Zimmer: Sauber und modern- obwohl ich Teppich absolut nicht mag, war es ok! Freundliche Mitarbeiter: Sowohl der MA am Empfang/ Checkin- als auch die MA beim Frühstück (Danke für die Banane 🩷) Lage: Wir konnten den RuhrTech Campus und Abends die Innenstadt zu Fuß schnell erreichen - daher top!

Auf den Gängen lagen, vor einigen Zimmern, 3 Tage/immer wieder Abfalltüten (McD) und teilweise Sportschuhe 🫣 Müll sollte durch Reinigungspersonal mitgenommen werden (Zimmer wurden bei 2 Übernachtungen nicht gereinigt- musste auch nicht sein) und Schuhe aufs Zimmer (Gast drauf hinweisen)! Beim Frühstück war der Obstsalat aus Dosen Obst- das war sehr schade! Hab den Teller stehen lassen müssen und mir vom frischen Obst selbst was zusammengeschnitten! Rührei war nicht so lecker- mein Kollege ist grosser Rührei Fan - mochte es leider nicht! Gerne beide Punkte prüfen 😇 Sonst war Frühstück ausreichend und wirklich gut!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer erhalten in dem geraucht wurde. Wir haben gefragt ob wir das Zimmer tauschen können und es war kein Problem.

Die Anbringung des Fernsehers

Die Mitarbeiter sind wunderbar. Exzellenter Service.

Wir konnten früher ins Zimmer, Personal war sehr lieb und Zimmer an sich sehr sauber. Lage war auch toll.

Das Parkhaus neben dem Hotel ist allerdings etwas eng und gehört nicht zum Hotel. Das könnte transparenter kommuniziert werden aber es gab auch genug andere Parkmöglichkeiten.

Gute Lage und wenig Verkehr. Autoparkplätze kostenlos in der Nähe. Kleiner Park gegenüber des Eingangs.

Die Schlafmöglichkein für Person 3 war nicht so gemütlich, da es ein Ausziesessel ist.

Brandmeldeanlage ging in 2 Nächten 3 mal.Gaeste standen draußen ohne,das sich jemand vom Personal kümmerte, Türen schlossen sehr laut,ganze Nacht im Haus zu hören,

Etwas zu laut in den Innenhof

Hotel ruhiger und angenehmen gelegen etwas abseits der Innenstadt. Die Lage wirkt mit der großen Grünfläche davor fast malerisch. Schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sehr gut, ich war zufrieden.

Für den Preis perfekt

Prima hotel , alles nieuw. Was vroeger Holiday Inn. Ontbijt prijzig , niet gebruikt.

the breakfast was fair, I needed very early brealfast on Weekends, the 7am start is too late in my opinion. I requested to be served at 6:30; the lady in charge approved my request, as the buffet was already ready at 6:40am

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very polite and available 24/7, always ready to help. The facilities were clean, and the room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. There is parking available on the public street, although it requires payment from 08:00 AM until 08:00 PM. The location is also very convenient, as it is close to the city center. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose this place again.

Le personnel était vraiment super : très serviable, souriant et toujours disponible. Ils nous ont aidés chaque matin et chaque soir avec nos vélos, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’établissement offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Compte tenu du tarif payé, le fait que la chambre n’ait pas été nettoyée entre les deux nuits ne nous a pas particulièrement surprises. En revanche, il aurait été appréciable que le thé et le café soient réapprovisionnés. Le ménage était globalement bien fait, mais les murs de la salle de bain mériteraient un nettoyage plus approfondi ainsi qu’un petit rafraîchissement de peinture, car cela donnait une impression de manque de propreté.

Zur Straße hin nachts z.T. laut, da einige Mitmenschen bei entsprechendem Promillewert keinerlei Rücksicht nehmen

Die Lage zur Innenstadt war wirklich top. Man war in gut 5-10 Minuten beim Einkaufszentrum am Limbecker Platz. Wir sind am Freitag angereist und am Samstag spätnachmittag wieder gefahren und standen während der ganzen Zeit in der Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel für insgesamt 15€. Dafür lohnte es sich nicht umzuparken.

Das Frühstück war, anders als in viele anderen Rezensionen, nicht wirklich gut und definitiv keine 17,90€ wert. Das Ei schmeckt überhaupt nicht, Käse gab es nur "spezielle" Sorten wie Bärlauch, was nicht jeder mag (anstatt wenigstens einen Gouda oder Butterkäse). Die Brötchen waren winzig und einfach Aufbackbrötchen wie es aussah. Beim Checkout war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Insgesamt war morgens scheinbar nur 1 Person da, die sich in der Zeit aber nur um das Frühstück gekümmert hat. Wir standen gut 10-15 Minuten an der Rezeption und ich habe sogar versucht, telefonisch anzurufen, damit mal jmd kommt (hatte aber nur eine automatische KI dran). Nach gut 15 Minuten guckte die Dame dann mal um die Ecke vom Frühstücksraum aus und meinte nur, wir sollen die Karten einfach einwerfen. Ein vernünftiges Hinweisschild auf der Rezeption wäre schön gewesen. Die Tiefgarage ist wirklich eine Zumutung bei der Einfahrt.

