Zimmer: Sauber und modern- obwohl ich Teppich absolut nicht mag, war es ok! Freundliche Mitarbeiter: Sowohl der MA am Empfang/ Checkin- als auch die MA beim Frühstück (Danke für die Banane 🩷) Lage: Wir konnten den RuhrTech Campus und Abends die Innenstadt zu Fuß schnell erreichen - daher top!

Auf den Gängen lagen, vor einigen Zimmern, 3 Tage/immer wieder Abfalltüten (McD) und teilweise Sportschuhe 🫣 Müll sollte durch Reinigungspersonal mitgenommen werden (Zimmer wurden bei 2 Übernachtungen nicht gereinigt- musste auch nicht sein) und Schuhe aufs Zimmer (Gast drauf hinweisen)! Beim Frühstück war der Obstsalat aus Dosen Obst- das war sehr schade! Hab den Teller stehen lassen müssen und mir vom frischen Obst selbst was zusammengeschnitten! Rührei war nicht so lecker- mein Kollege ist grosser Rührei Fan - mochte es leider nicht! Gerne beide Punkte prüfen 😇 Sonst war Frühstück ausreichend und wirklich gut!

Die Mitarbeiter sind wunderbar. Exzellenter Service.

Wir konnten früher ins Zimmer, Personal war sehr lieb und Zimmer an sich sehr sauber. Lage war auch toll.

Das Parkhaus neben dem Hotel ist allerdings etwas eng und gehört nicht zum Hotel. Das könnte transparenter kommuniziert werden aber es gab auch genug andere Parkmöglichkeiten.

Gute Lage und wenig Verkehr. Autoparkplätze kostenlos in der Nähe. Kleiner Park gegenüber des Eingangs.

Die Schlafmöglichkein für Person 3 war nicht so gemütlich, da es ein Ausziesessel ist.

Brandmeldeanlage ging in 2 Nächten 3 mal.Gaeste standen draußen ohne,das sich jemand vom Personal kümmerte, Türen schlossen sehr laut,ganze Nacht im Haus zu hören,

Hotel ruhiger und angenehmen gelegen etwas abseits der Innenstadt. Die Lage wirkt mit der großen Grünfläche davor fast malerisch. Schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sehr gut, ich war zufrieden.

Prima hotel , alles nieuw. Was vroeger Holiday Inn. Ontbijt prijzig , niet gebruikt.

the breakfast was fair, I needed very early brealfast on Weekends, the 7am start is too late in my opinion. I requested to be served at 6:30; the lady in charge approved my request, as the buffet was already ready at 6:40am

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very polite and available 24/7, always ready to help. The facilities were clean, and the room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. There is parking available on the public street, although it requires payment from 08:00 AM until 08:00 PM. The location is also very convenient, as it is close to the city center. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose this place again.

Le personnel était vraiment super : très serviable, souriant et toujours disponible. Ils nous ont aidés chaque matin et chaque soir avec nos vélos, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’établissement offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Compte tenu du tarif payé, le fait que la chambre n’ait pas été nettoyée entre les deux nuits ne nous a pas particulièrement surprises. En revanche, il aurait été appréciable que le thé et le café soient réapprovisionnés. Le ménage était globalement bien fait, mais les murs de la salle de bain mériteraient un nettoyage plus approfondi ainsi qu’un petit rafraîchissement de peinture, car cela donnait une impression de manque de propreté.

Die Lage zur Innenstadt war wirklich top. Man war in gut 5-10 Minuten beim Einkaufszentrum am Limbecker Platz. Wir sind am Freitag angereist und am Samstag spätnachmittag wieder gefahren und standen während der ganzen Zeit in der Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel für insgesamt 15€. Dafür lohnte es sich nicht umzuparken.

Das Frühstück war, anders als in viele anderen Rezensionen, nicht wirklich gut und definitiv keine 17,90€ wert. Das Ei schmeckt überhaupt nicht, Käse gab es nur "spezielle" Sorten wie Bärlauch, was nicht jeder mag (anstatt wenigstens einen Gouda oder Butterkäse). Die Brötchen waren winzig und einfach Aufbackbrötchen wie es aussah. Beim Checkout war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Insgesamt war morgens scheinbar nur 1 Person da, die sich in der Zeit aber nur um das Frühstück gekümmert hat. Wir standen gut 10-15 Minuten an der Rezeption und ich habe sogar versucht, telefonisch anzurufen, damit mal jmd kommt (hatte aber nur eine automatische KI dran). Nach gut 15 Minuten guckte die Dame dann mal um die Ecke vom Frühstücksraum aus und meinte nur, wir sollen die Karten einfach einwerfen. Ein vernünftiges Hinweisschild auf der Rezeption wäre schön gewesen. Die Tiefgarage ist wirklich eine Zumutung bei der Einfahrt.

