The location was nice and convenient for getting to the train station. The room was spacious enough. The visit was during the heat wave, and they placed flavored water in the lobby for the guests; that was nice.

The room was not clean. The hotel was a mess; the staff was short-tempered and barely polite. I understand that I visited there during a very busy week and during a heat wave, but I would expect some sort standards.

Lovely, central stay in London Waterloo. Decent breakfast options although Full English buffet was missing the tomatos.

The bed was kind of uncomfortable. Probably personal preference of a harder mattress but also mattress was used quite a bit and saggy.

Room was beautiful and beds very comfortable. Staff were attentive and with the stifling heat outside they were very accommodating with filling our bottle with ice and water. Breakfast was very nice with a wide range of choices. Staff were very helpful and courteous at all times. Would stay again but not in July or August.

location was good, the breakfast and an evening meal in the grill were excellent. the staff were really good, polite, helpful and skilled.

the room decor was a bit faded and bland and the curtains were awkward, the pull rods not very efficient and the lace curtains needed replacing .

Was great to be in a hotel complex. Onsite breakfast was a huge time saver. Easy access to major sites with most being no more than a 2klm walk…as well as easy access to waterloo station for days when we didnt feel like walking. Great value for money. Clean.

Minor issue with room temperature overnight…we raised it in the morning and it was promptly rectified.

The staff was very helpful when our first room had a broken A/C unit. They sent maintenance to our room immediately with a room fan and when they realized there was a major repair needed doing they immediately placed us in a new room. The staff was compassionate and very kind.

The first room we got the A/C was broken, but it was quickly remedies.

The bathroom door was heavy and difficult to slide shut.

Good value for the price compared to other hotels. Decent-sized room. Great view from the room. Convenient location.

The front desk staff were very rude and hostile, which made the overall experience unpleasant. The breakfast was the same every day, with very little variety. It would have been nice to have different options during our stay. The bed kept making loud noises every time I moved, which was uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep properly.

The location was incredible, only few steps from Waterloo train station to the hotel and also really close to the london eye. The view from our room was incredible, we were able to see the London eye in the night.

The room was really small and as we were 3, the 3rd person had a sofa bed so we didn't even have room for the luggage. Also the pillows were not comfortable but the location was incredible and we were so tired that at the end it didn't matter.

Being rushed over breakfast. Having to make special request for non slip mat for your very slippery shower. This is a H and S issue and should be in the bathrooms as a matter of course

The location is almost central, so everything you need is nearby. All London attractions are within walking distance—30 to 40 minutes maximum. The room was quite clean, and there was even an iron and ironing board, but there were no slippers. The staff was very helpful and responded promptly, even at night.

Breakfast is excellent. Great Location close to Waterloo tube station. Shops close by for eg sandwiches etc.

Hotel gave complimentary upgrade for my Daughters wedding day. All arrangement was excellent and very much professional...Daughter enjoyed her stay very much..

- czysty pokój, - pokój gotowy przed standardowym czasem zameldowania, - uprzejma, nienarzucająca się obsługa, - blisko centrum - po wymeldowaniu zaproponowano nam przetrzymanie bagażu do czasu odlotu; nie skorzystaliśmy, ale bardzo miło, że o tym pomyślano, - bezglutenowy chleb dostępny podczas śniadania, - wygodne łóżko.

- telewizor nie działał, kilka razy trzeba było zgłaszać, ale w ostateczności wymieniono na inny, - brak możliwości otwarcia okna - klimatyzacja musi być ciągle włączona, by był dostęp do powietrza, - mało wieszaków na ręczniki, nie ma ich gdzie odwieszać, co powoduje, że codzienna ich wymiana staje się koniecznością, bo nie schną.

It was OK. Breakfast was decent (both sweet and salty options). OK location in central London with decent public transport options nearby - going to main tourist attractions is a bit of a stretch on foot, but possible with decent physical shape and reasonable weather.