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältinis. Frühstück für den Preis mehr als in Ordnung. Parkmöglichkeit in Seitenstraße fast direkt neben dem Hotel kostenlos und zum Ausladen und Einchecken sogar direkt vor dem Hotel möglich. Top Klimaanlage, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf kleinen Park und Fenster, die man öffnen kann. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Het 3e bed bij het boeken van een 3 persoonskamer. Was voor wat betreft comfort echt ronduit slecht. Een omgebouwde slaapstoel die deels uit elkaar viel. Door de prullenbak er onder te zetten hebben we het opgelost.

Sehr guter Preis und sehr zentral! Ich war bereits hier im letzten Jahr und habe einen erneuten Aufenthalt in den nächsten Wochen.

Tatsächlich war dieser Aufenthalt etwas schlechter als der im letzten Jahr..die Klimaanlage hat nicht gut funktioniert. Haben das Zimmer wechseln dürfen und tatsächlich waren auch ein paar hygienische Mängel. Vielleicht sollte es einfach nicht so sein. Das der Aufzug stecken geblieben ist sei jetzt mal leider ein doofer Zufall gewesen sein aber jetzt nehme ich auf jeden Fall die Treppe.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und kurze Wege zum U-Bhf. und Einkaufscenter.

The location of this branch was superb. It was just a little distance from the city centre but, instead, overlooked a very tranquil park in an area of the city that is obviously quite recently developed. Rooms appear to be very well maintained. Helpful staff. Self help shop in lobby.

Very noisy air con in our room. Slow elevators. Quite expensive breakfast (if required without booking beforehand).

die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und die Zimmer waren okay

leider hat es in unseren Zimmern und auch in dem Ersatzzimmer sehr unangenehm , wir haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, selber hat es dort auch gestunken. Die Erklärung des Personals war, dass die Lüftung gereinigt wurde. Ich glaube eher, dass derjenige, der die Lüftung gereinigt hat neben der Ansaugung gekifft hat.

Goede locatie,dichtbij centrum met parkeeroptie (15 euro pd) Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt,goede bedden en douche.

Habe unten mit geschrieben dass das spacige Betti licht gut ist .Buffet war gut, nur Cafe hätte irgendwie zur Verbesserung gesagt geschmacklich etwas anders sein können oder es war da ich müde war.Schoene Bilder nette Rezeption unkompliziert.Sauber .Blick auf Innengarten der etwas ohne Pflanzen war aber sehr gut da ich lieber im ersten Stock schlafe und das Fenster bei Bedarf aufging Sicherheit war ja dass es im ersten Stock war.

Am Badezimmer unten an Dusche zur Info ist so typisch Dusche Flecken in dunkel.Kann man jetzt noch gut wegmachen.Hatte Einzelbett,es ist sehr schade ,nicht gut dass man Niemanden vom Hotel vor Ort erreichen kann und Niemand auf meine e Mail Anfrage wegen meinem Gepäck was noch bei ihnen steht ich morgen Nachmittag erst abholen kann antwortet.5 Email habe ich deswegen geschrieben keine Antwort darauf . Ansonsten schöne Bilder an der Wand gutes Nacht Led Licht so spacig mag ich .. Buffer war auch gut hatte nur kaum Zeit zum Frühstück da ich um 6.50 los gegangen bin.

Clean and pleasant stay. Only there overnight, but it was a last minute booking, and the staff was very pleasant. No fridges in the rooms, but otherwise spacious and very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I stayed at Premier Inn Falkirk East weekend 15th-16th November 2025. Easy to find location, only five minutes drive from The Kelpies and close to the M9 motorway. As always checking in was easy and friendly with the gentleman receptionist. Room was as always spacious, everything in good working order and a comfortable bed. Had breakfast in the restaurant next door to the hotel and was given a warm Scottish welcome by Trisha. Opted for the full breakfast option and plenty of choice in everything. As always Premier Inn was spot on and unbeatable in value for money.

This place was a dump, complete with musty bedrooms. We booked and paid for 3 nights, but it was such a depressing place, we came home after 2 nights and forfeited our payment.

Damp smell in the room which cost £115. The smell is throughout the building. We don't eat at Premier inn anymore as the costs are so high, but it you wanted to you had to book as this is another one of their locations which seems to operate on some alternative basis. I imagine breakfast isn't a buffet either as they often falsely advertise. Another awful experience at premier inn.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn approximately 6 times over the years, and I can honestly say, it has gone down hill fast. The bedroom area wasn't too bad but the bathroom was very under parr. There was paint peeling off and just generally shabby. There was no WiFi, unless you wanted to pay for it and the Cadgers Brae was the worst I've seen it. The Cadgers Brae is now only open to people staying at the Premier Inn. It was dirty and had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. I ordered a Whitley Neill raspberry gin, which the lady behind the bar couldn't find so she asked the manager if it had been moved, his reply, with me standing there was, " just give her that one", pointing to the JJ pink gin. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again.

