Premier Inn London Croydon South - A212

It's my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. The beds the bedding, the pillows are extra comfortable that gives you a feeling like you are in heaven. Very hard to leave in the morning though hahaha. I will definitely come back when around.

Pulita e ordinata, ottima accoglienza

La moquette in stanza era macchiata…

Ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung.

Super netter Empfang, Betten sehr komfortabel.

Very friendly staff

Everything was fine

Nothing mini frigo in stanza e no possibilita di spegnere aris condizionata in stanza. La notte avevo il vento in faccia

Camera impeccabile, pulita e arredata in modo moderno e funzionale.

Rien

Very descent and comfortable hotel.

Bottle of water/beer 0.5 liter for 4 Euro is a bit crazy.

Goede bedden, schone kamers, uitstekend ontbijt

Location is easily reachable from the main train station and from the city center (a direct tram N9) I got a room on western side of the building, so, I had the sun only in the 2nd part of a day and could enjoy the normal temperatures in the room.

I was a little sad not to find the information about a breakfast price / opening hours and restaurant directly in the room even though I got it at the reception. Plus, in my room there was no refrigerator, which, I think, would be an adequate addition, specifically in summer. A small one would absolutely do. There is even a space for directly under the writing table in front of the bed.

We konden na veel moeilijk gedoe eindelijk de familiekamer krijgen.

Glutenvrij

The room is well designed. Comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom feels larger than it actually is. Water pressure is great.

Clean, modern, big shower, silent, kind staff

Schoon, netjes.

Geen eigen bediening van airco op kamer.

Personal und Service

Extra fee for a parking, a smallish parking.

Ottima colazione e pulizia .

Posizione

Position close to train station

1) Bed pillow very unconfortable. 2) Receptionists so so ... kindly limited 3) air conditioner not controllable during the night

alles sehr gut

Mooi nieuw hotel.

It's very quiet at night.

There were stains in more than one spot on the carpet in the room, and I have no idea what was spilled on it. There was also a foul odor in the bathroom. However, the staff refused to switch me to another room, citing that the hotel was fully booked—even though it wasn’t peak season that day. These issues were never resolved by the time I checked out, and I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Modernes Businesshotel.

Sauberkeit

Alles war tipptopp

Schone fijne kamer

Great stay at premier inn Darmstadt. Staff were welcoming. The rooms were spacious clean and definitely worth the money. Would stay again.

Ruhige Lage. Alles neu und sehr gepflegt. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Klimaanlage hält, was sie verspricht - kühlt richtig.

habitaciones grandes y desayuno bastante completo

El importe del parquing demasiado elevado.

erg goed

Good location and clean.

Keurig

Niks

Staff, cleaners and bed very comfortable

Nothing

Alles netjes

No parking

Bitte um zwei Einzelbetten wurde spontan umgesetzt.

Freundliches Personal-sauber, modern, unkompliziert

/

Excellent value for money

Not applicable

Clean, comfortable room with two chairs and excellent lighting. Hotel is only a short walk from the train station and Airliner bus to Frankfurt Airport.

More storage or shelf space in the room

Super Frühstück, tolle Betten , Super Klimaanlage

Nichts

Nette kamer

Freundliche Mitarbeitende, gute Lage, komfortable Betten, leckeres Frühstück

Da gibt es nichts

good parking, but Euro 16 charged. good breakfast, clean room, does the job for a 1night. we used it as a stop over so don't know about distances

the room was very very hot despite the Airconditioning. ONLY 1 towel provided for 4 of us, we had to ask for more!!!

Ontbijt was goed

Ganz sauber Sehr gut

Die Mitarbeiter sind nett Und sehr gut

Reception were so helpful to help an issue with my booking and accommodate another nights stay, really great. Great location on the outskirts of the town centre.

Excellent as always! We booked one of the accessibility/ reduced mobility rooms which was just what we needed. All of the staff were very helpful and kind, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Always very friendly staff. Ample free parking (rare these days) Tania In the breakfast room always very chirpy and friendly. I stay here just to see Tania's smiling face in the morning.

The hotel met and in a couple of areas exceeded our expectation. The reception we received was first class. The rooms and facilities are no less than one might expect of the brand. However, the location is not great if you want to leave the car parked up but hey there is a tram service not far away.

I used the grab and go service for the week I stay and got to say how pleasant and professional Tania was she remember what I had from day 1 she is a credit to the company

I was placed here due to house fire in Cwmbran the staff are outstanding very supportive and caring everyone is amazing friendly and helpful can’t do enough for u I couldn’t of done it without the staff at premier inn Cwmbran They are friendly outgoing always go out there way to help all amazing staff and can’t thank u enough I will defo stay here again going to miss all of them I would highly recommend if u in Cwmbran staying here as staff and rooms and location is amazing best ever hotel I stayed in The rooms are outstanding quality and clean and brilliant I can’t fault the place best place in Cwmbran to stay

We stayed one night, October 10th as we were going to a nearby wedding. The gentleman who checked us in and out the next day could not have been more helpful, friendly or professional. He was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome even though he was quite busy. We spent a very comfortable night in our spacious room and the next morning a lovely lady served us out breakfast. She was cheerful and very pleasant also. We will use Premier Inn again. Thank you.

