The room was comfortable and very quiet. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was relatively close to the train station and there were a number of really nice places to eat.

Negotiating the trip on foot from the station was a bot of a problem. The paths were rough and there were a few "dodgy characters" around. This was not the fault of the establishment, however!

Tesis çok temizdi benim için öncelikliydi temizliği bu beni mutlu etti ve güleryüzlü personeldi.Otel şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde olsada 40 dakika bir yürümeniz gerekir ama otelin önünden kalkan 16 ve 17 numaralı tramvay her 5 dakikada bir vardı çok kolay bir ulaşım sağladı.Kahvaltı çeşiti azdı özellikle peynir çeşidi azdı fakat kahvaltıdan sorumlu olan bütün personeller çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı.Otel konum olarak çok güvenli ve sakindi merkezin içinde kalmak istemezdim çünkü orada çok fazla evsiz ve sıkıntılı kişiler vardı konum çocuklu aileler için çok güvenli.

We loved our room, the staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was greatly appreciated.

For those wanting to stay in a quieter part of the city, this place is perfect. But if you want to stay in a livelier area with many cafes then I would suggest staying somewhere closer to the Alte Oper.

Otel çalışanları gayet ilgili, otelin konumu güzel hemen 100 metre ilerde tramvay durağı var istediğiniz yere gidebiliyorsunuz. Metro istasyonu da yakın. Odalar temizdi.

Otelin çevresi çok kötü ve tehlikeli, yani gece dışarı yürüyerek çıkmak mümkün değil. Bir denedik, özellikle metro istasyonu civarı evsiz ve mülteci kaynıyor. Kullanılması yasak olan madde kokularından mideniz bulanıyor.

Gostei de tudo: pessoal muito atencioso, decoração muito agradável, conforto muito bom, pequeno-almoço digno para este tipo de hotel e uma higiene imaculada. Muito próximo do centro da cidade: fui a pé visitá-la.

Die Lage war super, man ist in 2 min an der Bahn und kommt überall super schnell hin. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist schön und ausreichend von der Größe. Das Hotel hat ein Parkhaus wo man für 24h 21€ zahlt.

Das Bett war sehr unbequem, dadurch haben wir kaum geschlafen. Im Bad hat es sehr gestunken nach Abfluss! Da das Hotel sehr digitalisiert ist gibt es keine Karte mehr zum einchecken ins Zimmer sondern alles über das Handy. Wenn man älter ist, stelle ich mir das schwierig vor!

I liked that getting on the elevator to the room is only possible with a key. It’s a high level of security, especially near the train station. The room was clean and cozy, quiet.

Es war zu warm im Zimmer und Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Später haben wir erfahren, dass man nur an der Rezeption Bescheid hätte geben müssen. Dann wären Fenster geöffnet worden.

Prédio com aparência nova. Quarto espaçoso e bem equipado com o que é descrito. Tudo bem limpo.

Como nao é a primeira vez que ficamos perto da estação e ja sabíamos da frequência de pessoas mais humildes próximas a estação de trem, nao nos assustamos. Apesar dessas pessoas estarem pelas ruas, elas nao te incomodam.

Die Mitarbeiterin war leider sehr nervös und hat respektlos mit uns gesprochen. Bei unserem Anruf bei der Notfallnummer hat ein Herr geantwortet, der uns sehr hilfsbereit unterstützt hat. Dafür möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken.

Das Verhalten des Personal

Gute Synthese aus engl. und kontinentalem Frühstück in ansprechendem Raum. Sehr ruhige Zimmer, gute Klimaanlage, gute Parkmöglichkeit im UG des Hauses. Touristische Ziele wie Messe, Senckenberg Museum, Bockenheim mit großer Auswahl an Lokalen und Marktständen fußläufig erreichbar, bequeme Anbindung an U-Bahn und Straßenbahnnetz

Die Musikauswahl der "Dauerberieselung" beim Frühstück könnte vielfältiger und dezenter sein. In der Dusche ist die Abdichtung der Tür defekt und verursacht außerhalb Wasserpfützen. (betr. 203)

The shower room floor was not cleaned. Everything was ok apart from that.

It’s comfortable! The breakfast is delicious. The room is clean, and they are very warmhearted. There is an air-conditioner in the hotel.

Le quartier de l’hôtel est glauque. Malheureusement l’hôtel n’y est pour rien, mais on a été impressionnés par le nombre de drogués et alcoolisés dans la rue. Pas méchant, ce sont plutôt des zombies, mais c’est vraiment glauque surtout avec des enfants.

