Die Lage war gut

Es war ein Parkhaus direkt am Hotel es gab extra Parkplätze für Gäste. Das Parkhaus war Extrem teuer als wir nachfragten wegen dem Parkplatz kam nur die Antwort wir haben keine Kooperation mit dem Parkhaus. Uns wurde keine Alternative angeboten oder einen Tipp gegeben. Zimmer Karte und das war’s. Das Fanden wir sehr schade wir kennen uns nichts aus und wissen nicht wo ist es einigermaßen sicher.

Wir haben nur 1 Nacht gebucht, dafür war alles sehr unkompliziert. Sauberkeit und Sicherheit, nah am Hauptbahnhof, nur 4 Min. u Fuß

Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Premier Inn Düsseldorf Friedrichstadt im Rahmen unsere längeren Reise. Wir haben das Hotel gewählt weil es besonders nah am Hauptbahnhof liegt und damit sehr verkehrsgünstig liegt. Auch von Hauptbahnhof ist es im Vergleich einfach vom Hotel zu kommen, lediglich eine kürzere Strecke muss überall holpriges Pflaster zurückgelegt werden. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, die Betten allerdings sehr gemütlich. Bei beiden Aufenthalten lag unsere Zimmer in Richtung Hauptbahnhof/Gleise, sehr zur Freude meines Sohnes. Mich hat es nicht gestört da die Fenster hervorragend isoliert sind. Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos, und auch das Frühstück entsprach unseren Vorstellungen voll. Besonders dass auch ein warmes Frühstück mit angeboten würde, hat uns sehr gefreut. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Was uns verwirrt hat, bei einem Aufenthalt konnte das Fenster in Richtung Gleise ganz geöffnet werden, beim anderen Aufenthalt war es abgesperrt. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt war das Zimmer besonders der Boden nicht vollständig sauber, die Betten und Handtücher und alles wichtige war jedoch frisch und das Bad sehr gut geputzt.

Deer Teppich könnte sauberer sein. Leider trotz Einchecken 1 Erwachsener 1 Kind bei beiden Aufenthalten jeweils nur 1 Handtuch-Set in den Zimmern.

Es hatte eine gute Lage zum Bahnhof und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft sehr staubig und insgesamt nicht sauber. Besonders das Badezimmer war stark verschmutzt. Auf der Toilettenbrille befanden sich zudem deutlich sichtbare Klebereste. Auch im Wasserkocher war noch dreckiges Wasser. Einen Schrank zur Aufbewahrung der Kleidung sowie einen Tresor gab es ebenfalls nicht. Am zweiten Tag baten wir um eine Reinigung. Leider wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt und trotz vorhandener Flecken wurde die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt. Das Zimmer muss für mich nicht modern oder luxuriös sein, aber Sauberkeit sollte selbstverständlich sein. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, war der Zustand leider nicht akzeptabel. Wir würden das Hotel daher nicht erneut buchen.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und Bar.

Ich hätte gerne ein anderes Kopfkissen gehabt. Es waren zwar genug da aber alle von dem gleichen Modell, sehr hart.

Zimmerreinigung gibt es ausschließlich auf Anfrage. Doppelbetten haben nur eine große Bettdecke. Fugen in der Dusche etwas gammelig/schimmelig

The staff were not as friendly as you would expect, i have not seen a single amile. Breakfast was way below average, i found myself skipping it and got a sandwich from the station. The room was dusty and the duvets were too small.

Locatie is echt top! Receptie vriendelijk. Goede wc rollen, niet van dat dunne papier. Wij hadden een 3p kamer, 2p bed heeft een goede matras. Maar die 1p bed. Is gewoon een slaapbank. Gunstige uitchecktijd 12.00, is heerlijk!

Wordt alleen op aanvraag schoongemaakt. Dode insect op de kussen. Tapijt onder de vlekken. Douchebak stroomde over, omdat het water maar niet goed wegliep tijdens het douchen. We hebben die putje zelf open gemaakt, het was ranzig, vol met shampoo/haar resten etc en een opzet stuk van een tondeuse ofzo. Op de dag van vertrek bleven we tot 11.45 in ons kamer. Housekeeping is 2x ZONDER te kloppen of roepen zomaar in ons kamer gekomen. Om 8.00 en 11.00. Toevallig stond ik beide keren naast de deur, omdat ik bezig was. Anders had je het geeneens gemerkt dat ze binnen was gekomen of had gegluurd. Vond dat echt heel bijzonder.

