Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Super hotel!

Sauber und ziemlich neu! Es wird nur das Zimmer gereinigt und auch Betten gemacht wenn man Bescheid sagt! Ungewöhnlich aber nicht schlecht! Somit werden Handtücher nicht täglich gewechselt, was nachhaltig ist und Personalkosten gespart!

Es ist tiemlich minimalistisch! Es fehlen Haken um Kleidung oder Kulturbeutel aufzuhängen!

Innen besser als es von außen ausschaut!

Aufzug muss mit Zimmerkarte freigeschaltet werden, funktionierte nicht, Hilfe erhalten, hochgefahren, Zimmerkarte funktionierte beim Zimmer nicht, wieder runtergefahren, anderes Zimmer erhalten. Kein Schrank. Wir brauchten keinen, waren nur 1 Nacht dort, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr laut, Zimmer zur Straße wegen der Autos, Zimmer nach hinten raus, fahren Züge. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr. Hotelgäste sollten kostenlos parken dürfen.

Ottima posizione per visitare la citta, vicinissima al centro. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio che però era pieno. Siamo stati dirottati in un parcheggio vicino.

New room, allows for 4 ppl to sleep in it (we have 2 kids). Positively surprised that we had a choice of two different pillows (one firmer, other softer).

Tout était parfait

Hervorragendes Frühstück. Sehr schönes, modernes und einladendes Ambiente im Frühstücksraum und in der Hotellobby daneben. Kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof - auch mit Koffern ohne Taxi machbar. Grosses Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz, um die Koffer komfortabel zu öffnen und umzupacken.

Wenn das Zimmer noch einen Mini-Kühlschrank gehabt hätte, wäre es perfekt gewesen. Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen (aber es gibt eine Klimaanlage).

Wir erlebten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sehr sauber.

El personal de recepción es muy amable. El desayuno está bien, es caro, pero los niños gratis. La habitación es muy amplia, incluso para 4 personas.

Nos cobraron 18 euros de parking por tenerlo solo una hora mientras desayunábamos.

Im Zimmer haben wir Safe und Kühlschrank vermisst.

Offensichtlich hat ein früherer Gast im Badezimmer geraucht, denn es roch sehr stark danach (Zimmer 409). Hilfestellung bzgl Infos zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Busfahrpläne). Ich nenne es mal Befehlston der Rezeptionistin. Bessere Beleuchtung im Badezimmer.

In allebei de kamers losse bedden gekregen ipv tweepersoonsbedden zoals gevraagd. 1 pas per kamer. Toen ik hier het personeel over sprak, kwam er eigenlijk geen reactie op. Wellicht een taalbarrière, maar dit is jammer.

Personal relativ unpersönlich beim Check-In. Der Empfang der anreisenden Gäste könnte etwas herzlicher sein, so dass man sich auch Wilkommen fühlen kann. Uns wurde z.B. auch nicht erklärt, wie der Fahrstuhl funktioniert, wie wir ins Zimmer kommen, bzw. wie das Licht im Zimmer an geht. Leider nicht ausreichende Parkplätze vor Ort. Das Rührei hat sehr gestreckt und dadurch nach überhaupt gar nichts geschmeckt.

Sehr sauber, tolles Personal und sehr bequeme Betten! Wäre die Lage noch etwas zentraler, wäre es ein Traum!

Limpieza de todo el hotel y comodidad de las camas.

Falta una neverita para mantener el agua fresca. El personal de Recepción del día de nuestra llegada, 29 de agosto a las 13:30 aprox., fue antipático en el caso del hombre y de una total incompetencia por parte de una señorita. El resto del personal tanto del desayuno como limpieza y otras personas de recepción, todos amables.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich habe kein Frühstück aus zeitlichen Gründen gebucht, habe aber gesehen, dass Sie auch vegetarisch/ vegan anbieten, was für das nächste Mal sicher interessant ist. Service Top, ausstattung und Sauberkeit ebenfalls. Ich fühlte mich nicht von Zimmernachbar*innen gestört und es war ruhig. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell am Bahnhof, um Bergtouren zu machen. Immer wieder und immer wieder gern. Danke

Lediglich das Fenster zu Hauptstrasse. Guter Ausblick, aber bedingt durch die Autos etwas unruhig, was aber kein Problem dargestellt hat, da ich das Fenster auch geschlossen hatte. Es war zum Glück nachts nicht heiß. Aber das hat dem perfekten Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan.

Although right next to the railway lines its was so quiet and none of us heard the trains , the room was clean and the bed , bedding , bathroom were all exceptionally with gorgeous huge soft bath towels . My son’s room was next to the lift and he said he didn’t hear it going up or down . Car parking spaces were suitable for larger vehicles like SUVs huge public car park next building along if needed . Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a premier inn . Wish I’d checked the tea packets as it was a perfect cup of tea . Love this hotel and we will use it again on our travels . Air conditioning was a bonus . Price was also excellent value for a last minute booking . Meal deal for children is the same as the UK . Super , super hotel .

