Everything is new inside looks very nice and comfortable

The only issue I had is that they do not come to clean or take out the trash. They advertise themselves as apartment hotel, hotel means there is a cleaning staff. To be honest, I thought I am booking a regular apartment, but even so when I usually do this, at least there is some stuff for cleaning left there so I usually tidy around myself. In this place there were none cleaning products and also there were not even additional trash bags so when you take out the trash you put a new one. It is impossible to stay for more than 3 days.

Fehlendes Reinigungsmaterial (Besen, Putztücher und Putzmittel) Kein Wasserkocher und Toaster. Hohe Parkgebühren. Klimaanlage kühlte nicht.

Zeer schoon appartement waar alles nieuw is. Hierdoor wat dingen die nog onduidelijk zijn. Hoop dat het zo blijft.

The place was very clean, spacious and comfortable, there were a few stores close by, a bus station to go to the city centre, overall very good !

L’appartement était propre dans l’ensemble et le prix était abordable. Je vous conseille également de demander aux femmes de ménage de bien tirer les lits afin d’aspirer en dessous. J’étais dans la chambre 4, appartement 408, et il y avait énormément de poussière sous le lit. Étant moi-même dans le métier, je pense que ce point est important, car l’accumulation de poussière peut favoriser les allergies et autres problèmes. La qualité des équipements de la salle de bain et des toilettes était également moyenne. À part ces points, tout s’est bien passé et le rapport qualité-prix reste correct.

En revanche, la literie n’était vraiment pas confortable. Les matelas à mémoire de forme ne me convenaient pas du tout et j’ai passé deux nuits très difficiles.

Todo estaba perfecto, limpio, cómodo y con todas las necesidades para estar una semana. Ashley fue un encanto.

Vše se nám líbilo, ubytování bylo hezké, čisté a moderní. Nejvíce se nám líbila kuchyně. Lokalita byla příjemná, bezpečná a obchody byly blízko.

Personnel très réactif, explications au top ! Logement très propre et lit vraiment confortable. La douche est spacieuse. Franchement, je recommande vraiment !

L'emplacement en soi est un peu loin du centre. Il manquait peut-être une bouilloire (possible de chauffer l'eau avec la plaque de cuisson quand même).

Que dire de plus que : super établissement, tout est neuf, personnel dispo, à l'écoute et très sympathique , avec une surprise : climatisation disponible (je ne me souviens pas de l'avoir vu dans la prestation proposée sur booking et il faisait très chaud sur Bruxelles) buanderie dispo également, nous circulons uniquement en transport en commun, arrêt de bus (Carene) à 2 mn, et énorme offre de bus (compter 40 mn environ pour Bruxelles centre). Rapport qualité/prix ++++

On ne peut pas dire grand chose voir rien du tout à ce niveau, peut-être juste une bricole ou deux : dans les accessoires de cuisine une bouilloire serait éventuellement utile (les plaques induction font le job de toute façon) et une passoire (pour les pates bien sûr lol) mais bon c'est bien parce qu'il fallait écrire quelque chose dans cette case

Appartamento nuovo, spazioso, curato, pulito, veramente eccellente. Zona molto tranquilla, a circa 150 mt c'é la fermata dell'autobus, in 20 max 30 minuti sei in centro. A 500 mt c'é un supermercato molto rifornito. Personale molto gentile.

Suggerimenti: un appendino in più in bagno per gli asciugamani, una gestione più chiara ed efficiente della pattumiera per chi soggiorna per molti giorni.

La modernidad, tranquilidad, calidad del apartamento. No le faltaba de nada, ni en la cocina ni en el baño, ni ningún pero a la cama.

Al no poder aparcar en la calle porque es toda la zona de pago, el parking creo que era caro a 25€ el día y me busqué la vida en otro parking en la misma calle a mitad de ese precio

We had a very pleasant stay. The studio was modern, clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The location was excellent — easy to reach the city centre by local bus and less than a 10-minute drive by car. We felt the private parking charges are bit costly though. There is no staffed reception, but this was not an issue at all. Everything was handled smoothly through WhatsApp, and the staff were very friendly, responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, great service, a convenient location and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

The staff just walk into the rooms. They don’t wait for you to open the door which I found an invasion of privacy.

