma non ho ricevuto riscontro.

Може комусь це подобається, але ми любимо багато світла і вид з вікна на місто. Тому на ресепції ми попростли інший номер і нас переселили на один поверх вище. В номері було чисто, прибирання щодня. Ліжка дуже зручні.

Phon ventilatore showrgel in doccia, sapone sul lavandino, colazione buona e una posizione ottima tra tesco metro e 1000 ristoranti e fastfood in una zona sicura. Staff carinissimo! Consigliatissimo!!! Sono stata 3 giorni,benissimo!!!
Se proprio vogliamo trovare qualche difetto: Il wifi non funzionava e l'ascensore era guasto da giorni ed è rimasto guasto (al 4 piano con valige è stata tosta) ma inconvenienti trascurabili

The room was dirty and not seem like what shown when I booked. The fan was full of dust and when I ask to clean it, they told me that nobody would have cleaned it until the next day, so I did it by myself.

Ma chambre était située sous les toits par temps de canicule. Elle était équipée d'un ventilateur accroché au mur qui ne pouvait pas être orienté correctement pour être véritablement efficace. L'accueil n'a vraiment pas été chaleureux.

Rooms were very hot with only a fan. Had to have window open, but no screen/ guard on window. Breakfast.. yoghurt was hot, not in a fridge or on ice. We only had breakfast the first morning and went out for breakfast after that.

Personnel peu souriant et avenant. Petit déjeuner buffet mais pas de vitrine réfrigérée pour le fromage, le jambon et les yaourts, bonjour le respect de la chaîne du froid.Pas de fruits sauf dans les yaourts. Assez bruyant, chambre donnant sur une route passante et pas de double vitrage ou de volets pour isoler du bruit. Qui a eu l'idée de mettre le lavabo aussi bas?

Habitaciones muy pequeñas y baños todavía más pequeños. Fallaba la cisterna y costaba cerrar bien la mampara de la ducha. Desayuno muy poco variado y situado en un sótano con poco espacio para poder coger las cosas.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026location; the staff provided us with an iron free of charge, and we were told that we could use a microwave in the kitchen if needed, although we did not use it.
The room was on the 5th floor, and unfortunately the lift was broken during our stay. We asked if we could be moved to a lower floor, but we were told that no other rooms were available. My 60-year-old mother has difficulty climbing stairs, so this was particularly inconvenient. The room itself was quite stuffy, with a noisy ventilator. Opening the window helped with the fresh air, but the traffic noise from the cars was too loud to leave it open during the night. For £75 per night, I was also disappointed that there was no mini-fridge in the room. Breakfast was okay, but the selection was quite unhealthy. There were sugary yoghurts and cereals, and the croissants tasted more like cheap, processed pastries. There was also no fresh fruit or vegetables/salad available. Overall, the stay was disappointing, particularly considering the price and the difficulties caused by the broken lift.

We were in the building opposite which for myself travelling with my daughter felt a bit isolated and also having an issue with stairs we were on the top floor which was a bit of an issue but we made it work. Will just request a lower floor next time

We were in a room.near the top of the number 10 building. The stairs were a little tiring and the room a little warmer than lower rooms. The room fan was effective enough though.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La posizione è ottima, Paddington è una zona piacevole e tranquilla, ben collegata con cinque linee di metro e varie linee di bus, nella stessa via si trovano vari tipi di locali per mangiare dal fish and chips al pub allo steak house. Ottimi i prezzi delle bibite in hotel, 1.50 £ per acqua minerale o bibite in lattina, per le quali accettano solo contanti.
Non mi aspettavo molto ma la mancanza di aria condizionata si è fatta sentire, c'è un ventilatore ma ho avuto caldo lo stesso. Staff gentile in linea di massima a parte uno che non ti guarda nemmeno in faccia. Stanza piccola, sufficiente per me ma senza armadio, solo appendini.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Очень сильно повезло с выбором данного отеля останавливались в нём на пять дней с мамой, супер удобно добираться от аэропорта до отеля ,ходят шатлы National Express прям до остановки Паддингтон Railway Station, отель находится рядом с вокзалом Паддингтон и рядом с метро, чистый приятный в атмосфере Англии отель, номер был небольшим, но нам было уютно и приятно в нём находится, каждый день убирают, завтраки были вкусные, будьте готовы к тому что завтраки будут одинаковые, мы были летом кондиционеров нет работают ветродуи, ночью ветродуй выключали и открывали на максимум окно, рядом парки, приятные пабы в которых можно сидеть до ночи, в общем очень сильно рекомендую, данный отель оставил нам приятное впечатление и хочется вернуться! Немаловажно моментом стоит добавить что на ресепшене всегда кто-то есть и может помочь решить любой ваш вопрос, а также там есть большой холодильник, в который можно оставить свою еду, всегда подскажут помогут, и не откажут