Le prix du parking pour la nuit 20 euros, en sous sol, mais étant pas rassurée du quartier, j ai pris le parking. Nous sommes arrivées de nuit, et le quartier ne semble pas très sécurisé

The room was quite clean and the airport was quite close to the hotel. It was quite comfortable that on our last day we were able to leave our bags in the hotel and collect them later for free.

There was a bit of mould in the bathroom. It was uncomfortable that you cant control the temperature of the a/c. We didn't really like the area around the hotel because it was a bit dodgy.

Excellent breakfast and fantastic bathroom

The room was not for 3 people: we couldn’t move or storage our things and the sofa bed was bad. The parking was very difficult to find. After running circles we entered a parking that was from the hotel next door. We paid the fee for this hotel too! When finally a car left and the entrance of our parking appeared…you also needed extra skills to drive in such a narrow parking. The best came the last morning when we came back from breakfast and we saw on the floor in the corridor a used condom. I am sure it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but either way it was disgusting…

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per quattro giorni in occasione della nostra vacanza questo agosto a Francoforte. Tutto molto bene, camera tripla molto spaziosa, pulita e con tutti gli accessori (phon, ferro e tavolo da stiro, bollitore acqua, ecc...). Personale gentile e disponibile, grande hall molto elegante. Zona servita da mezzi pubblici e metropolitana e vicinissima alla Festhalle di Francoforte. Facilmente raggiungibile con la metro il centro città e il fiume Meno. Se ritorneremo a Francoforte saremo lieti di soggiornarvi nuovamente. Consigliato per famiglie con bambini come noi. Carla Wir haben während unseres Urlaubs in Frankfurt im August vier Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Alles war ausgezeichnet: Das Dreibettzimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet (Haartrockner, Bügeleisen und -brett, Wasserkocher usw.). Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die große Lobby wirkte sehr elegant. Die Gegend ist hervorragend an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und die U-Bahn angebunden und liegt ganz in der Nähe der Frankfurter Festhalle. Das Stadtzentrum und der Main sind mit der U-Bahn leicht zu erreichen. Sollten wir wieder nach Frankfurt kommen, würden wir gerne erneut hier übernachten. Empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern, so wie wir es sind. Carla We stayed at this hotel for four days during our vacation in Frankfurt this August. Everything was excellent: the triple room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped (hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, etc.). The staff were kind and helpful, and the large lobby was very elegant. The area is well-served by public transport and the metro, and is very close to the Frankfurt Festhalle. The city center and the Main River are easily accessible by metro. If we return to Frankfurt, we would be happy to stay here again. Recommended for families with children, like us. Carla

Frühstück wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Nach dem Auschecken konnte man die Koffer noch im Hotel lagern. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Calme absolu, aucune nuisance extérieure ni des voisins. Personnel charmant. Le design de la chambre et de l'hôtel, propreté impeccable. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Un sans faute.

Literie un peu ferme à mon goût. Manque de petits détails comme des verres dans la salle de bain, des crochets pour les serviettes et des mouchoirs.

Rooms are as expected for a PI although looking a little tired. Chipped desk, walls/paint and bath panel. No USB ports in the room, which were needed for a family of 4 staying. Luckily had 1 charger, but should've brought four! Beds were clean and comfortable as was the bathroom plus there was plenty of toilet paper! Always a win for a family room. Lovely, friendly staff on reception and in restaurant. Food was excellent quality, well cooked and very tasty. Limited selection of bar drinks, but adequate enough for our family.

Me and my family had dinner here tonight and the chef (Beth) did an amazing job. Our food was outsdtanding and tasted amazing!

Stayed here from8th-10th October it’s easy to get to London as I had an England football match to go to. I have stayed a couple of time here never had a problem. I’d definitely recommend getting breakfast. The chef lez cooks brilliant breakfast and is always very friendly with everyone. You can’t beat his breakfast.

building work in reception not ideal during the evening and back up chef so limited food not ideal very happy i do not have to spend any more time at this hotel also the car parking is chargeable no rebate if possible i would book at the other premier inns in Gillingham and Chatham

The receptionist was magnificent. The room was totally spotless. The air con was already on (hot day) and it was a very nice sized room. However, when I heard the guest enter the room above mine I realised that the floors of this new build appear not to be concrete. They sound like wood, just like living in a Victorian house conversion. You hear people walking about in the room above from all the creaking and floor movement. Unbelievable. I would not have stayed in the hotel had I known this. I come for peace and quiet. Not to be reminded of my past student life. Really disappointing. I won't be back as a result.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Only problem was one large towel in a room booked for 2 adults. Asked for a second and it was provided without issue.