La struttura è molto nuova

Fino ad oggi non ho ricevuto il rimborso della cauzione di 250 €, in passato in altre strutture l'ho ricevuto in giornata. Una notte alle 3,30 è suonato l'allarme per parecchi minuti in tutta la struttura, ma non era successo nulla.

The part of the building where I stayed was more like an Airbnb-style accommodation, with no reception or on-site service available (although I understand there was a reception in the other part of the building). The room itself is a big studio incl. kitchen - very modern and clean. All essential kitchenware, including dishes, cutlery and basic cooking utensils, was available in the cupboards. The support team reacted immediately after I reported an issue, and communication via WhatsApp was very good and efficient.

On the day of arrival, I was informed about issues with the air conditioning, which was not working during the first few days of my stay. My apartment was located on one of the top floors, where the high temperatures during the heatwave were clearly noticeable indoors. When keeping the windows open at night, traffic noise from the nearby motorway was clearly audible and could make it difficult to fall asleep. Light-sleepers may want to consider bringing earplugs.

The price is very good for such quality. The room was also very modern and cosy.

At the first day the climate control didn’t work. But this problem was fixed fast, so the total experience was still good

The hotel is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The stuff was very polite and helped us during the stay. The room is also good and comfortable. I liked contactless check in and access to the building and the room.

There was no kettle at the room which was a bit inconvenient (we boiled the water in a pot). Also keep in mind that you need to pay 250€ deposit before the check in. It was returned the next day after out departure.

It was close to the bus and the interior felt very fresh and modern! There are also many restaurants close by which is great. Thank you to Ashley who helped us a lot during our stay :)

Przede wszystkim stosunek jakości do ceny. Cana 50% nizsza niz obiekty podobnej klasy w centrum. Zupelnie nowy apartamentowiec. Duzo miejsca, wygodne lozko. Cichutka lokalizacja, sklepy spozywcze i przystanek autobusowy w odleglosci krotkiego spaceru. Self check in. Bedziemy wracac.

Moze brak zmywarki, soli, pieprzu, czy herbaty. Ale to zupelnie nie rpzeszkadza. Tak jak pisalam, bedziemy wracac.

The property is quiet and clean the staff was an angel it’s easy to go to the city center just take the bus #21 (direction luxembourg) Then get off at the stop maalbeek the stop is infront of the subway and just few stops to the center I recommend this appartment stay and also near the airport just take bus 21 to maes and get off stop geneve to take bus 12 and the last stop is the airport so convenient i was so happy we saved a lot of money since taxi and uber is super expensive

Could have at least left some bottled water, milk, 2 eggs, half a loaf of bread, and some butter. Leave out extra trash bags and a broom with dustpan. Write out instructions on where to find nearest supermarket and to operate appliances

There could have been a shower curtain in the bathroom, but that is just a recommendation more than a complaint :)

Το κατάλυμα είναι πάρα πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Εχει ωραία αισθητική και γενικά νιώθεις πολύ άνετα στο δωμάτιο. Δεν είχε καθόλου φασαρία. Επίσης , επαγγελματική η επικοινωνία του προσωπικού. Στάση λεωφορείου και σουπερμάρκετ βρίσκονται πάρα πολύ κοντά.

Είναι αρκετά μακρυά απο το κέντρο των Βρυξελλών όμως έχει πολύ κοντά στάση λεωφορείου, η οποία εξυπηρετεί εξαιρετικά. Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι ότι το ψυγείο ήταν εντελώς άδειο ενώ θα μπορούσε πχ να έχει ένα μπουκάλι νερό και γενικά το διαμέρισμα έχει τα απολύτως απαραίτητα. Επίσης , τα μαξιλάρια ήταν αρκετά άβολα.

It’s lovely and clean. A very nice apartment.

The location isn’t great for a short stay. Even though the airport is further from the city center, it is faster to greet from one to the other. This property requires a bus ride and Metro and at least 30 minutes of travel to get to the city center. For a longer stay, that would be fine, because the property and neighborhood were lovely, but for a short stay it is inconvenient.

Było całkiem czysto i schludnie. Pokój był na prawde duży. Łóżko było wygodne. Duża szafa ubraniowa też super. Okolica przyjemna i dojazd do centrum czy do pociągu na prawde dobry. Tak żeby przyjechać na pare dni okej. Wifi działało też dobrze.

