Premier Inn Frankfurt City Centre

In booking you can book 3 adults in 1 room, but when I arrived they refused to give the room saying that 3 adults are not allowed it is mistake of booking.com. I had to call booking and in the end they agreed to give the room, but I had to wait 1 hour in the lobby at 12 am before getting the room. That was not customer friendly behaviour from hotel.

Fantastic, comfy bed, friendly staff, everything you need, lovely breakfast.

The place it is in, we got there later when it was dark and on a Saturday night. The streets were full of people drinking (which wasn’t the problem), homeless people, people begging, a strange feeling, i didn’t feel it was safe and couldn’t wait to get to our hotel. I think all in all if you know what to expect in Frankfurt city then you are fine. As a first time to Frankfurt I was quite shocked. It just had a strange feeling about the place. The day after, was the aftermath of the night before.

Upscale hotel right next to the train station. It was the perfect base to venture out early and return late using public transportation. Everything was clean and looked fairly new. There were several outlets to charge devices. Despite the location in the city center it was quiet at night. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy.

Vriendelijk personeel, nette ruime kamers

The pillow was comfortable. The person on reception was jolly.

Holes in the curtains. Stained carpets. Very hot room and air con didn't work and was very noisy. Shower was weak. The room was generally grim, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Very overpriced for such a grotty room.

Zentral, neu, sauber, guter Schlaf, gutes Frühstück

Overall a good hotel with a very good price / quality ratio. Parking was available for us at 15€ per night. At check in the staff spoke perfect English.

The area around the train station is not very nice. A lot of people under influence and a lot of homeless people lying around. It smells of urine and bad hygiene. Not the fault of the hotel obviously but it still did not feel very safe in the late evening. The breakfast was not worth the price. Croissants were the soft kind you buy in a bag in the supermarket, they were not baked. The AC was getting very loud at night (sound of running fluids) Beds were a bit too soft for me personally.

Sehr, sehr sauber!

The location was fantastic as we could walk into the town easily from there. Comfortable rooms and easy parking. Staff were friendly.

Great choice, value for money close to city center

Breakfasts is awesome

No fridge

Zentrale Lage. Sicherer Parkplatz. Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal.

Great location - 10-15 minute walk into the city centre. So many amazing restaurants close by, from all corners of the world. Great sustainability practices used at the property.

Clean room. Relaxing atmosphere.

EV overcharges me. €70 instead of €20 as I paid with RDIF instead than using the QR code.

Rooms are clean and well maintained

Air condition is not powerful, we did convey our message to Hotel staff, they changed the room, but still it was not that powerful. In Hot weather good air conditioner is very important .

Value, location, clean

There were no adapters available to plug 120 volt appliances into the outlets. Also, no USB adapters to charge cell phones. The hotel is behind most of its' competitors on this topic.

Good value clean room

Could do with trying to clean up area around hotel working with the council as lots of rough sleepers on roads close by

The Location is very ideal ,Very friendly Staff I could give them 10/10 .Breakfast was very good may be they can add little more options.

One thing is missing in the room and it is drinking water which they should offer the guest.

Room was spacious. Hotel was close to Frankfurt station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of eateries close by. A very good supermarket (Tegut) just over 1 block away.

Prijs/kwaliteit

Niets

Alles Gut 😄

El desayuno estuvo muy bien. La relación calidad precio es buena

La oferta del restaurante es muy escasa

Easy check-in. Room was a bit small but manageable. Good buffet breakfast. Walking distance to old town and train station.

Gute Lage in Bahnhofsnähe

Uitstekend hotel, mooi ingericht.

Location Friendly Staff Spacious Room Clean Toilet Good Value

Nothing

Modern , fresh and comfortable hotel close the main station in Frankfurt

Very comfy bed as well with extra firm pillows. Extra large bath towels provided. All the usual facilities expected of a premier inn provided for a comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and kind in provided us with ice for the room from the bar.

We went to breakfast towards the end of the time slot and there was a lack of crockery and cutlery.

Thx

Thx

Good location with ample parking and easy stroll into town. Nice bar area and good selection of drinks plus happy hour ! Staff helpful and very friendly. The room was quite small compared to other Premier inn family rooms but as comfortable as expected and a great Premier inn all in all. Very clean and quiet.

No shops near by that we found ( it seemed like Frieburg had no convenient shops or kiosks at all!!) But a great local bakery that served coffee near by.

The hotel was very clean, the room was reasonably large, the breakfast had adequate options that were replenished reasonably frequently and there were sufficient options to keep me satisfied over my two night stay. Luggage storage is available for those arriving early or leaving late.

The bar and reception area are lightly staffed, so it can be a bit difficult to get served at the bar if there is someone being attended to at reception.

Hotel moderno.

Really comfy clean and spacious!

It was only a pit stop so didn’t explore the area.

Bett quitscht

Alles was prima airco was iets minder

We waren zeer tevreden over de accomodatie

Alles Perfekt Für Mich und Meine Familie Preis Leistung War Super Zimmer Top Personal super Besonders Herr Jovan

Alles Perfekt Personal War Sehr Nett Besonders Herr Jovan

Einfach mal weglassen. Mehr Platz, mehr Nachhaltigkeit, weniger Stromverbrauch usw.