Always Pleasant, approachable and friendly. Very well taken care of and understanding. Tanya and Emma and the rest of the staff are a credit to premier inn. Would highly recommend staying here in Cwmbran.

Very friendly staff, the lady behind the counter was very informative. The beds are extremely comfortable but the signal isnt great, not premier inn issue but mentioning it to say get the ultimate wifi

This is such a quiet and peaceful place with excellent rooms, 5-star cleanliness. Had the best breakfast roll ever😊. Friendly and available staff. The free wifi was abit slow up stairs if this can be checked

WiFi is shockingly bad

Freindly

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel. Wi-fi could be better. Useful to have mini cab availability. Rooms comfortable

Friendly staff and excellent service

Upon arrival at the hotel today, I was warmly welcomed by Tanya. Her exceptional service and positive demeanor made an immediate and favorable impression. Tanya's assistance with the iron and ironing board, while my hands were occupied, was greatly appreciated. She is a valuable asset to Premier Inn, and I commend her exemplary service.

Upon arrival in the car park, things looked promising. From the outside, the hotel looks modern and reception was clean and welcoming. That is where the positives end. The room STANK of damp as soon as we opened the door. Inspecting the room, we found the bathroom door to be swollen with moisture and damp patches all over the walls - including behind the sofa. The bed was way too high and difficult to get on to (I am a 5’6 woman so not exactly short), and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Thought about sleeping on the sofa but that was equally unpleasant. Even the shower wasn’t working right, with the controls wired in backwards, meaning you had to turn it to cold to warm up etc. We have had to wash all our clothes and our hair as soon as we arrived home, as the smell has lingered on them. Needless to say we will not be returning.

All the staff were amazing they all went above and beyond Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and welcoming , friendly

Perfect overnight stay. We only needed a bed and shower in a convenient location as attending a wedding nearby. Lovely staff, large spotlessly clean room (it looked recently refurbished) and comfortable beds. Hotel quiet and we weren’t disturbed by road noise despite room being at the front of the hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It restored my faith in the brand after a disastrous stay at a Premier Inn near Gatwick airport at the beginning of the summer.

This premier inn is well placed for Croydon and is easy to get to from the M25, the staff and helpful but not to overbearing. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very well presented.

Excellent breakfast, Charlotte was very welcoming and she checked on me to make sure all good. Top notch breakfast above all breakfasts I ever had. Great service

Stayed for 3 nights excellent service from reception team and housekeeper.Thank you for providing water bottles during our stay

Terrible room cleanliness Broken cabinets Leaking pipes Mold on the bathroom ceiling Dust Toes Stained carpets General dirt through out the room Shocking £200 for 2 nights disgusting. We have contacted premier inn about this and they have refused to acknowledge this and saying they are not interested . Photos don’t lie guys beware

The room was quite dirty, the shower screen was gunky and there was stains on the armchair. There was a duvet in a bin bag under the bed. The wifi didn't work in my room. It was the cheapest thing available and did have free parking, but for £180 for 2 nights (not including food mind you) i would have expected better.

Had a bit of a disaster and my booking didn’t go thru properly and I didn’t realise until we got to the hotel. Amy was so helpful, calm and a credit to premier inn. She sorted a room and made up the bed for our little one. Very helpful and welcoming

Very clean and tidy. We visited for comic con and it was a lovely place to rest between travelling as we travelled all the way from Southampton. We especially loved the little gift from Emma P, we've never had anything like that in a premier inn before so that really made our visit! The staff on reception were also friendly! We will be back!

By far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The WiFi does not work, if you are with O2 you can expect no phone reception whilst in the hotel. Room climate controls do not work, or do not exist and the windows have limited opening. Moreover, the TVs are not smart enabled, so no YouTube or apps available. Currently building works are being done and although this finishes at 17:00 every day, the noise does stop. The constant noise from all the builders outside slamming work van doors and sitting in the vehicles with music and engines running carry on until late at night. On a positive note, the staff here have been extremely supportive and welcoming. I can honestly say that I have witnessed firsthand the patience and professionalism far above the expectations of such a run down hotel, which otherwise would have made this an unbearable experience. Furthermore, I would like to highlight the lady at the front desk who was working the evening/ night shifts, I believe she needs recognition for her attitude and knowledge that exemplifies the best in hospitality. I honestly believe that due to the outstanding service and hospitality, this staff member has exhibited that she would not be out of place working in a 5 star hotel.

Wifi was utterly awful, I couldn't even watch a YouTube video without leaving the device to buffer for twenty minutes. Webpages would need to take minutes to load and my laptop barely even registered a signal. I get that Premier Inn are trying to push their "Ultimate Wifi" however it shouldn't come at the cost of a basic service that every hotel should offer within their room pricing. It was by far the worst wifi I have ever had at any hotel. The room was comfy enough but smelled really bad of damp. The window had been open before I went in and even after leaving the room for six hours it was still there when I got back. The staff though, we're lovely. Very personable and welcoming.
