Ich bin Premier Inn Fan, kann ich jedem empfehlen und ab 17:00 Uhr ist die Happy Hours. Nach einem anstrengenden Städtetag zahlt man für die Getränke nur die Hälfte.

Het zetelbed voor de 3de persoon was verschrikkelijk. Is misschien goed voor een klein kind, maar niet voor een volwassen tiener.

Presque tout était parfait, chambre propre et silencieuse, confortable. Personnel au top (suite à l'oubli de mon chargeur, ils ont chargé mon téléphone pour moi).

La climatisation assez aléatoire mais fonctionnelle malgré tout. Produits très limités (un seul récipient pour gel douche + shampooing 2 en 1). Sinon, rien à signaler.

Insgesamt war ich mit dem Hotel wirklich zufrieden. Es ist modern eingerichtet und bietet einen guten Service, das Personal war zuvorkommend und alles wirkte gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren bequem und gut ausgestattet – genau das, was man von dieser Hotelkette erwartet. Ein besonderes Extra ist die Happy Hour von 17 bis 19 Uhr mit 50% Rabatt auf Getränke, was ich richtig praktisch fand, wenn man abends nicht mehr aus dem Hotel möchte und einfach ein kühles Bier genießen will. Auch die allgemeine Atmosphäre im Hotel hat mir gut gefallen, man fühlt sich schnell wohl.

Das Sofa-Bett in unserem Zimmer war etwas schmal und nicht besonders bequem. Die Lage ist zu Fuß etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt, was aber nicht weiter dramatisch ist. Das Frühstück war eher einfach – für diese Hotelkategorie das übliche Angebot, nichts Besonderes. Bei der Happy Hour kann es zudem etwas dauern, da derselbe Mitarbeiter Rezeption und Bar gleichzeitig betreut – bei mehreren Gästen gleichzeitig muss man also etwas Geduld haben. Was mir wirklich zu teuer erscheint, ist der Parkplatz mit 16 Euro pro Nacht; hier wäre ein Rabatt für Hotelgäste wünschenswert.

Underground parking on site, polite and knowledgable staff, exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds in very quiet rooms. The breakfast is also wonderful to set you up for the day. We have now stayed here 3 times whilst driving through Germany and highly recommend it.

Ideaal als tussenstop, kort bij de Autostrade. Prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed. Ontbijt perfect. Vriendelijk personeel.

Online check-in via de app lukte niet en je moet er meer tijd insteken dan gewoon aan de balie in te checken. De app is geen meerwaarde eerder een frustratie punt. Parking jammer genoeg niet inbegrepen.

Freundliches Personal, gute Erreichbarkeit, gutes Frühstück, tolle Ausstattung.

Sehr freundliches Personal und die Lage des Hotels war für uns optimal. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Frühstück war OK

Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden, wir hatten noch einige Haare von den Vormietern in unsere Dusche und auch die Teetassen mussten wir erst spülen. Leider hatten wir auch ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite im 1.Stock. Unser Fenster war in der gleichen Ebene wie das Außengelände, das ist soweit ok, jedoch lang vor unserem Fenster auf dem Nachbargrundstück, in Augenhöhe, sehr viel Schrott, dass war etwas unschön.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, wurde nur etwas zu langatmig aufgefüllt.

Eine zweite Kaffeemaschine für den Frühstücksraum wäre eine Überlegung wert. Tatsächlich muss man, wenn man Karlsruhe sehen möchte weit durch nicht schönes Gebiet gehen. Aber als Zwischenstopp oder für Geschäftsreisen absolut empfehlenswert. Angemerkt sei noch, dass das "Beistellbettchen" ein ausgeklapper Sessel war. Uns hat es nichts ausgmacht, da unser Baby bei uns geschlafen hat, aber es sei hier angemerkt.

