Premier Inn London Waterloo - Lambeth Road

Only a 15 minute walk from Waterloo station so a good base to explore London. The staff were friendly & helpful and the rooms were clean. The meal deal was good value so enjoyed a 2 course meal in the evening and a cooked breakfast the next day. All in all a lovely stay.

Some of the nicest staff I have experienced, all were happy to help and welcoming. The rooms were lovely and quiet and beds super comfortable. A great location for exploring the Waterloo/Westminster area!

What a great location - we had a Premier Plus Room with the views - OMG they are amazing. Hotel very clean and tidy. All staff went out of their way to help you. You can not go wrong staying here. We used Uber from Kings Cross only about £25. From £15 into Covent Gardens area. Tubes near by too. Had breakfast only one day and it was great - very busy but got seated in prime time very quickly and easily and plenty of food available. Had a bottle of wine in the bar one night, good choice and very reasonable prices too. Will definitely be back next time in London.

I wanted a hotel after travelling to London for a concert. This hotel was perfect for my needs. It ticked every single box. All the staff were friendly and gave me a warm welcome. The room was warm and spacious. The view for the room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. I didn't have to get up once during my sleep. The breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked. Every single member of staff were welcoming, with a warm and friendly smile. I felt that they all went out of their way to ensure that my stay was perfect. It was. A huge thank you to the whole team there.

Great location, around 10 mins walk to the tube (Lambeth Road), but there are frequent busses into the centre of the city from just round the corner. Lovely staff, and everything still feels new. Excellent views.

Excellent location near transport links and restaurants, very clean, comfy beds, efficient check-in and friendly service. Next door to the Imperial War Museum.

Excellent, quiet location. Staff are so positive, polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is very good and well presented. Room was so quiet and very comfortable. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Nice hotel in great location - lovely area, nice bars and eateries. Great view of the city and watching the world go by. Happily stay here again.

We visited as a family had a amazing stay in a great location hotel was quite staff where all amazing all of them couldn't do enough to make sure the customer was happy excellent people skills especially with the kids keeping them entertained with various things to do Food was excellent especially the breakfast credit to the chef every part of the cooked breakfast was fresh enough and cooked perfect The two ladies and the two men running the bar and reception are very good at making the stay a pleasant one

We stayed over the weekend for 3 nights, all staff we have seen have been super friendly, it was simple and quick to check in, was explained they don’t clean rooms everyday now but if we wanted it we could have or just ask for more towels/tea coffee stuff, our room was 704, not the best view, but we haven’t come to London to look out of our window, very short walk to Lambeth North underground station and for a bit more of a walk you can be at local attractions ie parliament, London eye, London Bridge. We had breakfast and it’s a buffet style, the staff work hard to keep it all topped up and clean, plenty of hot food available, we did also do a meal deal for 1 night, £21 for 2 course a drink and your breakfast the next day is a bargain to be had. To be fair there isn’t much choice on the limited menu however there is something, and if you want your breakfast at 10.99 you’re basically paying a tenner for 2 courses and a drink. It really is a good money saver if you need it to be. Thanks again to all staff! We will stay here again!

The hotel is well located, clean and the staff are very pleasant. Hearty breakfast included and the option of half-board for dinner is very convenient (especially with children!).

Good hotel and quite close to Lambeth North tube so easy access to London. Rooms decent but shower fell apart in my hands. Staff were really good and attentive. Mush and his co-worker were excellent. Food was good value and very decent considering it’s not a proper restaurant. Would I use it again?? Definitely.

Two nights in this really central site, family room (810) . The room is perfect for our stay, clean and a great view of the night cityscape, comfy beds, this is based upon visits to other premier inns across the UK this is definitely the most comfy, slept like a log, second night ate evening meal in the restaurant which for the area was very competitive and perfectly acceptable though we would've liked a little more selection but what we had was good fayre, the two young men running the restaurant and reception were very attentive and super pleasant. Breakfast was standard PI fayre, the breakfast room is snug for the number of people using it at times and the staff work incredibly hard to get everyone through in a timely manner, hats off to them! In the room we'd have liked a few more milk pots (think this is a complaint across all hotels not just PI).

I recently stayed at this hotel whilst working in the area. From the minute I entered the hotel, the staff where extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention goes to Aika, Tonima and Mish who looked after me all week. I should also mention the Breakfast staff whose names escape me. The food was excellent and always hot and a great choice. The rooms are quiet and really clean as is the restofthehotel. I stayed in another Premier Inn the month before and this experience was so much better. I am back here next month for work and am already looking forward 2 it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Having never stayed at a Premier Inn before, I was very pleasantly surprised. The Lambeth Rd hotel is fairly new, the rooms were nice, the bed was super comfortable & the staff were lovely. We ate in the restaurant at night for dinner, it was great value and the food was really tasty. The breakfast was also great value particularly because we were a big family group with children. The selection was adequate and everything seemed fresh and tasty. The coffee was okay too. I would definitely stay there again.

Personal amable y habitación y zonas comunes muy limpias. El buffet no muy variado pero estaba todo muy bueno.

Vi provade bara frukosten första dagen. Den var inte bra, istället valde vi att äta på Pret A Manger ca 5 min bort. Det funkade bra.

El cuarto muy amplio y comodo, el desayuno extraordinario y alternativas de cena muy ricas. Todo de primer nivel, personal muy amable, sin duda volveria!

Das Hotel war super. Das Hotel ist nagelneu und so sieht es auch aus. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Keine Mängel oder sonstiges vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist typisch englisch (Brötchen, Wurst und Käse braucht man hier nicht erwarten) und recht günstig, wenn man den megadeal nutzt. Die Lage vom Hotel ist optimal. Die Tube ist fußläufig 5 min. entfernt und direkt vorm Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Es gab nur einen Kritikpunkt. Ab Tag zwei war nur noch ein Fahrstuhl von dreien benutzbar. Somit hatte man wirklich lange Wartezeiten grad zu den Frühstückszeiten. In den unteren Etagen kann man zwar dann die Treppe nehmen aber in den 8. oder 9. Stock laufen grad ältere Gäste und kleine Kinder eher nicht.

Great location in London. After we checked out, the hotel could store our luggages for free till 5 pm. Recommend!

I missed having a small fridge , a microwave or annice machine. They gave me ice at the reception though.

The staff were very nice. I had a very positive experience overall and would definitely come back again. The location is very good and walking distance to London eye.

Primera vez en Londres, requeríamos un lugar limpio, cómodo y asequible, y este hotel lo cumple. Nos sentimos muy a gusto con las habitaciones y con el restaurante donde tomábamos los desayunos, y cenamos una noche. Sin duda es un muy buen lugar para empezar a conocer la ciudad.

Room is neat and clean but the air conditioner is poor and water pressure is very low for showers. No amenities.