Wonderful bed. Great sleep. All staff friendly. Great breakfast.

Our room was very hot and there was no way of cooling it other than opening the window which wasn't really an option near a busy road. It was hard to get to sleep and stay asleep as the grille that was either part of the air conditioning (which didn't work) or heating system had a constant whirring noise coming from it.

Family (2 grandparents, mum and tot) stayed for 1 night stopover in 2 rooms. Spacious rooms. Clean with comfy beds. Plenty of room for our travel cot. Quiet hotel, perfect for a good night's rest.

Dated building, much in need of refurbishing inside and out, has seen better days. This said, the facilities were very clean and the bed was very comfortable, no problem there. The restaurant opposite the hotel was also the same, worn chairs and decor, needs refurbishing urgently. Cannot fault the staff, very friendly and the food was hot and tasty. Would rate higher if decor and equipment updated.

Terrible night stay. When we arrive the window was open and fan on. They were aware the room was hot. Had to ask for an extra fan as the room was so hot. It didn’t help. It had been 19 degrees during the day and was 15 degrees overnight. The room temperature was 29.5 degrees at 3.30am. No one got any sleep. I thought we would be covered under the Good Night Guarantee. But apparently not as it states that there is no air conditioning when booking. But honestly it’s Scotland. Who would think you needed it! Utterly appalled by this. The reception were made aware of this problem at 11pm. The room is not fit for purpose if no one can sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Don't expect to be able to eat at the restaurant attached to this Premier Inn unless you have booked. One and a half hour wait to be able to eat as a "walk in" (guest at the hotel). And there doesn't seem to be anywhere else to eat nearby.

Avoid this Hotel at ALL costs. Checking in took ages because the receptionist wasn’t about. Mouldy pillows 🤢 Shocking!

A stay out of necessity. Every year we compete in the Scottish athletics championships. This hotel is the most convenient. The temperature in the rooms is excessive! Two fans blowing dust all over you and just circulate the heat! Last year there was no restaurant (went to the amazing Italian down the road), this year a partial restaurant. Good food and lovely staff. We are going to save up and go to alternative accommodation next year. The heat is unbearable. It’s a relief to go into the corridor.

Room was unbearably hot. Fans in the room kicked out dust and fluff and bathroom extraction wasn’t working so heat from shower added to it. Signs at reception offered sheets instead of duvets as a cooler alternative should have been a red flag too. 2 nights of abysmal sleep . Staff did what they could but are not allowed to organise refunds. Go through customer service to be told that as the hotel is not advertised as having AC it’s excluded from their ‘Good night guarantee’. There are AC units in the room but they only heat apparently. I think premier inn aren’t being honest and continue to take guests money knowing they won’t be refunded.

Building looks like it's definitely seen better days and the adjacent pub is partially derelict with a closed off and abandoned outdoor seating area. The rooms are pretty much what you'd expect from a premier inn, although some details seem to have been lifted from another time. You won't find a usb socket, so don't forget to bring your own charging brick. Rooms in the wing opposite the hotel entrance are inhumanely hot. You just get a skimpy fan which will deafen you before it alleviates any heat sensation. We were 2 adults and 2 children and none of us managed to sleep more than a couple of hours, and it was out of pure exhaustion. At 05:30 am the temperature inside the room was 30 degrees, with the fan on max, the window open and blinds fully open. Avoid like the plague if the weather is fine. You'll be better off paying a bit more elsewhere but being able to rest. We won't be making that mistake twice.

Unusually hot time, room was equipped with TWO powerful fans which helped a lot. The staff were the hardest working people I have ever come across and cheerful with it. They should be recognised as exemplars by their employers

The hotel is looking really tired. Even though we asked to stay in the, New, extension, whose rooms are way better than the other ones, the room was very stuffy. TV programmes hit and miss with the static ruining the sound quality. We mentioned the stuffiness and the fact that the fan in the bathroom wasn't working, to be told that it might have been switched off as some guests found it noisy. I was told that I could switch it back on by a switch outside the bathroom. I managed to find it in the roof space above the tiles only reaching it by standing on a chair. There were 2 fans provided which did help but having the extractor working did help. The staff are very helpful and friendly but pulled in all directions as they are expected to be on the reception desk and in the pub next door, no wonder no-one answered the phone when I tried to contact them. The prices aren't cheap but the rooms are very clean which is in their favour

Hotel room clean but had a terrible smell of cigarette smoke in there- spoke to a member of staff and they said they ask people not to smoke in the rooms but they do. We bought air fresheners. The temperature of the room is ridiculous. There are 2 fans in the room but it makes little difference. Spoke to desk staff to be told the hotel is extra insulated as it gets cold in winter. After 2 sleepless nights, spoke to desk staff again and was told the thermostat is not working. We kind of got the idea about this as we read the istructions on the leaflet in room to change temp and was still unable to do so. We appreciate it is warm outside, however the rooms should be of a comfortable temperature. Would we stay again.....absolutely not. It is not the fault of the staff as they have to work in these conditions as well. Premier Inn likes to promote a good night's sleep and relaxation, we are uable to relax in the rooms because of the heat.
