Taj Cochin International Airport, Kerala

It was wonderful to stay in there for a night, great food, nice ambience, close to the airport and airport transfer service was very useful.

Nice breakfast, very convenient for a late arriving flight. Better directions on getting a pick-up to the hotel worud be useful.

Very clean, staff are friendly and welcoming. Food in the on site restaurant was very good.

A beautiful clean and quiet hotel right near the Airport which is very convenient!! Staff is very cool to work with and very professional!!

Great location and service. Five star hotel.

Excellent location and extremely nice property. Restaurant is very good. Enjoyed the stay there

Excellent location and helpful and friendly staff : food options were excellent.Truly deserves a five star rating

Friendly and attentive staff Excellent service during dining Food was hot and good for dinner, but was cold for breakfast Would be great if breakfast could also be hot However, live station was fantastic for breakfast

Charged Rs. 500 for a two minute pick up from the Kochi airport. These guys are out of mind.

Had a wonderful experience at the Taj near Kochi airport. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient, yet the property feels peaceful and relaxing. Dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes and outstanding hospitality. Truly a five-star experience all around. Highly recommended!

The entire process from check in to check out was made in a courteous and professional manner. Clean and comfortable bed, the facilities were user friendly and easy access to the airport. The highlight was the scrumptious buffet breakfast . We would definitely recommend this hotel and revisit when we are here. The only drawback is that no complimentary shuttle service from the airport . Transport is provided on request with a fee and I had to contact them twice to confirm details.

Overall the property and staff were really clean, the o my thing we did not like is that there were no universal plug points in the room where as Meriden had them last time we stayed. When we checked out, staff mentioned we could have asked for this at night! Not coming back.

Great service

New hotel , Very tastefully done hotel. Friendly staff and helpful. Quite a signature Taj.

It’s excellent

Very good stay, highly recommended. Just one disappointing experience is that I was served with undercooked chicken. Kindly watch on the

Fabulous new Taj property . Loved staying in a clean space. It's right opposite the airport..I only stayed a night but highly recommend.. The facilities are brand new . The food in the restaurants are great and the staff are friendly and very hospitable which is always a positive in India . My only complaint was that he charging points in my room were not working and my phone ran out of battery before a very long international flight. Also the hotel does not offer complimentary airport transfers. The charges are five star rates of around rs 600 even though it's right opposite and a 2 minute ride. So guests need to bear this in mind. Otherwise satisfied.

I spent one night here. It’s a relatively new place, so everything look new. Overtly welcoming staff. Breakfast was very good.

Very friendly staff Amazing hospitality

Right across from the airport so convenient for flights. The hotel is beautiful and staff was lovely. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the rooms were not equipped with international electrical outlets and the USB receptacles didn’t work. Housekeeping brought an adapter which was much appreciated. However, I think a newly remodeled hotel like the Taj by an airport should be prepared for international travelers.

.

Our one night stay before taking the flight was great. Welcoming and friendly staff. Good food.

Breakfast needs improvement