Несмотря на видавшее виды напольное покрытие, персоналу удается сделать номер уютным - чисто, ни соринки. Сразу предупредили, что если нужна будет уборка в номере, просто сказать персоналу об этом, но мы не просили за три дня. Ванная комната в идеальном состоянии. Немного смутило отсутствие шкафа, там всего лишь небольшое пространство с вешалками, но для пары дней проживания терпимо. Окно выходило на железную дорогу, но звукоизоляция идеальная - поездов не слышно совсем. Завтраки без особого разнообразия, но вполне сытные, есть и горячие блюда. Расположение удачное для тех, кто города не знает и имеет тяжелый багаж - пять минут пешком от вокзала.

Located only about a 5 min walk from Düsseldorf train station, it's an affordable and comfortable option for a night in Düsseldorf. The price/quality was phenomenal, wifi worked fine, the room temperature was ok and the mattress was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room with a water boiler.

The faucet drain was somewhat blocked.

The location is very good. I have stayed many times.

The room on 19 Aug perfect 421. At Mannheim 431. Perfect. But on 26th 328. Told brusque I was late arrival (DBahn problem not me) and could not keep my request.

Hotel is conveniently located near several tram lines and close to the central train station. The lobby was inviting, nice to hang out there. Menu was reasonably priced, friendly and helpful staffs.

Gut angebunden für einen Stadtaufenthalt, Parkgarage super praktisch mit dem Hotel verbunden. Frühstück sehr gut. Bequemes Bett. Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer.

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Teppichboden war nicht sehr schön. Fliesen im Bad teilweise abgeplatzt. Möbel wirken etwas alt.

Nos preguntaron al llegar que con qué frecue cia queriamos que limpiaran la habitacion y nosnpareció extraño, ya que estas en un hotel en una ciuidad muy importante de Alemania (esto no es un Airbnb….), les dijimos que cada 2 dias, pues a pesar de que La reserva de la habitacion fue para 2 personas, por 3 veces tuve que vajar a la recepcion a pedir toallas para las 2 personas porque cada vez que limpiaban solo ponian 1 juego de toallas. Tambien les pedí que rellenasen los botes de gel de la habitacion y no lo hicieron durante la estancia. La habitacion NO la limpiaron ningún dia,solo se limitaron a cambiar 1 juego de toallas y a hacer la cama.

Good breakfast. Excellent location!

Overall, we had a very good stay. The location is excellent, very convenient for Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof and getting around the city, and the room offered very good value for money. We also appreciated the helpful service from the reception team. On our first day, we found that the shower drain was blocked. After reporting it the following day, the issue was dealt with promptly. We also had some concerns about the room door lock, and a lady at reception was very polite and patient in explaining how the security system worked, which was very reassuring. As we did not require daily room cleaning for environmental reasons, she also kindly explained that we could simply request housekeeping at reception whenever needed.

The main issue was that there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room to hang on the door. As we did not require daily housekeeping, reception had previously advised us to request cleaning only when needed, which worked well and helped avoid housekeeping entering the room unnecessarily. However, during the last two days of our stay, when we went to reception in the morning to request room cleaning, a male member of staff told us that it could be arranged but that next time we should inform them earlier. We were a little surprised by the tone, as informing reception was the first thing we did when leaving the hotel that morning, and we had politely followed the arrangement previously explained to us. It was only a small issue in an otherwise very good stay, but the interaction left us feeling slightly uncomfortable. Providing a “Do Not Disturb / Please Make Up Room” sign in each room would also make the housekeeping arrangement much clearer for both guests and staff.

Recht neu. Nahe Bahnhof, wenngleich dadurch nicht so ruhig. Blick direkt und nahe auf die Gleise auf Zimmerhöhe fand ich fast schon wieder kultig.

Отличная гостиница за свои деньги. Рядом с вокзалом. Чистое новое постельное белье, удобные кровати, чайник с чаем в номере. Большего и не надо. Приятное лобби, где можно купить снеки или напитки.

Очень сложно найти парковку. Парковка, которая в здании не связана с отелем по словам сотрудников. Хотя на парковке даже есть специальные места для отеля, это не дает возможность ставить там машину по особому тарифу для гостей отеля. Стоимость парковки за сутки постоянно меняется и составляет то 35, то 25, то 40 евро. что весьма дорого.

It is value for money. The location is nice and close to the Hbf station. The room is clean and tidy. The room size is spacious.