Nette en hygiënische kamers. Douche was ook heel zuiver. Toilet zuiver. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Wij waren op terugreis uit Italië ( Riva del Garda ) en dit hotel lag dichtbij de snelweg en ook niet ver uit het centrum. Makkelijk bereikbaar en parkeerplaats onder het hotel ook makkelijk bereikbaar. Hotel ligt pal naast het hoofdstation van Karlsruhe, de ramen waren heel goed geïsoleerd. Airco aanwezig in de kamers. Meerdere keuzes uit kussens.

Het zijn details maar om wat te schrijven: als je het raam openzet hoor je de goederentreinen passeren.

Etwas kleines Zimmer, war aber noch OK

Jest to mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Kolejny raz przekonałem się że jest to najlepszy hotel w mieście. Szczególnie ważne dla mnie jest podejście personelu do potrzeb gości - tu było rewelacyjne i wkraczało poza normalnie ramy. Doskonała lokalizacja blisko dworca kolejowego. Wyborne śniadania i wygodne łóżko. Wszystko to sprawia że wrócę tu na pewno podczas kolejnej wizyty biznesowej w tym pięknym mieście zwanym Toskanią Północy ;-)

Zgrzeszyłbym gdybym na coś narzekał.

"We hebben hier één nacht geslapen en het was perfect. De kamer was heerlijk schoon en de badkamer zag er prachtig uit. Het ontbijt ’s ochtends was erg goed verzorgd. Daarnaast is de parkeergelegenheid uitstekend geregeld en loop je binnen een paar minuten naar een heel mooi winkelcentrum. Zeker een aanrader!"

Decent standard Premier Inn hotel, close to Karlsruhe station. Exactly what you'd expect from this chain. No complaints at all.

Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet!

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Es war alles sauber, Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage war für mich gut, zu später Stunde abends einchecken war auch easy, da Rezeption immer besetzt. Super Aufenthalt.

Gemakkelijk bereikbaar, dichtbij snelweg dus praktisch voor een reis naar Kroatië. Op wandelafstand waren er restaurants maar het hotel heeft zelf ook een bar en mogelijkheid tot eten. Goed ontbijt, voldoende gevarieerd.

De slaapzetel voor onze dochter van 12, ik had een bed verwacht volgens de omschrijving en ze vond het niet zo comfortabel liggen.

Very clean family room & staff were welcoming. Great value for money. Breakfast was good. Close to the zoo which we visited. We parked in the train station opposite. We found it handy that they have a grab and go self service station offering drinks & snacks.

Eu estive 3 vezes neste hotel nos últimos 12 meses. Todas as vezes foi bom. Quarto supor confortável, bom chuveiro, ar condicionado de qualidade, tudo limpo, bom preço, boa localização.

Não saberia dizer os pontos negativos. Para mim, atendeu todas as vezes.

Prijs kwaliteit erg goed. Ontbijt heel goed! Veel vlekken op vloerbedekking en niet helemaal goed gestofzuigd, verder zag het er wel schoon uit; badkamer, bureau, nachtkastje enz. Fijn ook een waterkoker aanwezig. Airco/ luchtbehandeling. Verduisterende gordijnen. Inchecken makkelijk. Parkeren tegenover hotel voor 7,50 euro op het station. Gunstige locatie: vlakbij snelweg, vlakbij centrum/ dierentuin.

Vorig jaar hebben we ook in dit hotel verbleven. Deze keer zaten er allerlei vlekken in de vloerbedekking en was er niet heel goed gestofzuigd; onder de bedden lagen nog snoepjes van de vorige gasten. Prijs in het winkeltje erg hoog, maar je kunt ook stukje lopen en elders goedkoper halen. Bij ontbijt wordt er goed aangevuld en schoongemaakt. Hopelijk kunnen we in de toekomst aan het personeel zien dat ze er meer zin in hebben.

Gutes Hotel für Stadttouren

Prima, grote kamers. Goed ontbijt. Kinderen mochten gratis ontbijten (bij 1 betalende volwassene- 2 kinderen .

Warm op de kamer, maar ramen open was ook niet echt een optie. Er reden steeds treinen langs. Wij hadden 2x een 4 persoons familiekamer. Bedden waren oké, wel vrij zacht.