The shower door fell off on the first use , happens I guess in a new build . Hasn’t put me off this hotel it is exceptionally good and issue dealt with promptly . Personally I don’t like the AI answer phone but did eventually get put through to reception.

Das Frühstück war super. Es gab auch genug vegane Auswahl für meine Tochter. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Matratzen waren zu weich. Teppich auf dem Boden finde ich persönlich unhygienisch. Die Lüftungsanlage im Bad war so laut, dass ich sie auch bei geschlossener Tür deutlich hören konnte. Für das, was ich bezahlt habe, hätte ich einen Kühlschrank und einen Safe erwartet. Es gab kaum Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für die Kleidung. Eine Garderobe, wo ich nur Sachen aufhängen kann, reicht nicht aus. Ich habe quasi aus dem Koffer gelebt.

Es war bei unserer Ankunft in ganz Rosenheim Stromausfall. Das Personal hat sich ruhig,besonnen, herzlich um die Gäste gekümmert mit Wasser etc. Wir fühlten uns gut umsorgt und informiert.

Every time we come to visit our son in Sevenoaks we stay at Premier Inn; it is a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel located strategically near the station and just 8-10 minutes walk from the town centre. The rooms are clean are comfortable, free WiFi, nice breakfast and welcoming staff. In particular, shout out to Aline, was, at the reception, was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come here again!

A lovely welcome from the staff who were so helpful. There is no on site parking as per the website but there is a drop off space which made unloading so easy. This hotel is also directly opposite the Sevenoaks train station so it is just 20-25 minutes to central London. We were on the first floor in a family room which was not as big as Orpington's rooms, we went to move the spare bed next to the main one but the floor was pretty filthy and desperately needed a vacuum over. So we moved it straight back. Breakfast was great as the eggs were still runny and not over cooked and the pastries were baked to perfection. Super friendly staff and the best pizzeria around the corner at Pizza Uno. We would stay here agin :)

An excellent hotel. Very comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Nice, hot, powerful shower and very friendly, helpful reception staff. Offers great value for money, I cant fault the room or the service. Thank you very much.

Location was handy if you wanted to walk out to a local restaurant or eating place and only a 5 min walk to the train station. Nice quiet atmosphere inside and the most comfortable large bed and clean room. We stayed in room 104 which faced the front of the building. We experienced very good customer service by lovely staff.

Room was nice and pre-heated when i got there. Staff was very helpful and pleasant and Kejal was really nice when i asked about allergens during breakfast

This is our third stay at Premier Inn in Sevenoaks, we always had a great experience. Rooms are large and nice furnished, staff is friendly and kind - Aline has been super helpful, very kind and professional. We recommend this hotel!

Currently staying at the Premier Inn on a business trip and was particularly impressed with the quality of the breakfast service this morning. I was greeted by a staff member, Zoe, whose professionalism and positive attitude stood out immediately. Despite the early hour and the grey weather, she was polite, cheerful, and a genuine pleasure to speak with. A friendly, welcoming presence like hers makes a noticeable difference, especially at this time of year.

The whole building had no water due to a problem with the system, after a 8 hour drive from Scotland, I needed a shower and wash but no water for the whole stay, could not flush toilet. Totally inconvenient and put a damper on whole stay. Was given a bottle of water to brush may teeth!!! Promised a refund, but nothing as yet.

I’ve stayed at many Premier Inns over the years, but this visit to Sevenoaks truly stood out as the best. From the moment I arrived, the evening team—both at check-in and in the restaurant—were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Dinner was a highlight, with a great selection on the menu and the dishes I chose were absolutely delicious. Breakfast the next morning continued the same high standard—tasty food and attentive, cheerful staff. The value was exceptional too: a two-course dinner with a glass of wine plus breakfast for just £26.99! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely friendly staff at this premier inn, great location but best of all was the breakfast! Nothing rubbery and sweating under the heat lamps all very fresh and made regularly I went and spoke to the chef Mario he clearly understands cooking and takes pride in his work. Our eggs were always runny and perfect! I'll be honest I was surprised for premier inn - thank you Mario ☺️

A very reasonably priced accomodation and staff and wifi were excellent.

Very pleased, the location is exellent, very close to the train station, fast train to London takes 20 minutes. The faclities are good, rooms are simple, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very good. Same with lunch and dinner, the have a wide varaiety. Staff is very friendly, nice and professional. Sam and Kejal are very nive and helpful. This place is highly recommendable

We arrived quite late and were warmly checked in by Zoe, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The next morning, as we headed out early for our trip to London, Zoe was once again on hand for breakfast and just as kind and cheerful as the night before. Overheated bedrooms (with bo ability to temperature control or open windows. Incredibly poor staff who took over 20 mins just to check me in, then a further 20 mins to check my partner in.

Chef Mario cooked a very good breakfast again this morning! Everyone's so friendly so well done to the whole team too! Thanks all so much.

Enjoyable stay thanks to help with parking from Sam and an enjoyable evening meal from her and Lewis. Helpful to have a walk-in shower, although like them all it has a fixed head.