Can hear the train before 12am.

After a tiring train journey, nothing is nicer than entering a neat, comfortable hotel room. Good bed, with pillows of varying firmness to choose from. Beautiful breakfast room. Within walking distance of the station, but (with the windows closed) no noise disturbance. Very friendly reception staff.

The room temperature is centrally controlled, but it rose quite a bit in our room. The reception took immediate action after my report and handled it well.

Room excellent; nice bed, BUT in a very good shower there was NO GRAB HANDLE Necessary as all users, old and young, can slip.

Great location, warm welcome and room comfy and very clean. Staff so friendly and a lovely well cooked breakfast too. Would definitely recommend

This hotel has gone downhill since the closure of the beefeater. Our visit last year the beefeater had recently closed and seamed ok but this year seams like an extremly rushed experience for guests. Restaurant atmosphere has vanished because its so quiet and food menu limited. The food items are lots of spicy options and not many plain pub food. Some of the staff are unmotivated however others are trying to keep up the good standards. Mattress comfort are hit and miss (mine being perfect but my friends being so hard it was uncomfortable) The rooms were clean and tidy apart from cups and spoons that were dirty. Noise levels in hotel was okay.

The room was amazing, shower took a While to work out. Need information left in room how to work. Very clean cleaners do a great job

Excellent city centre location. The lifts in the near by car park gave easy access to the central area, Cathedral, shops etc.

Our room was very comfortable and spotless. We enjoyed drinks in the bar before our meal in the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will be back.

Just had a super weekend in Durham visiting our daughter at University. The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, great value, with easy access to parking nearby. Ella was especially helpful during our stay.

We stayed here for a few days very recently. The staff were super friendly and amazing. Despite it being in an entertainment area it was quiet, relaxing and near local attractions. I’m not sure if we got a dodgy one but we both thought our bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable despite having a topper. We have stayed at another PI and that bed was like a cloud. The only gripe I would have, and it’s not just this location, is not having individual pricing for breakfast, just all you can eat, I have an extremely small appetite and would only want a bowl of cereal or 2 slices of toast and I don’t want to pay £9 for that.

Decent stay in the hotel with a great central location. Check in friendly and no issues. Allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was nice. Slightly bigger room than a normal Premier Inn. Clean and comfortable. Good nights sleep.

Clean hotel, modern decoration and so amazing. In the heart of Temple Bar but so quiet. Quality-price was excellent. Team members were always asking to help you and to offer you advices. Great experience, probably i will choose another Premier Inn if i trip to Ireland o UK.

First time staying at this hotel, usually use another premier inn close by but we really enjoyed our stay. Lovely to have a warm welcome from Ellie and harleen who were from our regular hotel 😃 rooms were very clean and food was tasty

Just spent 2 nights at this hotel and found it was in a great location, putting everything we were doing within walkin distance. The room was clean and very quiet. All the staff I encountered were very professional and friendly. It was a great place to base ourselves for our trip. Have already got this hotel booked for another future trip

The room was cold, not unbearably so but not pleasant either. We turned the thermostat up expecting the room to warm up during the night but it was still cold. I mentioned it at the desk in the morning, the lady just said we should have contacted them during the night so they could sort the problem. She wasn't interested didn't even take the room number to get it sorted for the next occupant. Very disappointed.

My husband and I stayed here for one night as a very last minute booking when visiting family and needing a room to stay nearby. We booked our room the day we checked in for a very reasonable £54. I did the online check-in via the Premier Inn app which turned out to be a waste of time as I then had to provide all the same information at the check-in desk once we'd arrived anyway. We arrived quite last but check-in was straight forward. This Premier Inn is definitely one of the more run down ones however it's also one of the cheaper ones so its swings and roundabouts really. The room itself was spacious and offered all the usual amenities of a Premier Inn room. The king size bed was comfortable, the room was clean and everything worked as it should. The bathroom was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. For one night, it was a perfectly comfortable stay. There were some issues with the room, the water from the bathroom was incredibly cloudy and we ended up purchasing bottled water from the vending machine in reception which was obviously overpriced. The bathroom had some mould, paint was peeling in places and the carpet was frayed by the bathroom door too. As mentioned, this isn't the most up to date, recently renovated hotel. There were no plug sockets by the bedside either which is always a bug bear of mine. It was easy to see why some of these issues were present after we'd have a shower in the morning. The ventilation in the bathroom is virtually non-existent. All the walls were quickly dripping water beads and the bathroom door was wet. Some of the walls in the room outside of the bathroom even managed to get damp from the moisture in the air after we'd had a shower. We were actually surprised the mould and peeling paint weren't worse after we'd seen the effects a shower had on the room. I don't think I'd fancy more than one night here but for the price we paid we were happy enough with the room. It was mostly comfortable, cheap and cheerful. We arrived quite late at night and checked out at 8am the following morning so we didn't see much in the way of staff but those we did see were friendly enough. We grabbed breakfast from the McDonald's over the road so can't comment on the restaurant quality. Parking is free which is always a bonus.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel, and found it very comfortable and extremely good value for money! On check in we were dealt with Graeme who was incredibly professional and friendly, which makes a lovely change. We had a little problem with a very small aspect of cleanliness in our room, but it was sorted out very quickly and with sincere apologies. Highly recommended hotel!