The hotel is ok’ish. We stayed for four nights, although I didn’t sleep very well, my partner slept like a stone. You have to pay for car parking (at a reduced rate). We were there as a location to visit the Historic Dockyards, Rochester, Upnor Castle and further away the Cutty Sark. All these are fabulous, but if you want to find something interesting within walking distance, there isn’t. So we ate in the hotel restaurant a couple of nights, average meals nothing special. There aren’t any alternatives locally as far I could see. The room was clean, but found the aircon unit a bit noisy, switched it off at night but found the room too hot, that probably was the reason I didn’t sleep well. The staff were friendly and attentive so no complaints there.

The Premier inn Chatham/Gillingham is situated by the side of the main A289 running down into Chatham, offering great access to the many, attractions the area has to offer. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. WiFi throughout, toiletries, tea and coffee provided. Breakfast is being served as normal in the Thyme restaurant, but on a pre- booked slot basis. Evening meals are also available but as a take away, to eat in you room. The only downside to this hotel, is the noise factor, not only is the proximity to the road a plus, it does mean, it is prone to traffic noise. Then there are the noisy neighbours above stomping around at all hours. Overall a great visit, with friendly helpful staff.

Steven was exceptional with his customer service, attentive care and attention to detail, ensuring our evening meal was enjoyable. He was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He made our evening and he deserves a pay rise. He is invaluable to your team and was very much like a Matre Dee or head of house. Keep the excellent work up!

Easy to park, very warm and informative reception. Clean and comfortable room. At in the evening and at breakfast and the service was excellent and the food of a high standard. Very enjoyable stay.

Small checkin area can imagine it getting busy during peak times, staff were very welcoming. Be aware there is a parking meter outside you have to pay for each night you stay on top of the cost of the room. No microwave and you pay extra for a room with a fridge, keep that in mind if you plan on staying for multiple nights. The bed seemed firm, pillows flat but that's a personal preference could be fine for some people. Overall clean friendly hotel, with ample parking.

On arrival the car park was full. However there was a disabled space which I could use as I have a badge. The staff were very friendly and checked us in with ease. I had booked a family room. However getting to the room on the second floor, only the double bed was made up. Back to reception and the man went and got a bed pack. Before he went Abbie was searching to see if there was another room set up we could move to instead, however there was not. The guy had been and got a bed pack, taken it straight to the room and left it with my son before I got back there. As i was making up the single bed, I noticed items missing from the pack so I went back to reception again. Abbie was there and I told her the situation and she was very apologetic. She went with me, got new items and made the bed up, which she said should have happened in the first place. She was very chatty and made us feel at home. We did not have breakfast booked and she booked us for complementary breakfast, however we did not get chance to take advantage of this kind offer. Looking around the room it was a normal premier inn room. The carpet had stains on, the walls had marks and holes filled that were not disguised very well. Nothing that makes any difference to the stay, just cosmetic things that could be dealt with. The bathroom was clean and mould free. It was not until we came to shower however, that after one of us had showered we realised that there was only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and the bath mat between us. So we shared towels as unable to go down to reception and get more towels. The beds were clean and comfy and I can even say that for the first time in a long time I woke feeling refreshed. The room we were in was 219 and it was an adjoining room of which I have not seen in a premier inn before myself. Happy with our stay and if back that way will book here again.

What a lovely experience staying at this hotel. Parking was easy, the hotel was welcoming, the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The food was good, both the breakfast and evening meals; for the money, it could not be faulted. However, the best part of our stay was the staff; everyone we met from front of house, chef and manager they were all so nice. The hostess, Sarah, was wonderful; funny, attentive and treated us like old friends. Thank you all so very much.

An unpleasant stay from the start. The receptionist told me she didn't like the spelling of my first name and so would pronounce it how she thought it ought to be and proceeded to do so!!! We were checking into two rooms. My brother in law went up first and had been given the wrong keycard, resulting in him walking in on a semi-dressed lady. The receptionist argued with us about room numbers, but had clearly made the error. My sister's room had an unpleasant smell and ours had the hard wired hair drier loose meaning it kept switching off. No one came to reception when we were checking out, so it was not possible to report these issues. Luckily we have no reason to need to stay at this hotel again.

Perfect stay nice and quiet with plenty of parking. On arrival the bed was not made for my son. One quick return to the reception and everything was sorted straight away. Would highly recommend using before making your way to the airport which is only a short drive away

I often stay here for business. Tonight the customer service demonstrated by Michele and her daughter (Rebecca ) was excellent. They were attentive funny and found my college dad jokes funny, ( however hard they tired not to laugh) Looking forward to being back next time.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was freshly cooked in small quantities so wasn't sitting around for too long. Rooms nice and clean.

I had an excellent stay, the food was the best I've ever eaten at a premier Inn. Good night's sleep, and the staff were excellent, with a shout out to Sarah, who was very welcoming and efficient.