Gute Lage für eine Durchreise durch die Nähe an die Autobahn, Parkplatz gegenüber ganz unkompliziert. Zimmer war sehr sauber, Frühstück war auch alles da, was man wollte.

Freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofes.

Very convenient hotel to visit Hull. Very close to all the sites. Good parking and nice views. Staff are very helpful. Would stay again.

Stayed for two nights from the 28th to 30th pre paid for breakfast and eat at the beefeater restaurant connecting to the hotel staff were amazing especially Darcy in the restaurant and joe on reception highly recommended will definitely stay over there again

breakfast was lovely , great choice of food. Could have what you wanted … and kids eat free. We was made welcome by Ray and nothing was too much for him , he really was genuine and kind to us. We had a lovely breakfast over looking the water and canal boats. lots of coffee choice and fresh yoghurt,fruit and pastry’s thankyou to mario for been very generous and kind to us. We will definitely be back ! a super duo these 2. These are staff that are excellent at hospitality and a credit to to the hotel.

From start to finish the experience was brilliant,top hotel in Huddersfield and a perfect breakfast with high standards and very high standard of customer service,just want to mention Ray who welcomed us in where we had breakfast was top notch he was really friendly and very welcoming.Ray is a credit to your establishment and next year we will be staying here again.

The 5* rating is simply based on customer service. Place needs a good refurb, and the restaurant menu needs an overhaul with limited options and not the best tasting food, but service good. Big shout out to Jordan on reception who is down to earth and really goes out of his way to help you! I had issues with my room on several occasions and each time he was quick to help and nothing too much trouble. He’s a real star! Cheers pal! Also a mention about the other staff - they are attentive and friendly and the majority greet you with a smile on their face. Especially the young lad serving breakfast. Top notch.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the manager called Ian. Would never visit again after witnessing him throwing out a pensioner after she had paid for the whole weekend. And she checked she was allowed her service animal with her otherwise she wouldn't have booked. Absolutely disgusting and heartless. I will never use a premier inn again

Used to be great here, sadly now very poor and cannot recommend. Curt, disinterested staff (they used to be great here), sub-Premier-Inn-standard room. Cigarette hole burns in curtains, mould and filthy floored bathroom with disintegrating mirror and chipped bath. Appallingly bad tiny and tinny TV. Very below-par breakfast, dried up baked beans, rubbery eggs, soapy-tasting sausages, only half decent coffee nearly saved the day. £7 to park per night when it used to be free (didn't see any mention of a parking fee when we made the reservation). All in, a very poor show. Won't be staying here again. Avoid!

Room was very hot to say it was October big black stain on side couch god knows what it was but the room was clean otherwise the reason for my one star review was the woman on reception called Lauren she was very rude and miserable in the morning made me feel like I was an inconvenience with it being the morning shift maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed very unprofessional

Poorly maintained. Air of depression. Simply avoid until it’s had a refurbishment or deep clean. Lift out of service. Curtains burnt and broken. Bathroom grime ridden. Location good for city and The Deep. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast fair. Even so, the condition of the rooms is SO poor they can’t improve the rating. It’s truly awful for a premier inn. The staff deserve a proper asset to work in, not this.

Hotel was good, beds are not as comfortable as they advertise,Staff were very friendly and polite all of them, Paige who served us was a nice girl. A shame about the food. Breakfast was not that great plates were cold .evening meal was a big let down,I had burger which was not very hot ,served on cold plates my wife had chicken it was tough as old boots. Give meals a miss here.