1. Z komunikacja z personelem było różnie. Przykładowo przez pierwsze dni pobytu nie działała klimatyzacja. Był ukrop na zewnątrz i prawie 40 stopni. Zgłosiłam to 2 krotnie. Pierwszego dnia nikt mi nie odpisał, a wiadomość była przeczytana ponieważ pisałam na WhatsApp więc było widać. Drugiego dnia przeczytałam, że klimatyzacja była ustawiona jeszcze na tryb wiosenny, a upał zaskoczył hotel. Troche to dziwne tłumaczenie bo 2 dni przed naszym przyjazdem już były takie temperatury w Brukseli oraz ostrzegano wcześniej przed tymi wysokimi temperaturami. 4 dnia pobytu w końcu zaczęła działać poprawnie. 2. W połowie pobytu nagle zmienione zostały kody do drzwi we wszystkich naszych pokojach i nikt nam ich nie podał. Musiałam sama się o nie dopytywać. 3. Zgłosiłam też problem, że w łazience nie gaśnie światło, odpisano mi czy może przyjść technik i naprawić napisałam, że nie ma nikogo w pokoju ale nie ma problemu żeby ktoś przyszedł.... Nikt nie przyszedł i światło tak się paliło do końca naszego pobytu. 4. Trochę nie rozumiem braku czajnika. Jest express na kapsułki, garnki, kuchenka i inne rzeczy, a nie ma czajnika. 5. W łazience jest 1 mały wieszak na ręczniki. W dwuosobowych pokojach przydałoby się więcej. Przynajmniej ze dwa, bo ręczniki musieliśmy wieszać na klamkach czy na drzwiczkach od szafki.

It was quite hot, i went during summer. The heat was unbearable and was offered a small desk fan only after almost pleading. if no airconditioner was provided, guests who request should at least be provided with standing fans. Apart from that every other thing met my expectation, the staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were modern and top notch

Das Zimmer und die Küche waren ok. Alles war in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Damen an der Rezeption, die sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam waren.

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was den Aufenthalt bei großer Hitze, insbesondere bei Temperaturen um die 40°C, sehr unangenehm macht. Zudem gibt es keinen Reinigungsservice für das Zimmer, keine Möglichkeit zur Selbstreinigung und keinen Wechsel der Handtücher während des Aufenthalts. Pflegeprodukte wie Shampoo, Duschgel, Conditioner und Bodylotion werden nur einmal und in sehr kleinen Mengen zur Verfügung gestellt. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, besonders bei Geschäftsreisen, ist das insgesamt eher unpraktisch und anstrengend. Außerdem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis meiner Meinung nach nicht.

Havalandırma yoktu, perdeler aşırı derecede pis ve tozluydu. Klimayı merkezden kapatmışlar ve Brükselde hava 33 derece olmasına rağmen 30 Haziranda devreye girecek dediler. Ayrica Fan gondereceklerdi göndermediler. Sıcaktan uyuyamadık.

Ganz neues, sehr modernes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartementhotel. Sehr sauber. Etwas entfernt vom Brüsseler Zentrum, aber mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen.

Ich war zweimal in diesem Appartementhotel und habe beide Male keine Rechnung erhalten, obwohl mir dies versprochen war. Bei meinem zweiten Aufenthalt ließ sich die Klimaanlage nicht regeln, was leider während meines Aufenthalts nicht behoben werden konnte.

Studio moderne, spacieux, propre. Il y avait du produit vaisselle et dans la salle de bain. Bonne literie, grand lit, grand espace de rangement. Excellent contact avec une personne par WhatsApp qui répondait rapidement à nos différentes demandes. Proche des commerces et des restaurants.

Il ne s'agit pas d'un appartement mais d'un studio vu qu'il n'y a pas de porte entre la chambre et la cuisine. Il manque une bouilloire, un porte serviette dans la salle de bain. La table pour manger est très petite même à 2 alors qu'il y aurait de l'espace pour en mettre une plus grande. Immeuble situé à côté du ring donc on entend les voitures la fenêtre ouverte. L'acompte a payé via un lien. Dommage d'envoyer toutes les infos en anglais (même s'il y a moyen de traduire). On reçoit un mode d'emploi pour la hotte, hors se serait plus judicieux d'avoir celui de la plaque de cuisson, des infos sur les poubelles.