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältinis. Frühstück für den Preis mehr als in Ordnung. Parkmöglichkeit in Seitenstraße fast direkt neben dem Hotel kostenlos und zum Ausladen und Einchecken sogar direkt vor dem Hotel möglich. Top Klimaanlage, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf kleinen Park und Fenster, die man öffnen kann. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Het 3e bed bij het boeken van een 3 persoonskamer. Was voor wat betreft comfort echt ronduit slecht. Een omgebouwde slaapstoel die deels uit elkaar viel. Door de prullenbak er onder te zetten hebben we het opgelost.

Sehr guter Preis und sehr zentral! Ich war bereits hier im letzten Jahr und habe einen erneuten Aufenthalt in den nächsten Wochen.

Tatsächlich war dieser Aufenthalt etwas schlechter als der im letzten Jahr..die Klimaanlage hat nicht gut funktioniert. Haben das Zimmer wechseln dürfen und tatsächlich waren auch ein paar hygienische Mängel. Vielleicht sollte es einfach nicht so sein. Das der Aufzug stecken geblieben ist sei jetzt mal leider ein doofer Zufall gewesen sein aber jetzt nehme ich auf jeden Fall die Treppe.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und kurze Wege zum U-Bhf. und Einkaufscenter.

The location of this branch was superb. It was just a little distance from the city centre but, instead, overlooked a very tranquil park in an area of the city that is obviously quite recently developed. Rooms appear to be very well maintained. Helpful staff. Self help shop in lobby.

die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und die Zimmer waren okay

leider hat es in unseren Zimmern und auch in dem Ersatzzimmer sehr unangenehm , wir haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, selber hat es dort auch gestunken. Die Erklärung des Personals war, dass die Lüftung gereinigt wurde. Ich glaube eher, dass derjenige, der die Lüftung gereinigt hat neben der Ansaugung gekifft hat.

Goede locatie,dichtbij centrum met parkeeroptie (15 euro pd) Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt,goede bedden en douche.

Habe unten mit geschrieben dass das spacige Betti licht gut ist .Buffet war gut, nur Cafe hätte irgendwie zur Verbesserung gesagt geschmacklich etwas anders sein können oder es war da ich müde war.Schoene Bilder nette Rezeption unkompliziert.Sauber .Blick auf Innengarten der etwas ohne Pflanzen war aber sehr gut da ich lieber im ersten Stock schlafe und das Fenster bei Bedarf aufging Sicherheit war ja dass es im ersten Stock war.

Am Badezimmer unten an Dusche zur Info ist so typisch Dusche Flecken in dunkel.Kann man jetzt noch gut wegmachen.Hatte Einzelbett,es ist sehr schade ,nicht gut dass man Niemanden vom Hotel vor Ort erreichen kann und Niemand auf meine e Mail Anfrage wegen meinem Gepäck was noch bei ihnen steht ich morgen Nachmittag erst abholen kann antwortet.5 Email habe ich deswegen geschrieben keine Antwort darauf . Ansonsten schöne Bilder an der Wand gutes Nacht Led Licht so spacig mag ich .. Buffer war auch gut hatte nur kaum Zeit zum Frühstück da ich um 6.50 los gegangen bin.

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are always clean and ready for us. The staff in particular Juno and Blaise know us now, and are always so helpful . We are very happy with Theo’s hotel

I am genuinely astonished that we were charged £158 per night for this hotel. The room was disgracefully dirty. The carpet was heavily stained, clearly un-hoovered, and still covered in debris from previous occupants. The tub chair was filthy, the bathroom floor tiles were loose and missing grout, and the shower had black mould throughout. The blind was broken, and the AC unit was so caked in dirt that it was frankly a health hazard. Every surface had visible dust, spills, or splashes. The overall level of neglect was shocking, and frankly an embarrassment for Scotland’s hospitality standards. A quick look at other reviews shows this is far from an isolated incident. Even the cheapest hotels manage basic cleanliness, but at £158 per night, this level of filth is unacceptable. Premier Inn should be deeply ashamed to put guests in rooms like this.

It was a good place whilst working away from home for the week. The staff were courteous and respectful at all times. I would stay here again.

Lovely peaceful stay here, for a night at Festival Theatre. Clean, cosy room with a fabulous bed, I paid for a bigger room and still a great price. Good continental breakfast for £6. Definitely will return.