The price in the London context is a bit above average, in my opinion. There was no fridge in the hotel room (instead of a minibar, there is a stand with snacks and drinks operated by a different company at the reception. The vouchers given to us for skipping a day of cleaning turned out can not be used in that snack stand, as it is operated by a different company, apparently, and this was not well communicated on these vouchers.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση στις μετακινήσεις και στα βασικά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος του Λονδίνου. Παρότι πρόκειται για μεγάλο ξενοδοχείο, το δωμάτιό μας ήταν εντυπωσιακά ήσυχο και απολαύσαμε πραγματική ηρεμία, χωρίς καμία ενόχληση κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό και ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα όταν ζητήσαμε επιπλέον σεντόνια, ώστε να μπορέσει ο ένας από εμάς να χρησιμοποιήσει τον καναπέ αντί για το διπλό κρεβάτι. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, με αρκετές επιλογές και καλή ποιότητα. Πολύ πρακτικές επίσης οι πρόσθετες παροχές στο ισόγειο, όπως η δυνατότητα εύκολης κλήσης Uber, οι επιλογές φαγητού και το mini shop με νερά, σνακ και είδη πρώτης ανάγκης. Λίγη περισσότερη ποικιλία, ιδιαίτερα στα ζεστά πιάτα, θα βελτίωνε σημαντικά την εμπειρία των επισκεπτών που μένουν αρκετές ημέρες. Επίσης, το προσωπικό στον χώρο του πρωινού έδινε την εντύπωση ότι βρισκόταν σε διαρκή πίεση να αδειάζει και να καθαρίζει τα τραπέζια πολύ γρήγορα, ακόμη και σε στιγμές που δεν φαινόταν να υπάρχει ιδιαίτερος λόγος ή αυξημένη αναμονή. Αυτό δημιουργούσε κάποιες φορές μια αίσθηση βιασύνης, σε έναν χώρο όπου ο επισκέπτης θα περίμενε να απολαμβάνει το πρωινό του με περισσότερη χαλαρότητα.

La fenêtre qui donne directement sur un mur !!! J'avais choisi de payer plus cher un hôtel avec une fenêtre ( beaucoup d'options sans fenêtre à Londres). Aucune lumière dans la chambre, très angoissant.Ils proposent des fenêtres avec vue, je pensais qu'ils proposaient une " belle vue" sur la ville, non juste pour voir dehors apparemment....

Location is good, walking distance to the train station. It is on the quieter end of the road. The bus stop is right in front of hotel.

Great location and value

Excelent location in a fairly residential area (and hence quiet at night), and yet just 10-20 minutes on foot to many major sites (Westminster, London Eye, Borough Market, etc.). Good selection of quality restaurants even closer - 5-7 min walk. Several bus lines run through that can take you to further places without changing the bus (e.g. Train Stations). Decent size rooms, generous breakfast, clean facilities, responsive staff. Pricing is very good for what you get. Would happily stay again

Digital key card was a breeze, room was clean and location was perfect for our visit to Royal Festival Hall, close to Waterloo station. Breakfast included was good but standard large hotel offering. Minor critisism that the bed was incredibly creaky and only one tea bag!

I liked the room size and the convenient location of the hotel to buses and trains. Felt safe to walk at night as well.

Good location, the room was relatively clean, beds are comfortable.

Lazy staff, lobby is not clean, hall was smelly, food is the same every day, food selection is limited, restaurant is not clean, drinks machine is very dirty, taking a meal is chaotic, staff in a restaurant is not well organized, room has no fridge, windows can't be opened, curtains were dirty.

Staff were great, room and breakfast was great, view of the london eye was great and the general location was great.

A limpeza deixa a desejar pois fiquei 6 noites hospadado e percebi que não passaram o aspirador de pó nenhuma vez. Eu reservei nio booking.com com duas camas no quearto e me deram um quarto com apenas uma cama, Reclamei na rfecepção e em disseram que o hotal estav lotada e não dava para mudar. A Internet é muito instável. O banheiro não tem cortina e alaga todo o banheiro. O ar condicionado as vezes desliga de madrugada e o quarto fica quente.

Die Lage, Zimmer und Frühstück waren top. Sensationeller Stadtblick.

Etwas teuer. aber lohnt sich.