Stayed here for 3 nights and arrived to a friendly greeting. Quickly checked in. Room as expected for a premier inn. Clean and tidy and in great condition. TV very temperamental and slow to respond to remote. Often choose a channel I didn’t select. Breakfast served next door and was patchy to be honest. Unlike a number of PI’s we’ve stayed in before, here you have to order what hot food you want from the menu. Have as much as you like and saves waste I guess but can result in delays. One day, hash browns not cooked and another, sausages tepid and black pudding cold on one side. Would’ve complained and requested a replacement had we not been going out somewhere. Last day, it was excellent. Staff very friendly in the pub however. Ample parking and the car park for the pub is an extension of the hotel so never without a space. Co-op and Dominos pizza opposite and despite being on the by-pass, surprisingly quiet. Really good stay overall and would recommend as a base for getting around the area. 8/10

Awful check in with the two ladies in charge slow and unhelpful although appreciate a group wanting seven separate rooms and separate payments didn’t help!A machine not working so when the manageress turned up she said how easy was to sort and criticised her staff for not sorting it out !Both female staff when we got to finally check in were unhelpful in the extreme with our booking! the next morning the receptionist was totally helpful and sorted everything out! The lady on reception was awful and her manager as bad! Rooms good but breakfast slow and cooked not buffet so took for ever!

Located not too far from all the Durham City Downtown attractions. Rooms were nice, clean, and in very good condition. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were warm and welcoming.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing. The meal deal for a 2 coarse evening meal with drink and unlimited breakfast was fair and the food was spot on. All the staff were polite and friendly and a special thanks to kat for making me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend.

The location is fantastic, the room was nice and comfortable but unfortunately there was no hot water in the bathroom. For the price I paid, this was disappointing. It could have been checked before my arrival, but the overall experience was good.

The location was excellent, half way between the station and the city centre. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The selection of food available at breakfast was also very good and everything was fresh.

Chose a nights stay to explore Dundee as free breakfast was on offer and new premier plus rooms were available. Have stayed twice before in the past. Free parking though you have to register your car on checking in. Room as expected. Good size, comfortable bed. The only down side for me is that the plus rooms only have showers and this seems like a downgrade for me. Mirror , hairdryer set up , stool etc to get ready sort of feels like you are a mountain goat on a cliff edge. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Had a meal in the attached beefeater restaurant. This was fine and reasonable value if you use a buy one get one free coupon that are sent to me. Bit annoyed that my first choice of main meal was not available only to overhear the couple at the table beside us ordering the same meals within an hour later and they weren’t told not available etc!! Breakfast was on a cooked to order basis and we had to select a time to eat which I’m not too happy about as you don’t know when you’re going to be ready to eat. Took ages for my order to be taken. My toast was made, cold and eaten before anyone came near to take our order for cooked food. Whilst not great for me it was okay and my partner said it was one of the best he’d had. Think they could do with one of the robotic carpet shampoo machines to clean the carpets in the restaurant during the night. Stains really not a good look.

The room was very cold when we arrived as the window was left open and the thermostat in the room didn't work. On reporting the fact that the thermostat wasn't working it was fixed virtually right away. The bed was very comfortable, there was virtually no noise from outside or other rooms. A few points that stop this from being excellent. 1) The car park only had 4 blue badge spaces, they could do with more. 2) We had to ask for a extra hand towel and got it, apparently they only give one per room. 3) Despite the fact that the breakfast menu states marmite as a option there was none apparently they hasn't been any since covid. If so how long does it take to update their menu.