Ray - Jordan - David. Truly a credit to the hotel and restaurant and all legends in their own way. While the building seems in desperate need of a refurb - the staff make up for it and the building is still adequate. After informing Ray about a small issue in my room - he was right on it! Arranging the remediation immediately and having the issue solved before I had returned! Legend. Some of these trips get a bit dull on an evening - Jordan is the remedy! Down to earth, chatty, kind, and helpful. An absolute credit to this hotel and a perfect host. And then genuine passion - David appears to really love his job and it shows in the quality of service and dedication to helping out across the board. Your effort doesn't go unnoticed. Expectations are never super high at a Premier Inn but the staff here make all the difference and create a genuinely nice atmosphere after a long day! Props to the hotel manager for having such a great team and for the overall quality of my stay! Hopefully I'll be back soon! **more draught options would be great**

Lovely helpful reception staff, lots of on-side parking, it was great for our overnight stay. Plus the bonus of the retail park.

Grant the manager was brilliant in helping us with storing of our bicycles both safely and securely. travelling as a family of 4 with bikes can be a challenge as not many places offer secure storage but this occasion was brilliant. Thank you Grant.

My partner & I stayed here for a night. The room was lovely, clean & tidy, tea & coffee, very comfortable bed & a nice bath & shower. When we first checked in on Sunday 2nd November evening the guy on the desk was friendly, polite & helpful (didn’t get his name). The following morning we had breakfast fruit, cereal, tea, coffee & full English which was delicious 😋 the 2 waiters Ray & Mario were so friendly, polite & helpful, nothing was too much trouble for either of them 😊

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and well kept and although we didn't eat in this time we have before and it was always delicious and hot out of the kitchen.

Stayed here a few times when visiting family. Good location, friendly staff. I love having the views of the Humber Bridge when I get those rooms! Parking available which is handy.

Worse hotel I've stayed in the rooms are basic and not very clean, some of lights didn't work. The heating didn't work so we had to use a plugin radiator which did nothing unless you was next to it. The fan for the heating kept making a strange noise through the night waking me up afew times. The TV was just rested on a shelf thought it was going to fall off. The bathroom was the worse part, the toilet seat has not been cleaned from last guest it had brown stains on, I had to clean it and you don't go away spend £145 to be cleaning. The shower was the worse part, taps full of soap scum and lime scale. The sink taps were the same. They had a soap bottle next to sink and 1 in shower that was full of soap scum at top clearly not cleaned and that was it no complimentary shampoo etc. also no cup next to sink for rinsing teeth, only shelf in there was bang above the toilet (I don't like keeping my toothbrush next to toilet). The toilet paper was cheap thin stuff that's comes out 1 square at a time. We paid for breakfast that wasn't worth the price. All breakfast was self server which was fine bit the cooked breakfast was warm not hot and the continental breakfast was all shop bought pastries and cold and slightly stale, the fruits were afew berries and dry orange piece's, the bananas were all brown. The coffee machines had good selection but was warm so couldn't drink it. Aviod the bar if you don't want to be ill, my husband and a pint of Carling and he said it tasted funny, thought it was just that one so he had a pint of cruzcampo and he said that's tasted worse as of the pipes had been cleaned out for a while, that night he was up being sick ( wasn't anything he ate cause we had the same and I was fine I had bottle of j2o) so that just ruined our 1 night we get away from the children. The rooms are nothing like pictures but beds are comfy The only positive about this hotel is the staff friendly and helpful.

Stayed here before which was why I did not hesitate to rebook, sadly this visit was a real disappointment. Family room with two mugs, 2 towels, fighting for a seat on the rooms only chair. The noise from surrounding rounds was unbearable. Went for breakfast yesterday and it was definitely not the usual unlimited breakfast you had to order by the item which took ages to arrive if we had know this I would have gone to the local supermarket and saved myself time and some money! Dinner the fish was soggy and greasy in fact it was inedible, falafel made with garden peas instead of chickpeas is just wrong! An expensive disappointment of a weekend not the usual premier inn experience!

We've stayed here a few times now as it's the perfect location for a trip to the deep and into the town and old town / musum quarter as well as only being a short walk to the marina! The staff have always been really friendly and welcoming and great with the kids. The breakfast is always plentiful and well cooked. The rooms are clean and comfy. Parking is 7 per night and on site so saves having to mess about looking for somewhere else as you can just leave your car and walk!