Surly reception. No soap in washbasin or bath. Shower mixer tap dirty. Terrible bar service. Breakfast disappointing. Overall very poor.

We have stayed in Borehamwood Premier Inn many times over the past year. The position is perfect for us, the room is always in immaculate condition, and above all the staff are very friendly and obliging. We come to this area to see our family and look after our grandchildren on a regular basis.. and this and will continue to be our “go to” hotel. Thanks to everyone

I live in Borehamwood & have been coming to Premier Inn most days over the course of the last month for breakfast. I have ME/CFS & struggle with basic daily living tasks so coming here for breakfast ensures I start my day right with a good meal. It's also a great place to meet people & feel less isolated. The team here are wonderful... Maria, Jermaine & Frank always greet me with a smile & are very accommodating and Frank makes the best poached eggs!!!! 🤩 A really lovely team spirit here... it's a joy to see. Breakfast is served weekdays 6.30-10.30am & 7-11am at weekends. I always go for the unlimited cooked breakfast at £10.99. Great value and a great selection of breakfast options.

Great little hotel this. Perfect location for me. Always stay here when working in the area. Clean rooms, great pub next door ( seperate from the hotel, so be aware breakfast times are different). Andy on reception is a star. Always approachable,friendly and happy. Looks like he really enjoys his job. Nothing is too much trouble. Great asset to this hotel so the company needs to appreciate what he does. Staff in the morning were friendly too.

Business stay easy check in procedures lovely comfy quiet rooms with amazing mattresses and breakfast in the morning was tasty can’t fault.

bedroom and corridors smelt musty like stale cigarette smoke. fire alarm at 1am - unsure how staff were sure all people outside - no obvious sign of head count or checks undertaken could not get back to sleep after this disruption -

I had a great experience staying at the hotel. The location is great for a quiet business or solo getaways. The rooms were clean and the service top notch. Staff were also very friendly making the whole experience very pleasant.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location. Our room had so few furniture items we thought we’d been burgled. No table or surfaces to put cases. The “wardrobe” was a joke. There weren’t any drawers. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Premier? - we don’t think so.

Good location, friendly, helpful staff but seriously under resourced. Food in the pub was grnerally good quality and value. We appreciated close location to Epsom Hospital and the town centre a 10 min walk away. Rooms clean but a bit rundown - for the price it’s a good deal. My thanks to the team working across reception and the restaurant including Liv, Tom & Mohammed and the chefs, cleaners. If the head office can better manage the skeleton staff running across sites and support with better training that would be great. Manager Tom handled a couple of issues well 😊

We attended a wedding this weekend .. and the hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walked in through the door until you left.. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, Especially Andy ( the woman who took over I didn't catch her name... Sorry) who was not only friendly towards me and my husband, but also very sociable towards my children and very easy going to talk too and we were happy he was there both days we were there. The rooms were very clean and was exactly what we needed for our 2 day stay as well as perfect location so definitely worth the value we paid. Considering we were near a main ish road you barely hear any traffic even with the window partially open so noise level was just perfect for getting my children to sleep late at night as well as catching a slight breeze.. If I ever need to stay in this location again this will definitely be my stopping point...thankyou all for a perfect addition to our weekend.

Just had a night at the Hub with my hubby. Got exactly what we paid for. Great location. Right next to the train station. Walking distance to everything else. Easy check in and out. We had a standard double. Compact but very clean. Apart from the overly stained chair. Lots of storage. Bathroom nice size. Comfy bed. We just wanted somewhere to lay our heads so this suited us perfectly. Only downside was no kettle. Only a free tea and coffee station down on the bottom floor. Which if you are on the fourth floor like we were was a bit of a pain going up and down. We would definitely the Hub again for short stays again if we knew we were going to be out and about all the time.

We stayed one night as my mum had to go for surgery at Stanmore the following morning. When we arrived, we were unable to check in as the rooms were not ready. We were helped by Blaze who seemed to be running the whole place alone! He was checking people in, serving in the bar, and in the restaurant (food was great) . Although the hotel was obviously short staffed, Blaze and the other team members were great, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He maintained a sense of humour even though he must have been under immense pressure. When we left the following morning at 6.30am , Blaze was still there as he had covered for an ill colleague. He should be paid for three other people as he wore many hats that day! He even wished mum good luck for her surgery. What a guy! Promote him immediately! Will be back! Zelda and Penny (my mum)

Hotel fine, standard you would expect from Premier Inn. Good location, excellent for Tram. Bar and restaurant awful. Stayed for long weekend and cleanliness of bar and restaurant not good. Same Food debris on floors under tables all weekend. Had been a roof issue debris from roof on floor for entire stay and a bed sheet hung up to disguise it! Chose not to eat there our first night when saw some of the food being served. Breakfast pretty poor quality less of a selection than I’ve experienced at previous Premier Inns. Can recommend Starbank Inn nearby for lunch or dinner.

I had 2 rooms booked and arrived just after 3pm. Neither of the rooms had been hoovered. the common areas had clearly not been hoovered that day either. Thanks to Christine at reception for hoovering them. We had to moved as the sink plug was jammed. (That room had not been hoovered either). Went to bed and noticed an accumulation of dust hanging from the ceiling and on the wall. Its a shame housekeeping has let down the hotel as the staff in particular Christine and James went above and beyond helping my mum when she thought she had lost her bank card. If it hadn’t been for the friendly staff I would have given 2 stars.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff very helpful and friendly. We had no issues with road noise despite being so close to the A1 and not issues with internal noise either. Would definitely stay here again if we need a hotel in the area.

Overall, it was a very nice stay in a clean room in an excellent location. The hotel is located between City Center and Old Town Edinburgh so you have to option to choose your vibe for the day. Lots of great cafes and restaurants around to choose from. The room itself was very clean, had everything you could need and was very "high-tech". The bathroom walls and door are glass though, with only the bottom portion being frosted, so unless you are solo, things might get awkward. The food offered was minimal but decent. It was far too expensive for what you were getting however, a premade, reheated dish. I would definitely stay here again in the future and will probably recommend it to my friends and family who visit the area.

Room looked tired and had a smell. Female staff were miserable, especially the one covering reception. Breakfast was chaotic. Food was not regularly topped up. There was a queue of us waiting for hot food. We could hear shouting and arguing coming from the kitchen. I asked for pastries to be replenished, didn't happen. A lady had been waiting 10 minutes for clean mugs. I asked again, took a long time for them to come out. Lots of people asking for well cooked bacon and sausage as that in dishes was barely cooked. The cook surely should have realised what was wrong and saved the hassle of people complaining! Worst Premier Inn I've stayed at.

The room was fine though tired. The staff were obviously not happy in their jobs, rarely saw a smile. The breakfast.....well the bacon was barely cooked but the fact that eggs, beans, sausage and bacon totally ran out at one stage resulting in several people queuing for more than 5 minutes waiting for them to be topped up. While waiting we could hear the staff arguing and shouting in the kitchen! Then there were no clean mugs, also resulting in a long wait. My tea pot was obviously not washed properly previously as the was an old teabag label stuck inside the spout!! Needless to say we will not be staying here again

Great location for getting into Edinburgh. Refurbished rooms clean and tidy and at value for money prices. Superb sleep in comfortable bed. Checked in on their app but still had to go through the process on arrival so don’t see the point. Entering my details outside on a cold, wet and wintry day to pay for parking is not a great way to start my stay. Maybe locate machine indoors? Breakfast had empty hot food trays (no black pudding or fried eggs) and when I mentioned it I was made to feel it was my fault. No supervision and breakfast staff have a couldn’t care less attitude. Very poor customer service.

After staying here for the last ten years it is time to move on. They have taken over control of the pub next door but it is only open at set times. If you want a drink or something to eat out side of there hours you need to walk 10 minutes into town. Best to stay in town not here. I hope this help others.

Arrived after midnight to find very friendly, helpful staff member; room was clean, (if dated with few carpet stains etc); quiet even though at the front; quite an old looking a/c switch, but it seemed to work; plenty towels; extra pillows; bed was really comfortable, had good sleep; high side to bath for the over bath shower which was awkward for my wife, but there was plenty hot water; poor coffee tea selection (minor issue probably not topped up and I could have asked no doubt?).

Stayed here on 1st November for one night. We were going to a birthday party, so I booked the meal deal, the evening meal was ok, as long as you like chips, but it was passable. Regretfully, the same cannot be said for breakfast, one of the main reasons for using Premier Inn is the eggs your way policy. So I asked for 2 poached eggs to be told they didn't have enough. Enough what I don't know. I went to the servery and got my breakfast, which was abysmal, the only item lukewarm was sausages, and the mushrooms were so cold they could have been straight from the fridge. I emailed customer service, to get the response "sorry you didn't enjoy your breakfast, hope you will stay with us again. GUESS WHAT.

We stayed at the Premier Inn Edinburgh Leith Waterfront Hotel. It had incredibly beautiful views. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly — especially Sharon, who was helpful and kind 🥰. If I come back, I’ll definitely choose this hotel again.
